I've used TickPick just twice now to purchase tickets to Nuggets playoff games. The first time went well, no issues, but a friend and I paid close to $1000 dollars for game 5 of the finals. When we arrived to the stadium and tried to enter we were told the tickets were invalid. In the end, TickPick isn't even worth it because they end up charging the same as ticketmaster does with the fees. Never again

Had never used before and was nervous because I wasn't able to get the tickets until 8 hours before the show. They were concert tickets at MLB ballpark so the tickets were available via the MLB APP. I was paranoid something would go wrong - but it didn't. Got the tickets as promised and whenever I emailed customer service with a question via email they got back to me with a helpful response within 24 hours.

There was no further communication until the buyer said they never received them. TickPick emailed me and asked for me to confirm that I transferred them in my Ticketmaster account. Very great seats at a very great price. The tickets were sent right away to the MLB ballpark app. I could not get the tickets because I had not updated the app, so I went to will call. They verified that it was me and I had my ticket within minutes. Overall it was awesome. My team won and I would always recommend Tick Pick!

TickPick had better prices than any other site. The show (The Book of Mormon) was sold out. Resale prices on other sites were pretty high and you never knew how much the tickets would really cost after fees and tax until the end of checkout.
