Mary in the Sutton Coldfield store was amazing, she could have sold me a car, excellent sales service. Alicia was very friendly too. Great staff in this store. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you both.
PLEASE READ OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS! **DO NOT BUY FROM TFS IT NOT WORTH THE RISK, BUY FROM REPUTABLE PLACES LIKE BOOT ETC, **** Placed an online order for same day delivery to Oxford street store, which was meant to be at the store within a few hours, however, when I arrived at store the item was never deliver Placed to the store, I was advised that to buy the item again in the store and the store would request a refund for me which would take 5 day to appear in my account. Well if you've read any of the negative review you can guess that did happen, after numerous email to customers service, who would just give me copy and paste answer from, please contact the store, to did you buy it online, when I already mentioned it was an online order! I eventually got a my refund, but I wanted to make a complaint regarding the poor service I received, I told TFS does give any form of compensation, I said I want to speak to a manager. I have been told at least 10 times that a manager will call me back, but no call. Before I pursued my complaint I hadn't read the negative reviews and by the looks of it I'm lucky I even got my money back! I signed up for the membership, and I reakon cancelling is going to be a drama!
What can I say about my experience? The most unhelpful, untrustworthy company I've ever ordered from. Lets start off on the 23rd July, when I paid special delivery to arrive 24th July where it states if you order before 5pm this will be honoured, the order was delayed until the 25th July when I was due to fly away, no worries I can change my "DPD" delivery for when i'm back on the 3rd August, it didn't arrive... 4th August DPD have told me my parcel hasn't been last scanned since 25th July & potentially missing, I then phone the Fragrance shop & they did not want to help me as they've no record of it being lost, I've called everyday since the 4th August with this sender not be willing to send me a replacement while the investigation with DPD is ongoing. I expect much better customer service then this because THE FRAGRANCE SHOP should see the order was placed on the 23rd July & has not been received due to it being missing, but they won't send a replacement until fully confirmed from all depots which can take weeks. Don't use this company as when an order goes wrong, they won't help you & treat you with such disregard, worst customer service. HELP OTHER BUSINESSES, not this dreadful one!
This is fake... I ordered 6 perfumes... 2 have no lids... they send me open perfumes... not happy
