I ordered two sets for my daughters and neither one has received. I went to the website to chat with someone and the screen freezes. I tried to check my order status, nothing. I wish I had read these reviews first. I would encourage anyone who sees their ads on FB to run as fast as you can. They are a scam.

We have reached out to you via email but will provide some general information here. To clarify, the first letters are mailed 3 days after ordering, and delivery is within 2 weeks in the US. After that, the remaining letters are generally mailed every 2nd and 4th Friday, and delivery is within 2 weeks after the mailing date. In your case, since the order was placed just yesterday, delivery is still within the expected timeframe. Soooo disappointed! This was supposed to be a birthday present for my 80+ year old mother. Ordered in December for her January birthday. She has received nothing! I've reached out to customer service and, of course, have gotten no response.

I have no idea about the quality since we haven't received any letters, but based on the service alone, don't waste your money. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back 😡
