This company is fraud. They have taken me for $2300. Most cant speak english or spell. They are completely incompetent. I was very patient telling them step by step how to do their job and almost two years later, the website is still not complete and they won't even activate my website or give me access to my own website so I can take it elsewhere. It's been so long I can't even dispute the charges because I moved and switched banks a year ago.

Ideally, I would not give this company even a single star! I had a really awful website done which didn't work and had to fight to get 50% refund and then pay a different developer to fix all the problems. Their consultant convinced me through the developing process (before I realized they were not providing what they claimed!), to purchase a trademark and that they would organize it for me. This was over 3 months ago, I have still not heard anything about this and no trademark or application exists. I have tried to contact them multiple times during the last 1 month to get my money refunded and have not had a single reply. This is not a legitimate company and how they get any good reviews is beyond me. I suspect the good ones may not be legitimate, as how can there be any good ones given my experience and the experience of similar reviewers on this platform? Anyway, whatever you do STAY AWAY from them. They have no morals and their only service is to STEAL customers money!

I wanted a web app developed for my business so I asked them to make one for me. They made my app according to my liking. They even appreciated my feedback. Their program manager was very helpful. He kept in touch with me and notified me about the project updates during the whole process.

For someone who has been designing for such a long time they seem to never run out of unique ideas. I had a very unique selling point for my business and I wanted to use my design to show that as much as possible. I started working with this organization in the start to make sure that they know what they are doing. I gave them the project for a few logos but they surpassed all expectations that I had. They were able to provide a brilliant service and I was able to explain everything I was looking for to their representatives. What was truly brilliant was the simple fact that these guys were able to take my words and design word to word. It was as if I was able to trust them to give their best and they did not let me down.

You could build a better website on SquareSpace, Webflow, etc.

This company doesn't care about their work product, but if they delivered website quality that they have in their own website or the examples they show you when selling you, they would be a top tier web-developer. Instead, font isn't consistent, sizing isn't consistent, Web certificates aren't handled, basic SEO isn't even included, image quality on site is blurry despite providing high-res photos, contact forms weren't sending anywhere for months, they do site maintenance in the middle of your office hours, I could go on and on...It's scary. Thankfully our website is not our main source of revenue and we can work slowly to rebuilding our website. Dealing with them is painful.

Don't overpay for their hosting either, and I would have them on a performance contract.

OK...I thought I had a winner as the concept is great. However, follow up is bad and people you work with leaving and the new people don't follow up. Send an emai...no response. Call, with a promise to call back...not happening.

I am a student that is still learning to become a website developer in the future. As part of my college project I had to create and run a blog for at least a month. I used WordPress to create my website but wanted to have domain hosting from an external service. I searched the internet to find the organization that I could be satisfied with. Studying in New York University is never easy as you have to maintain your grades. I could take no risks which is why it was relieving that I found TheWebFounders and the amazing way they assisted me.
