I hesitated for so long on getting the khaki free bird dress but once a big sale hit I grabbed it right away! I have the same one from another boutique and the fabrics is much different. This one is so soft and fits better! Love it

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with this company. Things take a long time to ship. This is something I could certainly overlook, however I have found their clothes, for the most part, to be very poor quality. Too bad because the style tends to be just what I like! I just wish things were made a bit better, even if this increases the cost.

I have made 2 online purchases from Three Bird Nest and am happy with both items. The quality is great! I am very pleased with the items. The first delivery was very fast. The second took a bit longer but I expected that due to the holiday season. Overall very happy with the clothing and will most likely purchase again

New to Three Bird Nest and heard about them from Tik Tok. Three items purchased so far and love, love, love them. Sizing was perfect, all fabric and colors as described and everything so warm and comfy. They even have an email notification system for when items are back in stock.

I will order again and again and can't wait to see their summer line.

Their products are hit or miss for me with sizing. I am a midsized woman. The problem is that returns cost you shipping, so it's never been worth the shipping cost for me to return anything. I do get a lot of compliments on the pants that I've bought from this store.

Everything I ordered was exactly as described, and arrived within 2 weeks. I did have to return the pants because they were way too big, but the return process was very painless and I'm still waiting on the refund, but I was assured it was coming. Their customer service was awesome!

I just LOVE this boutique! They have the cutest and most comfortable clothes. The flare overalls i ordered are perfect! They take me back to the 90's when i was a teen and wide legged jeans became the thing to wear! Delivery was fine as well!

I was so pleased with everything I order. I'm 66 years old and it is hard to find clothes the doesn't make you look like my mother. I order the denim overalls and got so many complements and asked where I bought them. Just because I'm 66 doesn't mean I want to dress that way.

I have purchased a lot and love the quality, however with duty, Canadian exchange it's a lot of money to not be able to wear or return items that do not fit, so unfortunately am not able to continue to support this business.

The return process for Canada is not ideal. With having to pay duty on clothing items as well as shipping, when you make a return and have to pay for shipping as well the clothing item becomes all that more expensive. All of which you do not get back when returned. Cost me $45 just to try in clothes.
It also took over a month to receive.

I absolutely adore my purchases from Three Bird Nest! I bought 4 colors of the Wren Tunic, and I will happily return to this shop. They have such cute clothes, and this was one of the few times I have shopped online and found the fit to be comparable to how it's presented on the website. I recommend Three Bird Nest frequently - like every time someone fawns over my adorable tunics!

I have ordered several items from this site and have been very pleased with each purchase. I would recommend thoroughly reading all the item reviews and the sizing charts associated with each individual item. They are great about putting detailed measurements for each item, which is helpful with the "slouchy" styled clothes so you know if it will be more fitted or very baggy. I have not been disappointed with anything I have ordered; their clothes are beautiful.

There was some confusion about a discount that wasn't actually activated but still noted on the web via Instagram. I tried to use the discount but it was denied so I had to go into a chat with one of your reps which made the shopping experience a bit disappointing. And of course, after I purchase something, it goes on sale within a couple of weeks - further disappointing.

One of my items arrived damaged. Since they couldn't replace/exchange it, they refunded my item right away. All of the clothing items I've received from this company are great quality. Very cute! Definitely recommend.

No complaints. I wish there was a free exchange with a given label. I had bought jeans and returned losing $15-20 for shipping and had an in store credit so not only did I lose the $15-20, I had to use my credit up there with no choice. I likely would have reordered anyways but a shipping label would of been appreciated. The service and delivery and product overall, no complaints.

I've been searching for a pair of jeans like this for a long time. They are so stretchy and comfy. I was in-between sizes so I ordered a size up, but had to send them back for a smaller size. Customer service was great! If your between sizes I'd choose the smaller size as they are really stretchy!

I made a order with threebirdnest on November 28th so Black Friday and they told me my order would be out within 1-2 weeks which is totally fine I understood a lot of people were ordering. They processed my money right away. It's been a month now and I still didn't receive my shirt so I got in contact with them asking when it would be mailed. They sent this "Good Morning,
We are not able to get the kimono back in stock, the vendor just didn't do another run. Would you like something else, a credit or a refund"
They said no apology and I would have never knew I wasn't going to receive my top if I didn't reach out to them. I expected a lot more from this company. I still haven't got my refund either.

I loved the pictures of items I ordered; however, quality was not acceptable. Also, sizing was very misleading. I ended up having to donate the items. There was no enclosed paperwork in the event one had to chose alternate sizes or pieces.
