Why there is so inconsistencies and difficulties to use your online store? You keep sending use our app but in reality it does not exist in a play store. I'll suggest you to improve your technical site because it's difficult for a customer to get in touch with you and our orders. I'm still trusting your store to deliver my products soon. I hope I won't be disappointed.

Use less and Fraud company. There motive is to fool public by small amount big product. They ask to refer this fraud company to earn points and in return no money refunded even if customer ask for refund.So people don't become prey by paying small amount in lieu of believing that your products will reach. The fraud issue ticket but further no action. This type of fraud company to be exposed or beaten in street for fooling the public. This is the right time to eradicate this fraud company to media

I have placed order for apple iphone 8 plus (order no. *******) on 3rd july 2019. So far not received the product. They are not responding to my numerous emails. No reply by telephone calls. Please dont deal with this site. They are cheater. Be careful.

I have ordered camera 1 month back but they are showing the status of my order and even there numbers are wrong. There is no app also for the JT store.

I have ordered a product on the 23/09/2019 with the order number *******... since then I have been chasing them for my order on emails and calls... there customer service agents are just hell... talk senseless and $#*! with abusive words... eagerly working on finding a source to report them... really want them behind the bars for this thing now

I ordered phone from this site and now i am unable to track my order. Their phone numbers are also not reachable. I am going to file an FIR against these people. This is really frustrating. I dont know Why government does not ban such freaking companies.

They kept most of the products@131/- to attract customers and once the customer made payment, they didn't bother about customer refunds and as per the policy mentioned in the website it should be reverse in 7days, however their executive ask us to wait till 48 days. World wide no bank has waiting for more than 7 days for refund...

I have ordered a Jacket along with jeans during Christmas sale from The JTstore and got delivered in 6 days as promised. Quality of fabric is good. Appearance of the product is same as shown on the website. But size of the jacket was a bit bigger for me so i complained about my issue and they got it replaced within 2 days. Jtstore is a Good Service provider. Very friendly customer care service which helps you and make your shopping experience better.

The JTstore is all too easy to use. I like JTstore because I can find a best buy without leaving home. It saves me gas and time. It offers endless choices for a wide range of prices. I keep my list going, so I can purchase in bunches as needed, for no shipping costs. Returns (so far) have been easy & efficient. I've only made a couple returns. I try to be very careful what I buy.
