Being a skeptic of insurance sites, I have to say that I wasn't expecting the exceptional experience I received when I first reached out. Juanita was patient, informative, and truly made me feel as if she was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely recommend The Zebra if all the representatives are as helpful as Juanita throughout the process!

I spent half hour entering all my info and submitted it and it only brought back two insurance companies. When I try to go into see the quotes they force me to enter all the info again. Site reerks of advertising and steering you to the insurance company's that pay zebra to 'get' you. Missing was the half dozen other insurance companies that also should have quotes. Horrid experience.
I was searching for the best homeowners insurance. This site was the most efficient site I used. I worked with an agent who was friendly and extremely helpful in locating the best plan. I'd recommend to anyone searching for a policy.

It collected info for auto insurance quote and just redirected me to the Auto insurance providers. Where, I have to fill again all these details to get quote. Basically Zebra collected my info and did nothing.

But, depending on the user and their driver profile (location, driving history, etc), results may vary. This means that some users, in this instance yourself included, are served links (possibly along with actual quotes from some carriers and you chose not to click on those) to major carriers where you're asked to re-input your information so they can accurately quote you.

Why did I just enter all my information just to receive a list of auto insurance companies with a link to their website where I am supposed to re-enter all of my information? That makes the Zebra website absolutely pointless.
I had auto insurance with Geico ($1, 420.oo) for 6 months. Using TheZebra.com I pay $1, 076.oo including home insurance ( $925.oo for auto, and $125 for home, all in one package). I am so glad I contacted them.

I went through the whole process of adding my vehicles to get the quotes. It only gave one quote for the vehicles I added and then wanted me to go other websites to get a quote from them. The one quote I received wasnt even from the liability limits I put in the system. Worthless website and now I am sure I am going to get multiple emails from them.
This company is in business for them and not saving you money. Their info is bogus bulls t. The price they quote you is not the price the insurance company gives you! Do not waste your time using this worthless website!
Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
