I am obsessed with The Last Hunt. I have placed at least 23 orders according to my order history and will no doubt place many more. A lot of the complaints I see are pertain to sizing, which if you read the small print you will know they do not accept returns due to size or fit only for misrepresented or defective items. I keep a list of things I like in the stores and write down what size I fit so when they are out of season I can scoop them up. It helps to use other sites reviews like REI or Zappos to figure out sizing. I have saved so much money buying from The Last Hunt, especially when they have sales and the shipping is usually super fast, maybe a bit slower during big sales. I cannot recommend this site enough.
Can't believe in 2024 there are still frauds like this in Canada. They use fine print to reject all exchange/ refunds. I couldn't find any where to review their company couple of month ago. Cuz they got no listing on any mainstream websites. Only a bunch of like made up Reddit threads. They sent me a jacket that does not match description and is wrong in size. Told me to get lost because I didn't read their fine print. Can't believe they are allowed to operate, probably run by offshore scammers.
The Dakine snowboard bag I bought came very quickly within 2 days and was the right size, and in perfect condition, but it was the wrong color. The bag I ordered and the bag I received were both camo but a completely different style and color. After doing some investigation, the color stated was the "Dakine Field Camo", but the picture was actually "Dakine Olive Ashcroft Camo". The Last Hunt had the wrong pictures for what they were selling. I didn't end up sending it back because I actually didn't mine the field camo. This is what you're going to get from the last hunt. Don't trust pictures, triple check everything, brand models, pictures, sizes, etc. The Last Hunt isn't so bad if you're 110% sure on what exactly you're ordering and if you don't know if something will fit don't go with them. Ordered a Rossignol ski jacket and never received the item so I contacted customer service and an agent named Mimi gave me the run around saying due to COVID there is no proof of delivery and therefore no refund can be issued. Basically you can spend money and never receive the item and they couldn't care less! Will NEVER order from them again! After reading multiple reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one that shares the same opinion as me in terms of their customer service! Awful experience!
I check the items first in-store, try the shoe sizes (Merrel, Keen, Salomon) before I order. Everything i bought from The Last Hunt site I am very happy. Fits me well, no defect and 50-60% discounted.
Great prices but size didn't fit and I could not return. I suspect they won't be in business long. Suggest you go elsewhere unless you are 100% sure. Who doesn't do returns these days?

I’ve bought shirts shoes pants and I’ve given at least half away they’ve burnt me for the last time I’m done with this store they are as snakey as they come.
I bought 7 items, 6 are very small compare to the reality... meaning I did what many of us did: I went to a store close by, and the fit was perfect! So in short, I bought some Patagonia clothes, the items from their website wasn't XL, probably medium.
In store, the same clothes in XL were fitting perfecly. This lasthunt.com online store is a fraud. Please AVOID.
Tested the same shoe at MEC and it was the right size, I ordered the shoe from them and it was a smaller size. How I'm not sure! Either there's some play here with the tags or this is just $#*!ery. Customer service is as blant as can be.
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from The Last Hunt. My first purchase and I was hoodwinked. Almost as bad as those fraudulent phone calls people get. I bought two pairs of pants that were clearly two different greens on the website - a sage green and a taupe green. Too bad I didn't screenshot my order because they switched the wording. Then they sent me two pairs of the same pants. However, they removed the original tag and replaced it with a typed one of their own with a completely different green but they were the exact same pants! They re-labeled the second pair as a beech green. The manufacturer doesn't even sell a beech green. I've emailed them to correct their duplicity and I got a cut and paste email with their no return policy. Now I know why they have a no return policy. They change your order in order to make a sale. The discounts are not that great so they must be desperate for sales if they're doing this to their customers. I won't be purchasing from them again. I'll keep the one pair as they're correct but I just want to return the ones with the fake tag. Isn't that some sort of fraud? My e-receipt clearly shows the two different greens. Very unethical and unprofessional. How have they not been investigated? They should be charged with fraud.

I ordered knowing that there are no returns unless the product is not as described. I ordered a Norrona LARGE winter coat and have a few Large Norrona jackets for size reference. What arrived looks fake and is way too big; it is a knock-off or badly labelled as LARGE instead of EXTRA-LARGE.
I sent an email expecting the option of exchange or refund and got an automated reply full of the reasons why I am stuck with it.
Will never support this site again and highly recommend you stay far away!

Half of my items were not delivered on Dec 5 and one month later I still have no response from their customer service team despite reaching out to them multiple times on multiple platforms.
I purchased a rain jacket advertised as 100% impermeable, was fine for 6 months, then stopped being impermeable without being washed
I got soaked in one of our West Coast rain weeks
The Last Hunt ignored me for a while then had the audacity to refer me to their no return policy
They sold me a jacket the manufacturer discontinued because it was defective
Buy someplace else if you value your hard earned money

If you really need an item - wait it out for as long as you can. The items can vary in price within days!! The Last Hunt would not consider any price adjustments siting: "The way we operate here is a little different from most stores... We offer really incredible deals but they change on an almost daily basis. Essentially, we think of the site as a hunting ground, if you have your desired prey in your crosshairs, take a shot! "

BEWARE! This is a SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a very specific jacket and they sent me it in a completely different colour. I e-mailed the manufacturer of the above product and they informed me that the colour of the jacket I ordered has been permanently discontinued, despite the fact that The Last Hunt is still advertising it on-line as being available. When I contacted TLH with my concerns that they had sent me the wrong product, they did not response. In short, they are dumping stock and will send you what ever is in the warehouse vs. what you ordered and paid for. AVOID AT ALL COST!
They had apparently used the wrong carrier and I gave them 2 months to sort it out and no follow up whatsoever. I had to contact the carrier myself and they said LastHunt never gave them the order.
Online way to get to them is through email: I emailed on Dec. 26 and as of Jan 29 I am still waiting for the answer.
They say they ship the same day for free: wrong!
They provide you alink for an invalid tracking number that brings you back to the same page and they do not tell you what shipping company they use. And, yes, there a NO RETURNS

As per my request to change the order from XXL to XL for both pairs of Grey pants, are you stating that even now the Grey Shifter pants in XL are not available and further more that you are going to once more be cancelling and refunding my original order for the two pairs of Grey Shifter pants in XXL?

How can you write that "they are sold out" and yet still have the items for sale on your website? This is on the verge of "false advertising" now that you wrote at 3:47 they are sold out, and yet at 4:44 they are still listed on your website?
How can I shop with any certainty on your website? Why are you having this problem with "real time" tracking of inventory all of a suddwn?
Are the two pairs of XXL Grey Shifter pants coming or not?
Are the Grey Shifter pants in XL that are still showing on your website available or would that be another misleading item on your website?

I bought an Apex Jacket from Altitude Sports (size small), and I bought another Alagna Plus Jacket from The Last Hunt (the same size) and the size was completely different. From the sizing chart for the jacket, the chest length should've been 84cm but the one I received was only 76cm at most. My body chest length is 84cm. Emailed to the Last Hunt, their answer was no refunds. I am so disappointed, I'll never purchase a product from this website again.
Bought from them twice. Received items within a week of ordering both times. Big discounts. I got a pair of Salomon Sense Flow trail runners - because of their no refund/exchange policy, I was worried and looked on many other sites for the same runners but couldn't find my size or the color I wanted for the same low price on another site. Luckily the size I ordered on the Last Hunt fit perfectly. The pants my mom bought were both way too big despite looking at their sizing chart, but they were good quality pants so she made them work by sewing the waist band smaller. I ordered pants in the same style in a different size/color and am really happy with my purchase - I might order the same pants again actually... but I tried on her small before I ordered a medium - otherwise the sizing chart info was misleading because these Mountain Hardwear pants run large.
If you look at the pictures/descriptions carefully and know your size, I think it is not a bad website to use. Just copy the item title and look on other sites if you want to compare prices. If you order over $100 shipping is free and there were additional discounts for 4 or more items right now so my shoes were almost half of the original price and I couldn't find the same deal on other sites for the shoes and my pants, both of which were out of stock for the size/color I want on other sites.
No return even if the clothes look like used one. Terrible. Not sure if it's used or just was kept somewhere for more than 10 year or something got on the clothes.

This company brands itself as a great place for deals on previous season's clothing, footwear, accessories. It basically sells products Altitude Sports sends them once they feel the items are no longer the latest version or fashion. While these are 2 different companies one relies on the other for product. OK - the problem with the Last Hunt is lack of service and inability to return items that are not the right size as listed. For example if you buy an 8 and the brand sizes it like a 6, too bad. You cannot return it. Their argument is that you got it at a great price so live with it. OK that is the deal they put up front. Fine... then why is the service so crappy? If you email them you are a very fortunate person if you get a response in 2 days. This can mean the item you wanted to buy is gone by the time you hear back if you have questions. They don't set up any service to respond to queries in a reasonable time frame. Also they take their sweet time in getting the item out for shipment... you may get an email in 3 days it is being shipped out if you are one of the fortunate ones - otherwise expect to wait longer to say it has been shipped. As a result the item is slower than the 'slow boat to China (not meant to be derogatory against Asians... just an old expression related to time and distance travelled centuries ago). I am quite stupefied that Altitude Sports continues to associate with this brand (reputation by association - risk of damage to it) and that the Last Hunt continues to stay in business. In the area of COVID economists are saying that the businesses that thrive and will continue to exist are those that provide good customer service. It is not price or service that determines success but service then price.

If you are not in a rush to purchase (assuming the price does not change..this does happen often with the Last Hunt) have a list of questions about the product you want answered to help determine if you want to buy it. Just remember that it will be at least 3 days or more before you hear back from them. Just a fyi...let's say you emailed them questions and they don't get back to you for 4 days and meanwhile the sale price is no longer what it was, too bad....they won't honor this.

I bought a couple jackets and had to give them away because the medium was actually small in both cases. I did keep a pair of pants because I had ordered a similar fit from Altitude Sports which fit so knew the size to be accurate.
