My butterfly bushes were drug upside down across my driveway and sidewalk and then left upside down until I found them the next day and was able to unpack them

The order was processed quickly and I am extremely happy with the careful packaging, quality of the products, and the detailed instructions for planting!

I've ordered a couple of times. Always has been timely, WELL packaged, and beautiful specimens.
I'll post photos in the spring as they all pop to life!

These people put a lot of care into their work. My Italian Cypress trees are like my new babies. They are out of the ordinary- wouldn't find these at my local garden center!

Had three orders this spring; shopped online due to Covid. First shipment of Thuga Green Giants was great; Norway Spruce was also great quality; second shipment of Bird's Nest Spruces and a small type of Japanese maple were not as good - spruces had some rust and the maple was more like a sapling for the price (they replaced this for free, so kudos there). Third shipment was a Hanoiki Spruce and was in great shape.

I would not recommend them given the high price and all the problems with the order. I spent so much time calling them, e-mailing them, then placing a complaint with the BBB.

Read some not-Sonics reviews. My order was promptly delivered and I planted them as per instructions. Waiting to see if all is well but they look great.

The 6' Thuja Green Giant arrived in nice packaging. Very healthy looking and easy to plant.
Liked the root stimulator that was included too.

The two large plants I ordered arrived in good shape but this was the condition of the hydrangea. It has subsequently dried up. Disappointing.

Every time I have ordered trees or shrubs here they are gorgeous. Green, potted & beautiful plants that I know will do great in my yard.

My hydrangeas arrived healthy, but a little withered due to the extreme heat. After a little water they perked up, beautiful as ever!

Far Far less quality than you'd get at a local nursery. Sent me a bend up twig not a 3 foot tree. It was worth $15, not the $60 I paid.

This company sucks, they are sending damaged trees and then telling you that it is your fault and you are stuck with it!

Ordered 20 trees to create a privacy screen in my backyard. Trees came 2 to a box and looked great once unwrapped. Thanks Dean & Staff
