We chose Weblogy to develop our app. We were a bit confused at first as all of a sudden we were communicating with people from Bytrix Technologies as well. Weblogy assured us that Bytrix is apart of them and that's who they use to develop apps. We signed our contract in October stating our app would be finished in 3 months or our money back. 3 weeks later, they told us we needed to buy a server and we should use theirs. They went through the whole sales pitch and told us if we chose theirs by the end of the day, they would offer us a discount on our app. After doing some research, we spent the $10,000 on their server. Not really into the tech world and knowing too much about servers and such. Our app was taking shape with the hard work over at Bytrix. Come November there was a hiccup where everything just disappeared on our teamwork platform. Turns out internal issues with Bytrix? Bytrix gets back on board, and this is where Weblogy starts to get shady. We call up our head project manager to get some answers. Bytrix didn't even know we had purchased a server and our app was being developed on their company's (not Weblogy). It has now been 3 weeks with Weblogy ignoring us. Please take your money somewhere else. I'd share pictures of my contract and email thread, but if I have to go the legal route in order to get my money back or server credentials, I don't want to jeopardize by sharing something confidential.
