So pleased with the bedding. Very good quality. So white and that's what I love! Great service and didn't have to wait weeks, we received our order within 2 days. Already looking on the site for another purchase.

His is the worse company I have ever dealt with, they do not have telephone number so all correspondence is over email so you cannot get things dealt with. I bough 100% Egyptian cotton bed sheets and pillowcases and these are the worst sheets I have ever felt in my life. I ordered 2 king/2 double and 2 packs of pillowcases. They sent the incorrect double sheets and the other items after washing on the day of receipt (washed as per the instructions) felt like rough paper! They are awful. When I contacted them about this don't want to refund and let me send back... i'm still waiting to hear back now. If they had a phone number I would have been able to sort out the issue, however this has caused me to become very stressed. I don't normally write reviews but I have had to because I have never had such a bad experience. Avoid this company like the plague and go to the shops, it really shows that buying online isn't always safe. 100% Egyptian cotton would NOT have washed up like this.
