So, my 1st purchase was schetchy at best! I felt li,e I made a bad mistake on the 1st purchase. On my 2nd it more than seems as if the company is taking advantage of me, making excuses with NO Evidence nor proof of its inability to do what is needed. Good morning Samuel, I am confused as to why we have received this review. We sent the unlock emails through the threads we were speaking on to ensure they did not get sent to SPAM. Your first order was placed and unlocked within 2 hours of purchase with the unlock code for your order being 1319026461484935 on September 28th. You then ordered again at which time we had to upgrade and use the Samsung worldwide service which was again unlocked within 15 days of the order and an unlock code of 9627279250702080. I hope this clears things up, and I would be happy to speak to you further via email to help get this resolved as I have sent an email to the 2 different email addresses you used when contacting us.

This company preys on your hope that they will deliver on their promises.
You will see "1-72 hours" advertised. You will see a "100% satisfaction guarantee" advertised.
You will pay your money, and then you're caught.
This company WILL NOT deliver on its promises.
You will receive emails from them with "updates" of no substantive content. You will receive these emails, mentioning their "no refunds" policy and even threats to blacklist your IMEI if you dare chargeback the amount paid when they do not deliver.
This sort of business behavior is illegal in most states (this is true regardless of their "terms" you allegedly "agreed to"). As they preyed on your hopes, they also prey on your fears, that by threatening to brick your phone with a fraudulent (on their part) IMEI blacklist, they hope you will simply go away and eat your financial loss.
My recommendation - with the strongest emphasis - is to AVOID this company at all costs. If, however, you were suckered in, don't cower in fear. Do that chargeback. Your card company will side with you when what was advertised is not delivered. And if they're dumb enough to actually go through with a fraudulent IMEI blacklist over a disputed debt, they'll turn a civil matter into a criminal act. They can only blacklist a phone by exposing themselves to carrier and law enforcement scrutiny. You will easily recover your money in litigation should you choose that path, as this sort of scam is self-evidently wrong, both legally and morally.
They're counting on suckers patronizing them and then cowering in the face of their threats. Such a "business model" needs to be shut down.

Paid to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max because despite being paid off from Att, they had "errors" unlocking it. So I came with this company. It was super fast, a little frustrating at first because I had to pay an additional fee as they had a harder time unlocking but once I paid that, it was unlocked within minutes. Originally time frame was stated for 1-72 and it was fully done around 28ish. Highly recommended and I have used them for years, literally!

I paid to have a Pixel 7 unlocked. I was strung along for more than 4 days with no end in site. I didn't get updates until I emailed a couple of times and got an answer back that they had been sending updates but that I must have put my email in incorrectly (even though I received the initial email thanking me for my order). The responses were filled with cheerful language asking for my patience, then went on to say that if I threatened to cancel my payment they would consider that fraud and put some kind of block on the phone rendering it useless. However, after I had waited more than 4 days, they told me they would continue trying to get the phone unlocked and refund my money if I would just go online and leave a 5 star review. I finally checked Better Businesses Bureau and saw the same complaint listed there. The company had not responded to the BBB and their grade was F. When I told The Unlocking Company about the BBB report and that I was returning the phone so their threats were useless, they refunded my money.

The delivery time was kept to what was stated as well. We tried everything to make this customer happy, just as we do everybody. We also do not solicit refunds for 5 star reviews, anyone is entitled to their own opinion and we refunded the purchase because we could not unlock the phone. Our BBB is currently a B, If you have any questions you can check the website, email us personally, or even ask for email copies between us and the customer.

I am hoping to save everyone some time and money. Do NOT use this company! They take your money and then disappear. I had high hopes because of previous reviews but it seems that those are grossly inflated. Buyer beware.
Tried to contact this person, nothing. We refunded. We have a 97% success rate on unlocking phones, unfortunately there are a few that fall between the cracks, as EVERY IMEI is different. There is nothing to "beware" of, except that all other companies would simply not refund you if they couldn't find it, what we do is continue to work on the IMEI until we can unlock the device, But if you do not want us to continue to attempt to unlock the device we would refund the purchase if requested

I don't know where the good reviews of this website came from, but my experience with them is terrible and totally a waste of my time, like other unlocking website. I paid my order on Dec 23,2021 and they promised to unlock my phone 1-12 hours with money back guaranteed, if I am not happy. After that, I contacted them many times through email, text and phone calls. No one ever got back to me. I highly suspect the business of unlocking a carrier-locked phone is totally a scam, because other websites also did the same thing. Now, I have call my bank to dispute this charge again. It is a scam, why nobody reported it ever to stop it?

I recently used the unlocking company to unlock a iPhone that was stuck with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to be located in the database, and an alternative option was provided. I'm assuming something to do with the Sprint to T-Mobile merge, as I have noticed two different IMEI numbers linked to all my lines. However, they were very communicative and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the service to others. When I emailed after they informed me of updates, they responded back the same day with extra advice-feedback. Great company. Process took 3 days which is well within the 1-10 days estimate.

We paid to have the phone unlocked and the guy who was emailing us threatened to blacklist the phone if we didn't pay more money. I didn't believe him, but he did BLACKLIST the phone so it looks like our phone is stolen. There's nothing more we can do on our end. His email said I'm blacklisting your nice new phone if you don't pay for another unlocking since it's not my fault the first unlocking did not work. He used cuss words, idiot, and stupid. They say they're a family ran business. They are not professional!

I submitted an application w/ credit card information. Did receive an email regarding my phone, replied to the email with the pertinent information & received an "unknown recipient" response. Contacted them via their website and never heard back. They advertise a result in 24 hours or less, that was four days ago. Nevertheless, they have been paid. I went to the original vendor of the phone and they fixed it for nothing and told me how they did it, for free.

I had to have my Samsung S20 unlocked from Sprint to be used with ATT. The primary method of unlocking didn't work, so they asked me if they could remote access my phone and PC to complete the process, I agreed.
The actual process went pretty smoothly. Instructions were clear and it took about an hour.
But when I went to the ATT store to get a new SIM card and join their plan, they said it was still locked to Sprint. They spent 30 minutes waiting for it to work, but it did not. I assumed that the unlocking didn't work, since many reviews claimed similar things. I ended up getting a new phone, new number, new plan, everything. I traded in my S20.
When I got home, I emailed the company and got initial resistance when I asked for a refund, the employee was being rude, but I was told that he was fired and then the owner of the company personally spoke with me, apologized for the employee's behavior, and issued a refund. I'm satisfied that I was at least able to get a refund.

We had purchased a brand new phone for my daughter. After purchasing, I decided to switch carriers. On 9/4/21 I paid the 19.99 charge to have a samsung galaxy s20 unlocked. I received an email that stares 1 -48 hours I would receive the Unlocking instructions. As of today, 9/10/21, still no email with the instructions. I have sent an email requesting my money back, no response. Thus company is fraud.
