I'm astounded that there are so many negative reviews and if I had seen them before I ordered from the company I would never have ordered. I ordered 5 Joules tops at a bargain price of £13 each (Joules prices were between £19.95 and £29.95). They arrived within 5 days, beautifully packed with tissue inside and they fit perfectly. I'm thrilled with them. I had entered a code to get an extra 10% off but it didn't go through so I emailed the company and told them and had a reply the following day with an apology and a refund of 10%. I can't fault the company, the customer service or the garments.
Although the products were great and delivery was speedy, my experience when returning an unwanted item. I'd obtained proof of return; and received an email from The Hut to confirm that my item had been returned to them however they still refused to refund my item. The company lied stating I 'didn't follow the correct return procedure' although I'd used the reeuen label generated through the site. After filing a dispute, months of going back and forth, numerous phone calls and emails not responded to; the dispute was decided in my favour. I'm actually so grateful I'd paid using Klarna as I would've been hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I won't be ordering from this site again due to this headache.
It said on the screen that I would still be able to review my order, and so I clicked it. The next page AUTOMATICALLY puts my order in and a confirmation message shows up. Within 2 minutes I cancelled it only to get an email saying my cancellation failed. I don't think so pal.
They might be cheap, but if anything with your order is wrong, you're going to have a nightmare - the customer service is the worst I've come across and you can't actually speak to anyone. Stay away!

buy from someone else with a better customer service. even if it will cost a bit more than in Thehut - it worth it. Thehut might sell it for less, but I spend almost a month with trying to communicate with them about my lost order - and up until today- never got my order or a refund.

Worst online company ever. Placed order and tried to cancel 30 minutes later. Of course there's no phone #, and no response from numerous emails. Called my credit card to dispute it.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Spent £65 on a pair of Kickers for my daughter for school in SEPTEMBER and now in FEBRUARY the soles are coming away from the shoe! Apparently, it's 'wear and tear' UNACCEPTABLE! I would understand after 1 year, but not after a few months! They are refusing to help me!

The HUT sucks "BIG LEAGUE!" the site charges for expedient delivery and does not deliver! And then if you want to try and ask for a return or refund, not only do they always say NO, they will NEVER allow you to speak to anyone over the phone. You have to communicate 100% thru email, A LOT easier for them to hide and defend their shady deals via email! All i have to say is BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
Returned a jacket purchased from the UK but had to return to Poland jacket never made it to them held up in customs, asked for help to get information why it's not been delivered messaged them a dozen times got the run around not at all helpful now I'm out of pocket with not jacket stay clear of The Hut

Bought DVDS that wont play in this region. After I ordered I saw that the U.S. was not in the right region. I followed their cancellation policy which was 15 minutes after my order and their reply was to late, already shipped. They do not follow their own guide lines or rules. DON, T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY. THEY SHOW ONE, THEY DON, T HONOR IT.
So i ordered a top from there 4 MONTHS AGO and it still hasn't arrived. Messaged them numerous amounts of times, takes them about 4 days to reply to my emails. And when they do i have to fill out a form, sign it and send them it in the mail TO ENGLAND which costs A LOT just to say that I'm not lying about receiving it. What a load of bull$#*!.

Took a 'Buy a hoodie and get a free pair of jeans offer'. They sent the hoodie and cancelled the jeans since they had run out... They then 'refunded' the jeans, but since they were 'free' the refund was zero.
The hoodie alone isn't worth the full price. In fact they massively 'discounted' it once the offer ended.
I said I didn't want any of it in that case and they said I'd have to pay to return the hoodie since it was ME who had changed my mind. This would cost about £10 since it would have to be sent recorded due to may other forum complaints that they claim non-delivery of returns.
They are also bombarding me with spam even though I've un-subscribed from emails.
I'm taking them to the small clams court out of principle. I've read that the minute you register a claim (costs £30) they cave in and pay out including the £30 since they don't want to go through with it.

We live in the USA, and my wife purchased a DVD set that was advertised through Google as being NTSC. They shipped a PAL version, and refuse to exchange it, since it was opened. Truthfully the only way we knew that they sent the wrong disk set, is that it would not play. They absolutely refuse to do anything to remedy the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNETHICAL THIEVES!
SCAM? Tried to work with their customer service to get a refund for a steamer they sent me that does not work in the U.S. Returning it would cost $75, which is what I paid for the steamer. Customer service was unhelpful and basically told me because product was unwanted (really was wanted, but it didnt work) that I would have to pay return shipping. I asked them why they would even ship to the U.S., knowing it doesnt work here. Web page did not mention it wouldn't work. I asked them for ANY HELP, and they just kept telling me to return it (which made no sense, because if I returned it, the cost would have been $75 out of my pocket, then they would have refunded me $75 for the steamer. Which would mean, that I would get NOTHING back, but they get the steamer back. THIS JUST SEEMS SO UNFAIR. I feel like this is almost a scam, as I have read other reviews with similar comments,
I ordered a watch and it has been 2 months and it has not arrived I reached out on Instagram and the assistant said that it arrived and it hasn't and no one in my neighbourhood got it trying to get a refund and they won't give me one do not buy it's a SCAM

I purchased DVDs from there completely unaware you can't play DVDs from Great Britain in the USA, knowing it was being sent to the USA this should have been pointed out to me!
