Great and timely communication. Sent over payment as soon as they were able to verify the product on their end on receipt.
I filled out the quote on the website and was quoted $105 for an iPad. After they received it, they adjusted the quote to $70 and said it had scratches. The option choses online was Good -- Few Light Scratches. The next option is Cracked Glass. There's nothing in between. Their explanation was they were changing the quote so they could turn a profit after repairing the device. I feel that should have been made clear on the initial quote or the website updated to reflect the correct pricing.

In your case I see the real issue is we did not communicate with you what the biggest difference was. On our site, you received a quote for a cellular unlocked model and we received a wifi-only model. I apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you. I will address that with our team. Wasn't sure what to expect from a company I've never worked with before. I was pleasantly surprised. The process was straight forward, the email with the QR code easy to find, and the email response that they received my phone and how to access my chosen payment method (gift card) was clear. I would definitely use them in the future, should I have any phone selling needs.

I sent phones to Whizcells and a competitor to judge which service was better. I am still waiting to hear back from the other company and I got my payment from Whizcells days ago. No hassles. Paid what they quoted. Would definitely do business with them again.

I sent in a very good condition iPhone 12 and was quoted $140 online. Sent it in and they came back with an offer of $70. I took the offer as I suppose most would after going through the trouble of sending it in. In hindsight… I would have just sold in FB marketplace.
The device that you sent in was an iPhone 12 Mini. Our website clearly states that devices must have a clean IMEI/ESN & battery health above 85% in order to qualify for the full quote. The device that you sent in had a lower battery health & also had a bad IMEI/ENS due to being flagged by AT&T due to the device not being paid off. This was not a case of bait & switch, this was a case of you not complying with the criteria of what was accepted.
As always, they pay out very quickly when they receive the device, though they may want to update the verbiage on their website. It seemed like they processed Payment seven days a week when they do not work on weekends. They received my shipment on a Saturday morning And I emailed for a status and they said that they do not process on weekends. Which is not exactly advertised on their website. So I was stuck waiting for it until early Monday afternoon. Beyond that they have always been great and very quick to take care of it. Always take the option to deliver your own package.
