Simple Biz is truly the web service provider of choice for Asbury United Methodist Church in Nokesville, Virginia. Although we are a small church in membership, we are able to have a web presence equal to the large churches without sacrificing our small church authenticity. We are always satisfied with the work provided by Simple Biz and our project manager, Ella. She listens to what I ask for, and produces immediate results. Try them and you'll be satisfied too!
First off they lie about their location. Take your money. Randomly up the cost with no notice, have a fake number with the area code attached to where you are from, and then block your number and don't respond to emails once you start asking questions. When I called from a different number they gave me the address to a middle school. Any good rating son this site are fake. Look up this business. We are now taking legal action to recoup the money they have stolen from us. They've lost us a ton of business

Mcgyver pays attention and can sense whether I am satisfied or not. He was able to fix my problem with a plan that he was able to implement. He also communicated with me in a language that I can understand.
Ella keeps to appointment time with me. She also makes sure that I understand whatever is being taught at review meetings. She also ensures that every questions and concern I pose to her is resolved satisfactorily. In fact, her capacity concerning her responsibilities to me as a client of Duda is top-notch

The Rep assigned to my account was slow to respond to phone calls. I verbally and by email canceled my account in December. Even though I cancelled the account they still charged my credit card for the month of January. To date they have been unresponsive to my request for a refund. After 30 days it is still under review. Service and speed is definitely not their strong suit.
I was finally contacted by Simple.biz and given a refund along with an apology.
The website is NICE! I like it! A well done revamp from my old website!
