The representative Bryan who assisted me was great.responded to my emails promptly & the transaction was smooth….only thing I wasn't informed of was that 50% of my funds was placed on hold via Paypal…when I contact PayPal they say it was t he sender who caused t he funds to be placed on hold…
Our apologies that this has happened. However, as discussed via email this is out of our control as PayPal has placed the funds on hold, not us. PayPal has acknowledged that this issue is on their end, not ours. We are working with you & PayPal to try to get this resolved & we offered for you to refund the amount & pay you via another method.

They quoted me an offer than offered a lesser offer for a burnt image issue. They sent pictures after I emailed them but it doesn't show the issue that they say the phone supposedly has. I took great care of the phone. It had a case and everything. This was very disappointing.
We were very disappointed as well. The original quoted offer was for a OnePlus 11 in "Excellent" condition. As stated on our website Excellent condition is defined as flawless & in like new condition, with less than 10% of devices qualifying. We received a device that had burnt in images that were clear in the photographs that were sent to you.

I am sorry that feel this way. The phone you sent is in extremely poor condition. The phone is so bad that it will be used for some internal parts and that's it.
The process was transparent and the information was all accurate. I was paid (the amount that was offered) within the same day that the phone arrived to The Whiz Cells. I was able to track the phone throughout the process. Transferring the funds to my debit card was easy and almost instant. Thank you for being true to your words and operating above all expectations.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a company I've never worked with before. I was pleasantly surprised. The process was straight forward, the email with the QR code easy to find, and the email response that they received my phone and how to access my chosen payment method (gift card) was clear. I would definitely use them in the future, should I have any phone selling needs.

I sent phones to Whizcells and a competitor to judge which service was better. I am still waiting to hear back from the other company and I got my payment from Whizcells days ago. No hassles. Paid what they quoted. Would definitely do business with them again.
Changed the description on my phone saying it had scratches on the screen when there was no scratches at all on my screen.
The description on our website states that in order to qualify for the full quoted price there cannot be any screen scratches that can be felt by the fingernail. The scratches on your device were not only deep enough to be felt but they were worn with dirt in them, indicating that they had been present for a while. You had the option to decline the quote & have the device sent back to you at our cost.
It really is as simple as 3-4 steps. Choose PayPal if you'd like your funds the moment they're done inspecting your phone.

I filled out the quote on the website and was quoted $105 for an iPad. After they received it, they adjusted the quote to $70 and said it had scratches. The option choses online was Good -- Few Light Scratches. The next option is Cracked Glass. There's nothing in between. Their explanation was they were changing the quote so they could turn a profit after repairing the device. I feel that should have been made clear on the initial quote or the website updated to reflect the correct pricing.

We used to have many condition options and it became confusing to the sellers. Every device is judged based on its merit. In your case I see the real issue is we did not communicate with you what the biggest difference was. On our site, you received a quote for a cellular unlocked model and we received a wifi-only model. I apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you. I will address that with our team. I sent in a very good condition iPhone 12 and was quoted $140 online. Sent it in and they came back with an offer of $70. I took the offer as I suppose most would after going through the trouble of sending it in. In hindsight… I would have just sold in FB marketplace.
The device that you sent in was an iPhone 12 Mini. Our website clearly states that devices must have a clean IMEI/ESN & battery health above 85% in order to qualify for the full quote. The device that you sent in had a lower battery health & also had a bad IMEI/ENS due to being flagged by AT&T due to the device not being paid off. This was not a case of bait & switch, this was a case of you not complying with the criteria of what was accepted.
