I'm astounded that there are so many negative reviews and if I had seen them before I ordered from the company I would never have ordered. I ordered 5 Joules tops at a bargain price of £13 each (Joules prices were between £19.95 and £29.95). They arrived within 5 days, beautifully packed with tissue inside and they fit perfectly. I'm thrilled with them. I had entered a code to get an extra 10% off but it didn't go through so I emailed the company and told them and had a reply the following day with an apology and a refund of 10%. I can't fault the company, the customer service or the garments.
Although the products were great and delivery was speedy, my experience when returning an unwanted item. I'd obtained proof of return; and received an email from The Hut to confirm that my item had been returned to them however they still refused to refund my item. The company lied stating I 'didn't follow the correct return procedure' although I'd used the reeuen label generated through the site. After filing a dispute, months of going back and forth, numerous phone calls and emails not responded to; the dispute was decided in my favour. I'm actually so grateful I'd paid using Klarna as I would've been hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I won't be ordering from this site again due to this headache.
This company and Mygeekbox.com are not legit sites. Very difficult to communicate once an order is placed. Delivery times Are not timely and they did not honor merchandise returns. Please do your shopping at other sites.

I was unable to use as the birthday gift did not arrive in a timely manner. 29 days before it arrived
1) I ordered 3 products, but I received only 2. There was no action on the part of the company to solve this. There is no return nor replacement.
2) I have not received an invoice in my order. I wanted to return the goods as it did not fit me in size and in order for me to do this, I needed an invoice for the postal service. To achieve this, I had to spend time trying to persuade the advisor to do it. At first he said that he had no opportunity to send me an invoice, then the opportunity still appeared.
3) I have blocked an account. And it's not clear how I can contact the center to solve all the problems with the order?
My fiancé bought some wireless Beat headphones for my birthday. They arrived fine but she never received a proof of purchase email or document with the package.
The headphones are now not working and Apple said they are happy to replace but need a proof of purchase.
TheHut don't have a phone number or email address to contact. They finally gave an email address once contacting them through their enquiry function. Now they refuse to reply to our numerous emails.
We are not asking them for a replacement. Absolute shocking service.

They also replied to another review I made on another review website saying how sorry they were and to please contact them using a reference number so they could look sincere on the website.

They are an unethical shop that charges the customers money but doesn't give a refund because they received a jacket instead of two pairs of shoes. If the courier messed up with orders, you shouldn't put the burden on your client's shoulders. I want my money back. Such disrespectful company. Shame on you
Bought a pair of shorts which are very big fittings. Due to them being a birthday present they didn't get tried until after the 14days exchange policy. They have advised they would exchange them for a smaller size, not good customer service for a big company x
Buyer beware! Ordered DVD set for Christmas on 11/27/2017 with estimated arrival on 12/18/2017. When I inquired why I still did not get it, they told me to wait til 1/3/2018. No tracking available. They took my money and I don't have anything to show for it. There is no one to talk to. I don't think this is a legitimate business.
1/5 Update - I did get an e-mail that a refund was issued. We'll see.
1/10 Update. I did get a refund for the item, but not for the shipping of the item I never received. Apparently, I was responsible for not getting the item. Was it ever shipped? Can I get proof that the item was ever shipped? They don't even have the item on their site anymore. Nice racket - keep the shipping from every item you never ship. This company is not trustworthy. Do not buy anything from them. Their delivery partner fail to deliver my parcel. My parcel was left at nowhere. I didnt even know here to collect. So I requested to refund me.And they refuse to sort this out!
First the company applied the wrong discount code to my order. Then they refused to cancel the order, then the order was delayed and when it was eventually delivered it was missing a pack of 3 t shirts. Terrible experience, won't be using again.
I purchased a should bag and it did not come with strap. Isn't that the point of a shoulder bag? Anyway, I asked if they could send me the strap and they said they could not. I asked if I could return it and they said I could, at a cost to me. I asked if they could give me a partial refund and they said yes they would do that. They they actually gave me a credit on my store account. Like I am every going to purchase anything from this company again?! Its terrible, i ordered a game 3 months ago and it hasnt even be despatched yet, i have wrote to them many times but they alway send me a crappy automated email back, they tell me the item is out of stock but when i go on the website it is not!
They said my product was delivered to my porch 5/21. I live in an apartment complex USPS does not deliver to your doorstep in apartment complexes. I went to the post office got the form for the tracking, and it is for four days later to a totally different address. The post office says they do this a lot use the same tracking number over and over again. IT IS A SCAM! I will be informing the BBB
TheHut sent me the wrong item. I returned to them (at my expense) and am now on my 4th week and 13th email to try and get my money back. The Post Office confirmed (with proof of signature) that they delivered my return on 16th July. TheHut said not. Completely incompetent. Do not purchase from TheHut
The Hut sell lovely products however when they send out the wrong size they:
1) do not answer messages in a timely manner
2) do not have a contact number to speak to a team member
3) send out the incorrect link for return
4) do not ensure the stick is held in anticipation of your return to make sure you get the correct size
5) 5 weeks later, they have my money and SURPRISE. The shoes are no longer available in the correct size!

I placed my order on 31st October, after waiting 10 days tried to get in touch but the customer service phone number was not recognised and my account had been blocked,. When I placed my order I was under the impression that I'd ordered from the Nestle Quality Street website for a personalised tin, 3 in fact over 50quids worth of order, as they'd cloned the website front page, only adding the. Hut on the very last page in the very small print. I do get the odd acknowledgement that the order is delayed, (no sh#t) we are now on the 23rd november. The last email as good as said because id ordered more than 1 tin, thats why there was a hold up!. Please read all of the web pages before you click that button with you card details on.
This is a great site to order lots of items like dvds, cds, clothing, electronics, etc... really cheap compared to other sites. Ive bought lots of dvds from them cuz theyre so cheap compared to hmv or any other high street shops. Their delivery is fab and quick. And they have a huge choice and great deals.
However my last order has taken 2months of a dvd to be sent to me and still not received it. So cant really say fab delivery and quick anymore. :((

I ordered an Alessia yellow lunch box for my daughter. I received a blue one about a month later. I have the order to prove it was yellow - the details and the confirmation. I complained and wanted it swapped on their stupid, inept customer contact section on their website. They kept telling me to send a photo and or screenshot which I kept sending. Then, in the backend of their site, they changed my order to show I ordered blue! I have the emails confirming I ordered yellow. Deceptive, unethical and underhand and incredibly frustrating. I will NEVER buy from this site again and urge others to boycott.
This company is running a huge DVD scam. They are selling DVD products in the US that are manufactored ONLY to work in other countries in accordance with release dates. The Hut does not offer returns or refunds in this scam as they respond saying "the international region codes are clearly marked on the website." Unfortunately, most people do not know there is such an issue and do not read the tiny print.
Ordered a lamp. Lamp arrived wired only for UK. I live in USA. The Hut says I should have known that a UK would send me a UK only lamp and that I should pay return shipping and insurance ( $300 US)! This is almost the price of the lamp itself. This is unfair. I didn't know US and UK had different electricity, whereas they knew that in their shipping dept.
This website has ATROCIOUS customer service. Once you place an order they will not help you at all. My order needed corrections to the shipping details. They claimed they couldn't help, so i asked for a cancellation, same response. To top it off their cancel order tool on the website is broken. I will be contacting my bank to cancel this transaction manually. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered a video from The Hut - Scooby Doo meets Batman. No, I did not read the fine print that it will only play in Zone 2 - I don't even know what that means. But it means it will only play in the UK. Did anyone bother to check that the order was being shipped to the US and warn me that I have ordered something that I can't use - no. As Jimmy Buffett says "Maybe it's my own damn fault". I see other people have also made the same mistake and that The Hut took the same "Too Bad, So Sad" attitude with them as they did with me. Well, you can fool me once but I will never order anything from The Hut ever again!
I ordered from this site around Christmas and saw an amazing deal for a bluray boxset. While it arrived a little late, given the likely enormous workload from the holiday season, it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I read the reviews for this site while I was waiting for it and was scared silly by what I read but was completely relieved by my experience. Take the reviews you see with a grain of salt. Maybe I was the rare occurrence, but I think there might just be a lot of people who want this site with it's incredible deals to fail.

I ordered the coat on the 14th June and it arrived today the 22nd June in Perth, Western Australia, 8 days from start to finish that's brilliant considering it had to go through Customs etc first. I love my coat it is exactly what I've been searching for and the quality is excellent. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you 'The Hut' you have made my day!
For a third time they sold me the item they don't have on stock, so people, be aware of the fraud!
What they do is selling also items they don't have on stock, they take our money and after that just don't shipp the item!
Then they send a few emails about how busy they are, apologising for not shipping the package yet.
And in the end they just cancel your order, but not refunding the money yet.
So long story short, we (the customers) are landing money to this fraud "company" for free - they sell us the items they don't have, take our money, using OUR money for a month or so and then just cancel the order and return the money (eventually).
I allready said to myself I will forget this fraud "company" exists, but for some reason I decided to give them one more chance - don't make the same BIG MISTAKE.
I have all the evidences in my emails!
