Spoke to Ms. Maribel W and she was INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful and mindful of me calling in-between working. We spoke over multiple calls and her response time when I left a message was great.
The site is completely useless. It redirects you bunch of real insurance companies web sites, where you need to put your info again and again.

Altho they do say "compare several companies", I think there were more external links to other companies, than ones they used to compare quotes.
They have excellent service! The agent got me a really cheap rate, way better than the rates I have gotten before.
