DO NOT BUY! The clothing is TEMU quality and they have the WORST customer service! Their $100 overalls arrived with a ripped seam and no seam allowance. The material is awful! One of the shirts I ordered arrived with a hole in it. They took over a week to reply to me and did nothing to fix the situation. There is only a 3 day return window for quality defects. Buyer Beware!

It was cute, until it wasn't

I bought an adorable jumper. I washed it in the first 8 days I had it. I followed all instructions on the tag. The smocked top came completely apart. I reached out to the business 9 days after receiving the item and they refused to help me because the garment was used. A casual outfit that costs over $60 shouldn't be a one time use. Very disappointed. Will never shop here again.

FALSE ADVERTISING - NO REMORSE

I contacted this business twice to let them know the shirt I received was falsely advertised. The description does NOT match the shirt, nor do the pictures. They don't care whatsoever. They won't waive the return fee for their error. They said the description of fabric type IMPLIES how it should be worn, even though the description SAYS it can be worn alone. The shirt is COMPLETELY see through. Like read a book through it see through. No remorse from them. No waiving return fees. They even said they will change the description moving forward. Ok, you agree with me but also, I'm out $60 cause I'm not going to go out in public with my undergarments on display. All over $8 return fee. This complaint is just the beginning.

A WARNING TO ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This was the email that I had sent to the company.
They wil not give you a full refund.
They take your hard earned money and go on with the day. I have shopped many times online and have always received my full refund.

Hi there, Just wanted to bring to your attention that I have already sent an email regarding return info. To recap, as I was ordering the product on the website I took my measurements to ensure proper sizing, however the product is far too big. When I had put on the joggers it fell down to the floor. It does not match my size whatsoever. Its not the length, its the waist measurement thats a size too big. I had ordered a small.

I received it yesterday but the garment did not hold up on my body - likely a size too large. I took the steps to set up a return and was notified that $30 will be taken off my refund. I dont think this should be the case as this was not my fault. The customer should not be penalized for it... I get it... that it ensures the safety back to the warehouse. I've sent things back before and have never had to loose that amount. I feel I should be getting a full refund and not have to spend additional money to send it back. Im spending more money to call internationally to reach customer service (wont be calling again) as well. Also I would like to bring up that it is not possible to take a measurement of the wast and send tje picture... I can send a picture of the pants I wear in comparison.
I work 50 hrs a week, and have little time for myself. This situation in it self is already causing me stress and anxiety, that I do not need.

Please help me resolve this please without having to take all these steps.

Don't Do It

I was sent a top that was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. It was $60. After a lot of hassle, I was credited for the top. I had to send pictures of the fabric content and the top. The top they sent me wasn't the same colors or the same fabric content! It was supposed to be 100% cotton pastel corals. It was 100% rayon in the ugliest combination of blues and greens and reds. They would not credit me for shipping because I ordered a $9 tank top too. This company is truly not aware of what you're ordering. It probably comes from China and is not checked by anyone, clearly. The first picture is the top I ordered. The second picture is the top I got.

My Wife has been away tending to a critically ill Mother who ended up dying 2 weeks ago, and this company is making her pay for a return on something that wasn't CLOSE to what was described. She didn't open the package for 6 weeks, and they could care less what she went through. OK...now let the reap what they sow.

I ordered a sweater in October. I live in Los Angeles and it's only been cool enough recently to wear it. The sleeve has completely unraveled and your customer service told me I only had 3 days to get a return and was out of luck. Very disappointing. The sweater is unwearable.

Does not stand behind quality

I made 2 significant orders and loved everything when I received it. I ordered 1 sweater (in the summer) then I washed and out away for the fall (just over the 30 day return window). When I took it out to wear it there was a ton of pulls - it just did not hold up in the wash. I contacted customer support the told me so sorry, you're out of luck because it's over 30 days. I was pretty upset as I paid good money for a sweater that looks like it's been worn 100s of times. They apparently don't stand behind their products and it's too bad because I loved everything else and would order more if they had stood behind what they sell. I waged it again since and tried to wear and there are holes! So upsetting.

I purchased several items that unfortunately needed to be returned due to quality issues. While the clothes are super cute they are not made well at all. Oversized, not like the pictures etc. THIS company only gave me a partial refund which I am disputing through Afterpay. If a consumer purchases your product & they return it then they should get a FULL REFUND! Watch out for this company. They take your money & no return it

I buy clothes on sale. At least 60% off and I still feel like I'm not getting a deal. The clothes pill up after one wash. I'm hang drying them and they look like iv worn them everyday after 1 wash. I love the style, I love the comfort. I hate the quality. I'm honestly just going to buy there kimonos only and just shop at old navy. They have similar dresses and much better prices.

Ripped Clothing

I ordered 5 articles, 2 jumpers and 3 crops. 2 out of 5 came ripped. One crop top is ripped in the back and one jumpsuit had a huge 3-4" rip on the leg. I've since sewn the jumpsuit as I was excited to wear it. Other than the products arriving with defects, I like the items. I'd like to try more of their clothes but the low quality in this regard makes me unhappy.

Great quality-Legit American Company

This company is not a Chinese factory-they are in Texas, I order almost every week from them, they always have sales, it takes a little over a week to get my stuff shipped to Massachusetts. I've washed their items several times and they don't fall apart.

I saw this company on a Facebook ad and ordered a dress. I usually wear a Med but based on their size chart, I ordered a Large (assuming it ran small based on their chart). I received the dress and it was so big! I was also disappointed in the quality of fabric. I paid $10 to have it shipped to me, and then I had to pay another $8 to send it back to them. I don't think it should be the customer's responsibility to pay for their inaccuracy. I wrote about my experience on their Facebook and Instagram, but they deleted my comments. I also submitted a review on the product itself, but they never published it. Seems shady to filter and censor bad reviews for their benefit. They clearly have no integrity of transparency. This is the first and last purchase I'll make with them. The purpose of my reviews are to save someone else from the time, money, inconvenience. Wish I had seen a review to warn me, but maybe they deleted those. Very deceiving and misleading.

The clothing looked beautiful, but I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. I tracked the package and it was sent back to the company. I reached out to them to see if I could still receive my order. They told me I would have to pay for shipping which I completely understood, but then they proceeded to tell me that that they couldn't honor my discount and give me my original order that I already paid for. It was like they already sent it to someone else for more money. I will never order anything from this company again.

Ok clothes, expensive returns

I ended up sending everything back, the clothes were ok but medium quality for the price and not as vibrant as the online photos. I would have been ok with that but the return shipping deduction ended up being almost $15, which is too much for me to risk ordering again.
