This was shipped so quickly and had no issues with my deadline. I emailed confirming the package would be delivered on time for my wedding. It showed up super fast and the stars poster and frame is everything I wanted! I will use this again for anniversaries!
So disappointed. We ordered two, one for us and one for my brother and his soon to be wife. Both prints arrived on paper that had marks and dents. The acrylic was scratched and marked. The paint on the frame was just peeling off. Honest save your money.
When my order came in it was everything I hoped it would be. It was beautiful but had a couple areas of damage due to shipping. I sent an email with pictures of my poster and they sent a new one right away.
Delivery time was unbelievably quick and the packaging was quite impressive in order to avoid any damage complaints. As for the product, the quality and finish of the poster was impressive and met the standards i had set when i ordered from the star poster.
Saw it on many instagram and tiktok ads years ago and recently reached my 1 year and 6 mos and thought itd be a great gift to my significant other.
Super easy to order, customisable, and very quick postage. The poster looks lovely. Definitely recommend!

I live in Australia and was shipped and received 48 hours after ordering - brilliant!
However, I paid a decent amount extra for framing assuming this would be a quality glass front. Turns out it's just plastic and I could have purchased a quality A3 glass frame locally for the same as I paid for this plastic Kmart quality one.
In short, the print and service is amazing - just recommend framing it locally yourself.
The reviews and font used was nicer than most.

I Bought this product as a gift for my first wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the package got rerouted in transit and when it did finally come the frame was chipped. I am very disappointed but the product was damaged in transit after waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery.
The interface of the website was super easy to make the poster. All confirmation and shipping updates were sent quickly and effectively. I even received my poster before it was estimated to arrive. Great product!

The shopping experience was good.very easy to design what you want. However, need to work on packaging better. I spent the extra money to include the frame, which I received broken and glass/plastic part was dirty!

Thestarposter was cheaper than some other sites but quality was equal or better. They also offered free shipping which is amazing. I’d absolutely recommend to anybody.

Purchased what was started to be one size got much smaller product showed receipt that stated the size I purchased and got told they wouldn't help out with my $#*! Xmas as their $#*! up ruined wife's xmas. They admitted to the size being incorrect in email to only later in email backtrack and state inches as the only size. When I asked for my money back they told me that the products are personal and that couldn't be done. Very disappointed with the response from "customer service" as they seem to mock me as they choose. If this post makes 2 people not purchase this product it's do its job.

Great quality digital files, gorgeous layout, they were very quick to email me the files on payment! My mum absolutely loves this gift, it is so meaningful and looks great! I love all of the options available for the display, and appreciate that you are cheaper than other star map websites around - but the quality/look is the same if not better!
