A good company for shopping, but they need improvement in their delivery services. This website is too good please shop for better exp.

This is fraud site the jt store my order is not coming from last 3 weeks and the customer care no. Are all switched off its totally fraud

TheJTstore is a very well known website to shop from and I am glad that I find almost everything whatever I need from the website, recently I purchased samsung j5 from the website and it came in very well packaged manner, I am very happy with service provided by JTstore, if possible try to reduce the price little bit to get more attention by customers, the JTstore app functions very well and very reliable and easy to use. I stay in shillong but I got my j5 delivered in 4 days and I am very happy with the delivery system.The JTstore tracking app feature is great as it keeps me updated with my product details.

They deduct my money but not placed my order. Customer care is also very much fake. They denied. And money was deducted and order not placed.

The stores' conveyance administrations is superb. I have never observed such quick and productive conveyance anyplace else.

I took few weeks to buy my cell phone and I was worried about it but when I heard the Splendid offers are available on the jtstore then i din't wait and I bought my phone.

On Sep 21st 2018, I have ordered for a Guitar for under smart deal offer. Amount was paid including the delivery charges. When I contacted about the The JT Store support center, they asked me to download there App and perform few tasks and complete the tasks mentioned in the Apps to avail the product under Smart deal offer. Since I was not interested to play around facebook and Instagram accounts, I asked the JT stores to cancel my order and refund the amount, After many requests, I received confirmation from the JT stores on Oct 3rd 2018 saying the refund will be done within 7-10 days. But till date after more than month, I have not received any refund from them. Every time when I call and mail regarding the refund, I was asked to wait for 7-10 days. But no action has been taken seriously from there end. I am totally tired and fed up with the hopeless response from this JT stores. I suggest you not to get in to this site and suffer. Indeed a good company for shopping- mainly for traditional and ethnic wear that you will hardly get from anywhere else mainly regional and area wise.

Jt store deducts the money but always shows 'order will not be dispatched before payment'. It's a fake website. Never order anything from jt store
