I paid the Unlocking Company to unlock my phone and within 10 minutes they emailed me saying they were refunding my money because they had contacted the manufacturer and they could not unlock my phone. Three weeks later and 3 emails, they have still not refunded my purchase price even though they said they had. This company is inept at best and crooks at the worst. They may work very well for you. It will only cost you roughly $100.00 to find out that they will take your money and provide no service and no refund. I suggest you find a legitimate alternative.
Payment was refunded and we stated would take 4-8 banking days SOMETIME 10 banking days which is Monday thru Friday and no Holidays. I understand the frustration but we can only go as fast as the merchant account will allow us
I've just moved to Ireland and bought an Irish SIM card, but my phone was locked. Using the unlocking company took a full 24 hours to get my code, but once I had it, the code worked perfectly the first time. Definitely worth the wait!

I purchased the unlocking services before I had received the new SIM card for my device. In the end, I did not need to complete the unlocking process and they were very willing to refund my money in a prompt manner. Great customer service!

This was perfect. It was fast and extremely easy. Filled in the form, got the codes, it worked first time, and succuessfully unlocked my phone. My phone also needed the PUK code, which was provided along with the network unlock code. I am very happy with the service provided.

I ordered an unlock code for my device for which they claimed would be available between 1-24hrs, it has now been 120hrs and there has been no more responses to my emails after 72 hrs. I have not received a refund either and they have not responded to my request for a refund.

I do sincerely apologize for not being able to provide you the unlock after such a long wait with no results, In my 7 years of running this company this is the first time we have had such a long continuous issue with one service. The internal Audit from the carrier as well as the release of the new phones and now a change in the unlocking policies for the carrier just this month has caused a perfect storm of issues as Carriers are trying to bottleneck the third party unlocking companies like ourselves from getting unlocks available and in a timely manner with the hope to deter companies from trying to unlock them. But we are persistent as well as our Suppliers and hopefully there will be more alternatives if the issue continues to hamper the productivity and success of companies such as ourselves.
Again we are very apologetic we had to refund the purchase and we really hate not being able to supply customers with the service they purchased. Should take 3-8 Banking days (Monday thru Friday, can take up to 10 banking days for international purchases) to appear on account. We will be getting the unlocks for your phone eventually and if your check back with us in 4-6 weeks we would be happy to check and see if they are available AND/OR we can put you in a email list so once a option for your specific phone is available you will be notified via email wth the price, time frame as well as success rate.

In your order you put the locked carrier as AT&T, this caused delays in the unlock because the phone was NOT AT&T, as stated on the website we need the LOCKED carrier NOT the carrier you intend to use.
This phone was in fact region locked: Carrier: Open Egypt, and when asked what prompt appears so we can provide the correct unlock we never heard back

Hello Manuel Saca, unfortunately the phone was not MetroPCS in fact it was Samsung USA Open, which means it works with any USA based company, Your phone is not Metro it does not use Device Unlock app and your phone does not prompt for an unlock code, because we were provided incorrect information the payment was refunded, We do apologize for the inconvenience but when we are provided incorrect information it makes it difficult to unlock and why a refund was granted

Scammers, before paying I sent screenshots of my phone, they said they could do it, I paid $ 35 and then they said an additional surcharge of $ 60 needed
Unfortunately due to the build number and security patch additional funds were unfortunately required to unlock. You did not want to proceed at which point you were quickly refunded
They are crooks to the worst, they took money, hasn't done job. They responded saying they can't provide code and refunding money, after three follow-up they say they can't find the order.
What is the order number as the unlock was either provided or order was refunded
We had mistakenly inserted our old carrier's SIM card into our new iPhone13, and when we switched to our new carrier's SIM card a few days later, we discovered that the device had been carrier locked. Our old carrier at first blamed it on the new carrier, then simply refused to help us, as we had violated our terms of service by switching to the new device (probably true, but who knew?). Even high-level customer support from Apple couldn't remove the lock, including a hard factory reset, leaving us with an $800 paperweight. The Unlocking Company responded to our email within a matter of hours and, after investigating the situation for less than 24 hours, told us that it was safe to proceed with a request via their website. Again, less than 24 hours later, our device was unlocked, up and running perfectly with our new carrier. We have seen no indication of any problems a few days later. Their expressed commitment to customer service seems to be as genuine as we have seen from any company and we would highly recommend them to anyone caught in a similar situation.

My phone the OnePlus Nord N200 that I bought from a seller off of Mecri was completely network locked my metropcs and there was no way to unlock it. However, I came across H2TechVideos YouTube channel and they mentioned the unlock company on a way to unlock not only a OnePlus N100 but any phone including my Oneplus Nord N200. I paid around $74 (price differs by phone) and they were able to bargain with Metropcs to remove my phone from Metropcs and use the OnePlus Nord N200 with my mint mobile plan. Stacy we are responding to each and every email, you are saying the phone is not prompting for an unlock code, we are asking what sim card you are trying to use in the phone, and if the sim card is active. The sim card you are trying to use is the same sim card of the locked carrier, as stated in our instructions as well as in our email you need to use a sim card that is not from the original carrier to get the unlock code to prompt. Easy, simple fix
