I ordered iPad Air 2 from this company for my son birthday, it's been 3 weeks. I haven't got the item nor money. I chatted with one of their agent on the chat that I will like to cancel the order as it's taking forever with out any firm of communication at all and e said I can only return when I received the item. I am so furious because they don't even have a decent contact number you can reach. I regret ever buying from this company and it's not that the product I bought it's even cheaper on their site. Don't ever please I repeat don't ever buy from the company
This company should be shut down as it's not legal! Ive reporter to action fraud. Selling as new but arrived 2 weeks later under the label of speaker from a Hong Kong shoe shop, fake packaging, and a reconditioned old iPad with new non apple screen. Marks on charger etc. Sent back after and refund and now today a bill for £26 for duty! Do not buy be warned!
I bought my fiancee an "New" Iphone 7 from The Tablet Hub in december 2019 as an xmas present. The phone came looking all shiny and new in its rose gold case but after only 6 weeks, the phone began it's slow deterioration. The battery life in only 6 weeks had dropped to 87%, the microphone was crackling and peoples voices were barely audible and the phone started making the odd random call to unknown mobile numbers. When I asked The Tablet Hub for it to be fixed or a new phone they didnt even respond.
Absolute awful shoddy phone and service from a terrible company. Apple would never sell such a piece of rubbish!
I bought an iphone7 in January for £329. It stopped working in March, a software issue with it not connecting to my network. Informed Apple who said I had to wait until stores reopened. That's when I found out, in June, that the phone was first purchased in 2017. Apple could do nothing as it was second hand, despite me being led to believe by their claims of being 'factory sealed' products that they were new. And Tablet Hub's only assistance was that they'd let management know. So, I've now had to fork out a further £379 for a new phone to Apple, and I'm out of pocket for a phone I used for 2 months. AVOID!
Take my warning! DO NOT buy anything from this company. They sell faulty goods, refurbished, and already registered outside the UK. My iphone 8 plus was advertised as a brand new, UK origin phone. I still have the packaging proving it came from Hong Kong.
It started glitching after a few weeks, so I asked for a refund, explaining the problem. I have an email trail from the past 5 weeks, and Post Office tracking, proving they received the phone back, and that they've "issued" my refund. No refund yet, and the bank has confirmed that no-one has sent a refund. On notifying The Tablet Hub, their response was "you've got the email stating we've issued your refund, take it up with your bank."
They've not responded to my follow up emails asking for proof of issuing the refund.
My next step is to report them to Action Fraud.
Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your money. You will be ripped off!

Ordered a Samsung phone from them at a very competative price until I got a bill for £20.89 for Duty and tax from fedex as tablet hub don't tell you up front they do not pay these charges but pass them to you. Never use them its a con trick.
I purchased a iPad Air! It never arrived contacted Tablet hub they did reply and resent another iPad Air. When it arrived it was clearly second hand with another ID and locked. Contacted they responded asking me to return iPad at my own cost £11. If lost all confidence with tablet hub and asked for refund. Guess what they never reviewed iPad although signed for and told me to claim from Royal Mail SCAMMERS!
I ordered a 4th generation IPad mini.
When it finally turned up after 2 weeks it was faulty and didn't work.
I spent £30 getting it sent back securely ASAP.
I then waited a further three weeks, no new IPad. When I complained I was told it was coming from abroad and was issued a refund. 6 weeks of waiting, £30 out of pocket no IPad, no apology. Shocking!
Sold me a phone as new, Apple have verified the faulty phone was not new, was activated and used many months before I received it. Cannot get the phone fixed under manufacturers warranty as my less than 5month old phone is actually more than 12 months old, Apple have confirmed if it was new when I bought it they would have repaired / replaced free of charge. Customer service doesn't care, just tell me to pay to get it fixed.
Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with The Tablet Hub. The website is very professional and captivating but advertises brand new factory sealed stock which doesn't seem to be the case for us. I bought a phone that was stated on the website as "NEW" but actually turned out to be pre owned and repaired with a 3rd party screen that failed within 4 weeks of purchase. I had the phone inspected by Apple who confirmed the above.
I reached out to the company and explained this and they offered a full refund and stated they sell both new and refurbished stock so there must have been a simple mix up, benefit of the doubt and a refund was given which was great.
Heres the interesting part... my father in law bought exactly the same phone "brand new" from this website which was delivered and although the screen didn't malfunction, the phone AGAIN was pre owned and previously repaired, again confirmed by Apple. Weve reached out politely several times asking for us to return the device for a full refund and have been either told we won't get a refund or been ignored. This is now ongoing and we will be taking this further having sought sound legal advice. If this gets resolved then I may consider removing these facts as a good will gesture but for now, the facts above will remain.
Be careful guys.
Battery needs replacing on tablet after just 2 months and have Just received a customs bill for £17.50 so postage is definitely not free!
I bought an iPad 2 that was advertised as brand new but I'm not sure as screen has a pink line on it when turned on and browsing internet.
Best service provider in UK. They are cooperative, understanding. Highly recommended. Best in market.
Quality of the wrapping was good. Quality of item was great. Fantastic delivery. Thanks the tablet hub.
