Disgusting online store, i ordered my dress before 3 months and money is already paid but still they don't delivered my product, and not giving any responses to my complaint i will never buy product from this JTstore

When I have been asking for my money back regularly by mails and calls, why did you send me a saree which cant even be worn. The quality of saree is so bad and it must be only 50/- worth. I have paid 1628/- and asking for my money back... Are you trying to please me with that worst product of yours. I had ordered 16 items and you say you would deliver two items of your choice. Why do you cheat customers like this. I have been repeatedly asking for my refund back. Please take back your product and credit my money back

Fraud People And customer care executive are very pathetic they have no sense, how to talk with customer, i was just asking my order details and his executive showing me attitude he was not proper responding me and arguing with me... they are fraud dont by from J. T Store.

They are best in stealing moneys of Innocent people they deduct money in the name of coupon and no one get back to you after payment when you call there customers care they only say wait till you get your coupon. Thieves in business form

"The JTstore is number one online shopping portal in India. Its really trust worthy. Last time, It's about 4 weeks ago, I bought a hoody but when I received and put on it didn't fit well. I always wear xl, but for this time the xl was not fitting me. After that, I replaced with xxl, I sent the return request. After 6 days, they came and checked the product, exchanged the new one with my old one. I thought they might have cheated me, they would never come, but they came. JTstore customer service is really good. It has varieties of products which are generally not available at the local market or shop and it has also cheap price.

We had ordered for 3 watches from JT store on 19th Sep 2019 and have the transaction shown on our card also. We did nt receive the product and calling them they mentioned they have not received the order. The order ID is ******* and we also have a email confirmation from them. After one call, they stopped picking our calls as well.

Nobody responds to the online chat as well. We need to report them to cyber cell and get this site closed so that others are not cheated anymore.

This is a fraud website cheating people. I ordered a wifi modem from from JT store's

I ordered it in February and till now haven't received the product or refund.
I sent many mails but it was of no use.
Please never buy from this site.
They are cheaters cheaters cheaters.

I have ordered for a ups router and there is no delivery of the same. There Is no response on mails or customer care number. Completely fraudulent website and we need to report to get this site down. A complete loss of 2k amount.

Wanted to share my purchasing experience from JT store. JT store which is quite brilliant in his product delivery. I bought an LG 1 TON INVERTER (3 STAR) SPLIT AC...

The AC is nice and working fine after 2 weeks of use.

1. Nicely cools my 12*13 room in 10 minutes on normal cooling. Takes less than 5 minutes to cool using the Himalayan cool feature.

2. Vertical air flow movement of the fin is there. No horizontal movement.

3. Himalayan Cool feature is nice

4. AC self-clean feature is nice to have

5. AC has the 3M filter too with normal filters.

Overall the product is awesome and up to the mark. All thanks to jt store

Do not believe in this site. They are liars and fraud. Those who are rating good, are their own employees. You will loose your money. Never give them your bank details. Never pay by your card. They are cheaters and not into Ecomerce. I have lodged a complaint against them in consumer court. I request all of you to do the same.
