The show was great but I had to call the ticket seller a few days prior as I had not received the tickets. I had them fed ex the tickets which cost me $9 more. I was not happy with the service but loved the show.
Tickets came in plenty of time. I was not thrilled about having to pay $15 handling fee per ticket, but I couldn't have asked for better seats.
At the Chicago theatre the seats are not on enough of an incline so that people in front of you are blocking your view, especially when the dancers take to the floor in their dance routine. Maybe the screen should have been on the dancers instead of background. Otherwise we really enjoyed the dancing.
I have been coming to this Ballet for 23 years and this was the worst performance that I have very seen. There were music misfires (music starting late), No firing of the cannon, dancers not in their right places and one dancer fell. That dancer who fell did handle the fall well and got up and gave a great performance. Several of the dancer did not seem to know their parts and were not well rehearse. The Spanish dancer of the man part was not able to perform, due to him playing dual roles. Bad choices by the production company where made.
I hope for better performances in the future.

When we ordered our tickets the seats were in the centre section but when it came time to print them, the seats were off to the right. Beyond that the process was seamless. Printing the tickets was easy and there were no issues when we arrived at the venue

We park in Lot 4 (perfect for us) east side really short walk to the stadium. We are from New Mexico and just happened to park next to fellow New Mexicans. So of course we we having a blast. But I must say the locals around us were supper friendly. They came over and brought us a pumpkin pie bellow shot. It was amazing. We difinetly do the same thing next year.
I work in customer service, so I know how difficult it can be. The customer service for this company is AWFUL! They put you on hold and never come back. They hang up on you. They are rude and just talk in circles.
The show we had tickets for was rescheduled for 2 months later. We could not attend the new date and they refused to refund us. They did however offer to resell the tickets for us for a 10% fee.

It was super easy to purchase our tickets online and the process of setting up my debit card I purchased the tickets with to gain access to the event made everything super easy too! We LOVED the event and had a FANTASTIC time!
We arrived an hour early and enjoyed a glass of wine before taking our seats. I would recommend that people arrive early to avoid the last minute rush for seats that we witnessed! The venue was beautiful and Yo Yo Ma and Katherine Stott gave us a lovely performance filled with passion. The three encores were a nice bonus too! All in all a wonderful memory.
