Product breaks company won't warranty

Bought there everest mk1 vape 40 days after I purchased it won't take a charge so it's basically useless. Has a 90 day warranty contacted company (only through email cuz they have no phone number or address) they never contacted me back to resolve issue ended up having to buy a new vape (obviously not theirs) even though the one I have is still under warranty. Do not buy there product it will break and they will not honor there warranty.
