I'm astounded that there are so many negative reviews and if I had seen them before I ordered from the company I would never have ordered. I ordered 5 Joules tops at a bargain price of £13 each (Joules prices were between £19.95 and £29.95). They arrived within 5 days, beautifully packed with tissue inside and they fit perfectly. I'm thrilled with them. I had entered a code to get an extra 10% off but it didn't go through so I emailed the company and told them and had a reply the following day with an apology and a refund of 10%. I can't fault the company, the customer service or the garments.

After filing a dispute, months of going back and forth, numerous phone calls and emails not responded to; the dispute was decided in my favour. I'm actually so grateful I'd paid using Klarna as I would've been hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I won't be ordering from this site again due to this headache.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Bought boots as a Christmas present but too small. Returned through Courier company on the 28/11/2023. Have spent over a month trying to get a refund- customer services appalling and kept fobbing me off. Got a message today saying that they have never received the return even though courier company has provided tracking that return was delivered to correct postcode. Now out of pocket by €139.25.
I recently returned a jacket to 'The Hut' because it did not fit. The jacket was priced at $260, and I incurred over $45 in international shipping costs for the return. Although the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered to 'The Hut,' I have yet to receive a refund. Despite multiple contacts, their consistent response has been that the refund process requires five working days. However, it has now been four months, and they have taken no action to issue a refund. This lack of response leads me to believe that 'The Hut' may not intend to process my refund at all, which is highly disappointing and feels deceptive. I am considering contacting my credit card bank for further assistance..
I ordered a leather backpack on sale a few weeks back, and for some reason the package was returned to them shortly after being dispatched internationally. Next thing you know I'm offered a refund from Paypal without any explanation nor further options. Pathetic.
I ordered my items last August, they never arrived. After several attempts at contacting customer service all I got was an email saying my enquiry was received... then nothing. The Hut does not deserve to be in business.

Awful patronizing customer service. Ordered $50 set of dvds, took a month for them to arrive then when I tried to watch them found out that they cannot be played in my "region". Contacted Customer "service " and they said sorry and since you opened it, no refunds. Felt like a scam from the beginning.

This site cannot get simple facts right. If you order an item it's basically pot luck whether they'll be able to get it from their supplier or not. If not you could be waiting a long time. Do not order from them. I ordered a pair of GREY joggers, got sent navy blue ones, when trying to get hold of them, they are non existent. The page doesn't let you send a message about your order and the package did not come with any paperwork or anything inside which is weird. Wish I read the reviews before hand. Cheap prices but it's all fake! And you won't get your money back. Strongly do not recommend!

I'm in Canada and I recently ordered from them. I got an email a few days later saying that I had returned the package (that I never received!) and they would refund me, but they kept the $35 shipping fees. It never made it outside of the UK according to their own records. But they said the onus was on me because once it left their hands it was my problem?! I paid with PayPal, so I guess they'll be dealing with these crooks now. I wished I'd read reviews before handing my hard earned money over to these thieves
Like many people on this site, I ordered the One tree hill DVDs for a birthday gift. I wish I would of seen these reviews first. Of course they don't work because they are region 2. I never heard of this before. When I contacted customer service they said it is stated in their product description. It does say region 2 but no where does it say these DVDs can NOT be played in the US! Obviously they know there is a problem with all the people complaining about it, and still they choose to do nothing. I wanted to let people know if you paid by credit card contact them. I am getting a full credit back... and it looks like the hut is going to lose a lot of customers!
I ordered linen which looked great on the website. The image has obviously been photoshopped because when it arrived, the colours were dull and dirty looking. It would cost me the same as what I paid for this second grade item to ship it back to them from Australia. They will only pay postage if it is less than 15% of the price of the item which is laughable. Customer service is extremely inefficient!

The Chorus of voices on this site, made me think three times about ordering from TheHutUK.com. That said, the customer service is truly a nightmare (they closed my account by accident? And told me I was receiving the wrong size etc.) However, after about 10-14 days to my surprise, I actually received the shirt I ordered and it was magically the right size! Anyhow, that said, just beware of customer service issues. Other then that, I got what i paid for in a nice HutUK box.
The hut is a great site, I've ordered from there a few times with absolutely no problems. Disgaea 2 PSP is my most recent order and it's been shipped already (a few days before release) to make sure it comes in time.
I've ordered anime and games from the site, had no problems with logging in, viruses or anything of the sort and it has great prices. Recommended.
I also used thehut.com since September 2012, but when I have a problem they usually help. The only problem i have is that they answer very hard to messages.
Ordered 4 items coming to around £72, all Jack Jones items. I should point out that I am a large/ xlarge chest and a 36/38 waist. Firstlly the T shirt ordered was XL and only just fitted a bit short and poor quality, the jean trousers 38R were way too big, the canvas long shorts being a large were WAY too tight, the 4th item being jean shorts were ok. But the point is the sizes are all over the place, I pointed this out to Thehut, but there did not care. SO BUYER BEWARE they will not give free returns, which is what I am doing with this order, and unfortunatley will not be ordering from them again EVER.
