“It was a professional experience.”

Neda A.
6/8/22

It was a professional experience for me. Both ladies that I talked to (Rochell and Ashley) on different occasions were so professional. After registration, I received the confirmation email right away. But reading the reviews I was uncomfortable and asked for a refund via email. I received both the refund and email confirmation in less than 10 minutes. I am still not sure if I want to be a member, but the experience was handled very professionally.

“Charged my card 2k in 3 months”

Marjan K.
7/22/24

I joined in April 2024 and paid 499.95 USD for a lifetime membership. Since then they have charged may card almost 2k and I have sent multiple emails to them asking for a refund. Last email, they said they have canceled my membership and will return me 250, which was the last they charged me. Since then, they do not even reply back to me!

I am a former employee of this "company" & I must say, they are scammers. I just recently found out when I did my research on it a few days ago. I accepted the position because of how they presented it to me. Basically said I'll be getting calls from people who have submitted an application to join the group or are interested in joining so it's no cold calling ever. Yea right! Most of the people I talk to don't even remember putting in an application and when they do remember they say it was months ago. Then for the people that says, "they're not interested put them on a do not call list" we're supposed to BUT the boss wants us to still call them day after day until they curse us out and scream at us. Also, they tell you it's a one time fee but really isn't. They charge you multiple times a month after initial payment. They honestly don't have 200 thousand members that's just a rue to get others to join. Please be careful of this company. I am saddened to learn I once worked for this scam of a place but now that I know I had to leave. I don't agree with taking anyone's hard earned money! If you have paid GET A REFUND ASAP. Not sure if you'll get it but still try to.

This organization attempted to charge me almost $500.00 without warning upon originally "signing up" for the organization - they reversed the charge originally when I asked them to, however almost a YEAR LATER, they attempted to charge me the same amount AGAIN. Understand they will hold onto your information & on repeat, attempt to fraud you of funds. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT trust this organization at ALL.

THIS ORGANIZATION PREYS ON PEOPLE THEY FIND ON LINKEDIN AND TELL THEM THEY ARE RESPONDING TO AN APPLICATION YOU HAVE MADE. THE WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE NOTHING A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN WOULD BE AFFILIATED WITH. I FELL FOR THE COMPLIMENTS AND PROMISES I WOULD BE ABLE TO MEET OTHER WOMEN LIKE MYSELF AND PAID 300 JOINING FEE WHICH THEY SAID WAS REFUNDABLE IF I CHANGED MY MIND. WHEN I SAW HOW BAD THEIR WEBSITE WAS I CHANGED MY MIND AND IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER OF THIS ORGANIZATION. IT WILL HURT YOUR REPUTATION AS THIS IS A SCAM

This company is HORRIBLE! I do not recommend I've worked for them and they are taking women's money! They're charging you $300-$400 just to benefit their company and you will not receive none of the items they mention. They don't want customers to know that you can get a refund within 15 days and had us lying for them. I would rate this 0/10 do not and I mean DO NOT TRUST this company with any credit card info. It will be wiped out of your account every month. CINDY HAYES and SAMANTHA ASHFORD will lie to every customer just to benefit themselves then fire you if you mess up their money! I wouldn't work for them nor buy any membership!

The pop up was fast - I completed the info and today I received a call - to start with she was condescending in her responses - first when I told her that I wanted to look into the organization more before proceeding her response was 'you wont find any information about an inline networking group" huh? OK. I was on route to an appointment, so I told her I would be next available in 2 hours. Approx 5 hours later I received a call from another agent (her initial are C.S) who would become your membership mentor if you join (today). I proceeded to ask questions and scour the internet for information - there were a few red flags which I made a note of but at the end of the call when I had provided my credit card and she informed me that if i used MC or Visa I would need to approve the charge in order for us to proceed. I asked why would a reputable organization be flagged? To which the answer was unsatisfactory. At the end of the day, while I want to be a member of legitimate professional organizations, I am so exhausted by the efforts of scammers. This appears to be yet another. Naturally, I called the credit card company and the charge of $149 was in fact declined

Absolut scam. They set it up very profesionally cause I otherwise would never do something like this in my life! I signed up via their -what seemed- a very legitimate linkedin campaign "accepting" new members to their professional organization of CEOs etc. There even was a phone interview to verify my credentials. They charge a lifetime membership fee and say no further charges and they will create a profile, a press release and it's all included, etc. Then the charges start coming in, which they don't tell you about. And this supposed profile- doesn't exist. It's a very elaborate scam. Honestly they might as well actually provide these services and really create a society with how much effort they put into it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted their support. They emailed back saying they would refund one charge- never happened. It's just a game to them to keep this scam alive and seem legitimate. They even keep arguing I've authorized all charges- not true, I never did! I'm absolutely furious and I sincerely hope this never happens to anyone else. Stay away from them!

When I spoke to them I was feeling weird about providing my credit card information over the phone, but I was completely mindful that I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt even though it felt weird. Afterwards I went online read a few more reviews about them, and you can imagine I went "inside crazy", now I want to look for a refund. So I read a review from one of their previous employees and as she wrote "the managers are trying to change the reviews" which gave me hope that now their practices should be improved. At this point I am testing my feet in the water and thinking "let's see how they react about giving me a refund".
During the first call the lady was nice and gave me her phone number, although when I tried calling back it did not rang (pulling my hair here) maybe i wrote it wrong, maybe it was given wrong?. I wanted a refund, I called their other number that had been saved in my call history and spoke with another nice lady who understood my situation when explained, no more questions asked. She put me on hold to talked to finance department, and I was going crazy "omg, they are going to leave me here waiting" but no, after a couple minutes I was speaking with the lady again and said she had talked with finance and they will issue a refund that I was going to see within 24h. Grieving period time, but about 15 minutes later I received an email letting me know about my refund and when check in my card statement just now I saw the refund reflected (all within 15 minutes of fast customer service).
I would say they are going the right way about making their company a bit more trustworthy, one review and one step at a time. For now, this is my brief experience with them and not bad at all.
But for now, I will change my card because I don't know if according to other reviewers I will start getting charged in my card or if they have improved and solved the problem.
Nevertheless, someday I hope to be in a position to spend that money without knowing if it will be back and be okay with it (in a prepaid credit card). To see and test their service and be able to give them another hopefully good review.

Tip for consumers:
use a pre-paid credit card to register. test the service. don't follow through if you are not happy

Verified purchase

This organization has been given me the run around about my refund. I received a text from this organization because of the title i called the number. I got a full spill about how this organization can help me and my company. It claimed to be recognized around the world and will help my grow my business. I believe i was an another site ( so i thought) and it had a lot of good information on it but then to go further on the site it ask me to feel out information so i did. There was no other information on the then where I just read maybe i sentence or two more. I believe this is how they got my number to text. I was told things that made it convincing that it was an since you're legit organization. Because I'm starting a business and trying to get more direction on how to be successful it, i was convinced that this was the place to be. How there were others in the organization that could help me further my business. So i decided to join. Maybe a week later i was told it's all a scam. So within the requirements day to get a refund i request for one. I was told that i would get it within 15-18 days. Nothing. So i reached out via the number in my text because the number on the site no one ever answers that phone. You can only leave a voicemail which no one ever called you back. When you call the recruiter for the text number they can't transfer you to anyone. After all the calling and sending emails i keep getting the days i send emails i get emails back saying that the money will be back in or posted to my account one email i received said 15-18 days. Another i received said 7 business days,,, nothing. Another email i received a Friday or Monday it said that i would get it Wednesday morning in my account…. Nothing. Now i don't get a response at all. Just to let you know the good reviews you see on here are also scams. It people within running this company are writing these good reviews and the have other that not apart of the membership but deal with the company who are writing these good reviews
( someone who used to be apart or this scam reveal that information to me) I want to let others know to DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE ORGANIZATION no matter how convincing they sound, it's a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Do not join this organization it’s a scam!!

I received a call three days in a row from this outfit and the script was roughly the same each time. Starting with "You've been qualified three ways from someone recommending, you applied or you've been nominated" which was confusing and odd because none applied to me. So, I cut through to the chase smelling a rat. There are two price points one for $199 and a Lifetime for $399. I didn't ask for the specifics like what was included, but the emphasis on some random 225K membership would be enough reason as a pull for me to sign up. I politely declined after my pregnant pause. Well, she replied "Sure. I will call you in a month" she quipped. Whatever, I said was ignored. Then, I glance at my phone the next day, my transcript shows ISFP application - They called again. Blah! Blah! They called from another number giving me an opportunity to Block and Delete again for the third, fourth, fifth, etc.
Word to the Wise:
1. Do YOUR THOROUGH RESEARCH and check all online boards for reviews/complaints first ON ALL THINGS CREDIT CARD RELATED ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
2. Read all Terms of Service LARGE and small print. There will always be something of value to take you down and cover their asses.
3. Nothing is that urgent. Take a day or two to think about what you are 'supposedly' getting for your money. We are in a pandemic and every dime needs to be thought of as valuable to keep you worrying.
4. Look for Red flags and inconsistencies throughout conversations, written, and policies. If it feels somewhat weird, it probably isn't right.
5. Just imagine all the NIGHTMARES to untangle yourself from these parasites whose whole model is to subtract you from your hard-earned cash.
6. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Simply, find another more reputable organization to join.
Wise Up! Don't be a Financial Loser!
Learn to spot these Scammers while sharing with others the dangers of losing their money, dignity, and peace of mind - I don't anymore.

Tip for consumers:
It's important that the value of feedback be authentic experiences. I think this is the case here based on my experience so far.
