They are the worst service provider.Not ready to refund not even providing the services. Persons are not answering the calls. One of the agent from backend called me and asking me to share my personal number so that they can resolve the issue in personal.Is this is the behaviour they are doing with customer. Really cheap they are pathetic service provider.No one from the team is contacting i have asked to disconnection and every time they close my ticket without any resolution. Dont go for timbl ever trust me
Worst internet service provider. Customer care team never picks up the phone. From the last 3 days connection is not working and I tried to reach customer care team multiple times but no one is responding. Pls think twice before getting new connection in your house or office.
Hi I am Jyotsana and I generally take freelance projects so needed a good internet connection. I had already had a bad experience with another internet service provider which had affected my projects and clients so I didnt wanted to waste time on any more bad connections. But thanks to Timbl, for a high speed internet connection due to which I am able to get my work done in time without facing much issues with my broadband! Your services are so far so good. I had taken timbl connection before 10days and till now I had raised more than 20complaint about speed and connectivity issue. Each time they raised ticket and close it by mentioning speed is fine.
I took 30Mbps unlimited plan but not even able to play a simple YouTube video.
It is tottaly waste of money I would not recommend anyone to go for timble. You will definitely get so many option within this range.
Timbl is one of the worst broadband connection ever, the internet terrible and the service is pathetic, monthly at least 6-10 times something or other thing happens to their fiber lines or the server and to resolve that they take minimum 2–3 days and can go for weeks also…it's very disappointing…I would not recommend Timbl to anyone:|

Worst kind of services. Internet stops working after a day or two. They installed old and faulty routers, even for new connections. If you register a complaint and call for tech support, there is no response for atleast a week or so. Their plans are non-refundable. They do not refund your security account. DO NOT OPT FOR TIMBL AS A IT COSTS A LITTLE LESS, IT WILL COST YOU MORE BOTH MENTALLY AND TECHNICALLY. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET CHOOSING TIMBL AS I AM REGRETTING NOW.

Such a worst service provider they are, I never get the committed speed, I registered a complaint about slow browsing on 18th January but till now this is not resolved, my biggest mistake is this I bought a 3-month pack in advance so I can't discontinue service now, I have to be there with the worst service, I will not recommend this internet provider to even my enemies.

Never Experienced Such Kind Of Worst Service In My Entire Life
After 50 days of disconnection and continuous call two three times a day, after writing 5 emails daily from a week, they finally agree to return my security amount but they still not taking the responsibility of their bad services, they simply say out team are not aware of our policies... I wasted my time, mental peace and money by taking Timbl connection, after taking Fiber connection from Timbl I recharged my phone to use internet for my live classes. I missed some of my classes too, But simply Timbl dont care of their costomers issues, they simply said the same scripted line
" We apologize for the inconvenience you faced" thats it... And they are not going to refund the amount which you have in your Timbl Account, because of there so called policy.
I was not aware that small companies like Timbl's have policies too... Funny

I called them more then 100 times but every no one actually solved any of complains on time. They simply blame on others, like my field area agent or other competition Internet Service Provider for their faults.

They don't even know that if the person is not using wifi and not getting recharged because the customer is not at her place and repeated the same thing and subah se shuru call krna rat tk recharge kab kraoge when you already confirmed ki aapko hi pta ki aap kb wapis aaoge they use to ask same thing on every call and agr care number pr call kr k bolo to khnge ticket raise kr dia call hi aayega and from the next again wo call krna shuru seriously they are just doing mentally torcher their customers. Worst company, guys koi glti se bhi iska connection mat lena. Please please... Ye log bhikhari log hain jo paisa pehle hi le lete hain... Ager bheekh samajh k dena ho tabhi dena inko warna internet ki expectations to kabhi mat rakhna. Apka kaam bigad jaega... But yaha se koi phone nai uthayega. Inko salo ko training milti hai ki kabhi bhi customer ka call mat uthao... Maine glti kerdi but ab hata rahi hu connection.

I face an issue with the connectivity with every single day. Everyday after an 2-3hours its shows this wifi has no access to the internet.
I'm Just fed up with this. The customer care of Timbl is 24x7 only theoretically. Calling them at even 7 in the morning only give me a chance to keep listening to never-ending music which is eventually put me to sleep. If they do pick my call, the only answer i would get from them would be that they are working on the issue, and the problem will be solved "ASAP". They never give me any time frame within which the problem is expected to be solved. This is highly pathetic service ever seen and I don't understand on what basis timbl customer care are again and again giving the fake hope to customer and making fool of them. Daily I have to call Timbl numerous times due to low browsing and download speed i am really really fed up of this

Worst service ever in gurgaon. Please dont switch to them. They wont refund your money on time and will keep you oscillating.
I have used many ISPs over the years. Hands down Timbl is the worst. They have no ethics. Their team(sales, customer service & installation) are slimy bunch of liars. Before agreeing to getting their connection & making the payment, their nameless sales guy called & texted me from this number - *******450. However after making the payment he didn't pick any of my calls neither did he respond any of my messages. I called their customer service who have no clue or record of they payment. Their response"sir aapko Zyada dikkat hai to app email karlo, mai aut baat nahi kar sakti" - said by Kiran their customer service agent. Apparently there are no supervisors in TIMBL as informed by Kiran. No one from TIMBL called me, nothing from their Instalation team either. Please don't take their services unless you want to get mentally harassed by their employees while the management doesn't care at all. With this attitude they will run out of business very soon, eagerly waiting for Jio Fiber to TIMBL.
They create a trap and charge for 100 MBPS, however, the actual speed is 2 MBPS.
Please say BIG NO to Timbl Bimbl
