Absolutely amazing idea! This company supply so many different freeze dried fruits that are bursting with flavour! We have probably tried about 80% of their range so far. They supply them in recyclable packaging and deliver in a cardboard box,, they are thinking of the environment as well as their customers. You even get a reward on your birthday! What's not to love!?
After waiting a month for these to arrive I am very disappointed. They taste disgusting, nothing like I expected. I knew they were dried but not to the point of being crunchy with not much flavour left in them. Overpriced and not nice at all.

I am sorry to hear you didn´t have a positive experience. The Covid-19 worldwide lockdowns caught everyone by surprise: there were reduced flights and postal services were overrun with online orders from people staying at home. In light of this situation, and since it was impossible to predict delivery times (some orders were delayed a few days, a few, several weeks), we opted for a gradual refund policy and a total refund if a box got lost or didn´t show up.
I can assure you that all our customers received their boxes, or a full refund in a timely manner, for any box that was undelivered or delivered late because of Covid-19. While I am certain your order was handled in a similar manner, should for whatever reason that not be the case, all you need to do is send us a quick email.
