I just bought a charm bracelet & received it today 5/17/24 for my 8 month old and the swavorski crystal cross charm broke in half. Luckily I seen it when I did or it could have poked her. I hope I can get it fixed because it's a very pretty bracelet but it sucks how much it was & it broke already.

Bought a bracelet that broke in 2 places trying to put it on. Final sale purchase but the company is unwilling to own up to poor quality item and issue replacement or refund. Don't shop here unless you don't care how long the jewelry will last. Terrible inexperienced people seem to be in charge of customers. So called management consists of 1 20 something young woman and is the only person a customer will be unfortunate enough to handle a problem. Buyer beware!
The backs of the earring fall off very easily. I tried the rubber stoppers as well & those also slide right off. Our daughter lost her birthday earrings within a week. Customer service was rude & very unhelpful. Highly advise staying away from this brand!

I ordered screw back earrings for my infant. She wore them for 4 months and the end of the post broke off into the backing. Very poor quality considering she never bothered with them and likely didn't even realize they were there. In addition, I ordered new backings (originally thinking that was the problem). I was charged $10 for shipping and then a month later received a $17 bill from FedEx. Avoid this company!

Concerning the FedEx shipping charge, you must have ordered from outside of the United States. There are customs and import fees for some countries that are continually changing and out of our control. We state clearly when ordering that all import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
This company should not be in business, what a rip off. I purchased a bracelet and it broke within 8 days. I contacted them and they seemed careless. Poor customer service, and lack of sympathy. No problem was resolved. I just want people to know and to do some research before purchasing. I went with looks, my mistake. I spent to much money for a piece of junk!

I ordered the Fearless Heart Hoop Dangle children's earrings for my daughter. I tried to put them on her but it was impossible to close. This is the first time I see an earring that cannot be closed so that it doesn't fall off. I reached out to Tiny Blessings for tips but I had already tried what they recommended so I asked for a complimentary return label since I needed to return something that didn't work. They denied it. Why should I pay the return shipping when they should not be selling earrings that don't work in the first place. I also posted this one star review on their website but they moderate their reviews and only post the ones that are 5 stars. This company is a joke.

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. The stone fell out of the earring after 5 months, and they said it was only guaranteed for 30 days. These were $60 earrings. Then they offered me 15% off. Why in the world would I buy from them again? They won't be around long with this lack of service.

I bought a pair of 14k gold earrings for my 11 month old granddaughter on Feb. 11. She didn't wear them until March 30. After 2 days, one of them was bent in her ear and then
Snapped off. I contacted customer service the next day and sent a picture of the earrings.
Their reply was that the earring was repairable but I would have to pay for shipping cause
It was beyond the 30 days! Why would I even consider putting these earrings on her again. If it had broken and nobody noticed, she could have choked on it.
Please save your money and avoid this company. My daughter wore the screw back earrings for 2 weeks before the earring post bent and we lost the screw back down the drain. I saw online that I was given the wrong screw back (they came with a bullet type back instead of a flat back). When I call and talked to the "manager," she could care less. She didn't ask for my name, type of earring, purchase date, etc. She just told me to go online and spend more money on new backs. I'm so disappointed in this company and how they conduct business.

This was my first time purchasing from Tiny Blessings and was very impressed how nicely my earrings came. They were in beautiful earring boxes with a bow wrapped around. It came with a beautiful cloth sack and a jewelry polishing cloth. The earring were smaller than they looked on the web site, which I was glad because they are perfect for my 1 year old Granddaughter! Shipping took longer than I expected but it was in December during the Christmas rush. I will use Tiny Blessing for future purchases.

Although the packaging was impressive, the product sucked! I ordered these bc my daughter always loses her earrings. These are tiny and the backings do not stay on. They come off easily. A total rip off, plus, I have to pay to return them! Do not waste your money!

This company is not a good representative of what it's like to have excellent customer service. In fact, they are down right shady and their products are junk. They REFUSED to exchange a pair of earrings or offer a piece of replacement jewelry and I was sent a defective product for my daughter. This is during COVID. But honey God sits up high and looks down low and this business is doomed to fail. I paid 79.99 for my baby girls earrings. I will take them to a jeweler to see if they are repairable but I will be using all resources to make people aware this is not the company to purchase from.

I placed an order on Tuesday, 04/06/2021 confirmation went to spam. They then asked for my DL or utility bill due to a high amount, the order was less than $500, I guess they're not used to that type of business and now I see why with the bad reviews and the young lady was not nice and didn't care.

We ordered my baby girl an ID bracelet with birthstone charm and engraving for her first Christmas. Beware it was my fault I didn't lookup reviews so so so cheap. It was $300 and it looked almost like it came from an old school quarter machine. Please just read others reviews and go through a reputable jeweler ( which is what we ended up doing)

Tried to order, couldn't check out. They blamed the bank and said there was nothing they could do. My bank tried everything they suggested and said it's on their end. I asked about different options to be able to purchase the items (over the phone, PayPal etc) and they were rude and told me maybe try again in a couple of weeks. No thank you! I should of looked up the reviews, before I placed the order. I place an order on Feb 11,2021. I received one email at the time of purchase, that the order was placed, I have not received a confirmation email, or tracking #. I was given two sets of earring for my twin daughters. The ball of one of the earring detach from the post. My daughters are 17 months old and gratefully this happened while she was being held and I was able to catch it before she could have eaten it. They were only worn for several months.
I called customer service they were not apologetic or sympathetic in any way. The customer service person I spoke did not seem to care at all just stated 30 day return policy and that I would have to purchase another sent of earrings. She also told me that all of the products have paperwork that states it could be a choking hazard. I would never purchase anything from this business again.

I've purchased "14k white gold" earings for my 10 month baby a couple months ago. They looked so pretty when open the box, but my mistake I didn't take them out to check as my baby was still wearing her first medical earings. Last night when we finally got to change them we realized they are rusty and of terrible quality. How can they give a certificate of authentication for something it's not gold? And we are past 30 days so they won't do anything about it. Plus, I've left a review on there website and of course they didn't post it. What a shame!

Piece, I bought the chain with the heart and extra pendant. It is not what was pictured, the chain it was shown on looked a lot thicker. What i got was a thin fragile little chain that Im afraid to even handle! And now I can't return it because of the engraving, I am embarrassed to gift this to my 8yr old niece. I feel foolish for not researching this store more thoroughly. I am completely dissatisfied and will NOT be purchasing from this site again.
