Just customized and purchased a baby bracelet which was delivered about 4-5 days after purchased, awesome! We love it- it's beautiful and hope it lasts. Baby is almost 2m and bracelet size is for 3-9m and she almost fits it. First time buying from Tiny Blessings and are pleased. Will be looking at other pieces in the future!
Terrible quality - the earrings I purchased for my infant daughter lasted only four months before they fell apart. Was hoping to keep them as a keepsake - definitely not the case here. Don't waste your money! Purchase elsewhere.
My mother bought this chain as a first birthday gift for my daughter. I opened it in October 2020 and my child has only worn it a handful of times, has never slept in it, and already 1 stone is missing. It is now January 3rd 2021. I called the company and they only have a 30 day guarantee. There is nothing high end about this. My daughter has lots of jewelry with similar designs from other vendors and none have missing stones. This was such a waste of money, garbage.
I have updated my review. I previously wrote a review saying I was disappointed with the item I received and its quality. I am really happy to report that the company reached out to me and offered to let me send it back for a full refund. Thank you, Tiny Blessings - I will be sending it back tomorrow. I am glad to know this company stands by its products and values customer satisfaction. I do recommend that they revisit their pricing structure to make their products more competitive with other offerings in the market. They do have nice pieces, I am just not sure about their pricing.

My friend bought my daughter the Sterling silver unicorn necklace with her name engraved and I absolutely love it. Yes the necklace is delicate and thin so I won't be putting it on her for everyday wear only special occasions but other that it's beautiful amazing work on the engraving and I highly recommend their product
I have purchased many pairs of 14K gold earrings for my daughters through the website. In less than a year, 1 of those pairs had the paint come off. The company will not replace them because the warranty on earrings is only 30 days. I expected these to last longer and be of higher quality so I'm disappointed the company could care less.
I ordered a toddler charm bracelet and I am very pleased with the way it looks with the charms. The box it was in was in was very impressive and very classy. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

I purchased a sterling silver locket with personalised engraving and two charms for my niece's christening. I placed my order on Monday and received my order on Friday of the same week - I am located in Australia so this was extraordinary service. I had an enquiry on shipping shortly after placing my order which was answered very quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the locket. The engraving is beautiful and the locket face has little plastic stickers on it to prevent damage. The charms are lovely also. The locket came in a beautiful gift box and was accompanied by a little pouch to keep the locket in, a cleaning cloth and a certificate of authenticity - all beautifully presented also. I will be purchasing items from this site in future.
I ordered from Tiny Blessings, 2 pair of earrings, my purchases went through with my debit card. I get an email saying they need proof of my billing address... which I find unnecessary. They wanted me to send them a utility bill or my drivers license which I find ridiculous considering my payment did go through. I canceled my order

Took a pair of earrings out of the box and they bent as I took them out. For $60 they shouldn't bend at all! I didn't open the box in time and now all they will do is exchange the pair but I have to pay shipping. So what was $60 for crap earring sis now $80. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

Concerning bending earrings, gold is a soft metal and although we harden and solder our gold earrings to high professional standards, they can bend when a large amount of force is applied to them.
Costumer service is horrible. This place will not last too long. I guarantee that. It seems like there is only one person handling everything... Usually when costumers are not satisfied or have an issue, companies try their best to resolve any issues and try to make matters work. Unfortunately, for this company it doesn't work that way. They shouldn't be in business and soon will close.

I purchased a pair of earrings for my baby from this website (Tiny Blessings) because of the twist on back. I was looking for good quality earrings for my 10 month old. After three days of wearing these earrings one of the earring fell out of my daughter's ear and I'm not sure where it went. When I was initially putting the earrings in my baby's ear I noticed that the twist on did not twist on very well compared to the cheap earrings I purchased from Amazon that has been in her ear for over two weeks now (without any issues). I received an email from the Tiny Blessing supervisor saying that they could not return or replace one of the earrings and that I would be able to purchase another pair for 50% off. I ended up calling the company and speaking to a representative who advised me that they cannot offer anything else but a 50% discount on my next pair of earrings and I proceeded to tell them that I don't feel comfortable with their earrings given that one of their earrings fell off within a week. Due to my persistence the representative got upset with me told me "it is Friday" can I let this go then hung up on me. So I spent $115 on earrings that my baby wore for 4 days.

I would never recommend this company. I purchased a pair of screw-back earrings for my daughter's first birthday and her first ear piercing. I thought the price was a bit high, but I wanted something quality that would last her for several years. Ideally, I wanted something she would be able to come back to and wear throughout her childhood. Unfortunately, the earrings did not even last two months. My daughter never played with them to loosen them or damage them, but somehow one of the earrings broke and came off while she was sleeping. The customer service department was extremely unhelpful and basically accused me of making the earring break. We have had better luck with cheap pairs from Amazon than this product that is advertised as "keepsake" quality.
I wish I had read the REAL reviews before I purchased the earrings for my daughter. I did not realize how misleading the reviews on their website are. I rarely post reviews, but I don't want other families to make the same mistake I did.

They sent a heart with a crack on the back and they replied it was just a mark when it is really a defect. They don't cover or refund postage even when they sent a defective product.

Posting about the quality of a product I received in November. I purchased the September Birthstone Pearl Drop Baby/Children's CZ Earrings, Screw Back - 14K White Gold for $64.99 for my goddaughters baptism. They were a gift bought for the event although she was not able to get her ears pierced until the beginning of this year and was just cleared this week to change the earrings. Her mother went to put on the Tiny Blessings earrings and the sapphire/pearl completely broke off the post without any excessive force. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, the quality and durability of the product was not tested before the 30 day return window. I've contacted Tiny Blessings via email and phone, but have received the same short response that there is nothing they can do due to being outside of the window despite the circumstances. I am not even asking for a return, but an even exchange would be lovely as we still like the look of the earrings! I would even be willing to pay any required shipping for the exchange. If nothing can be done then I am still hoping to get further response as to why the quality of a product priced at $64.99 was so poor. Would not consider shopping here again unless there is some sort of positive resolution to this issue with some understanding of the circumstances. Also wondering why there is no official place to post reviews?

Horrible customer service that refuses to accept responsibility for sending a damaged product to its customer.
I received my 9mm Huggie Hoop Earrings on 11/5/21 and emailed Tiny Blessings on 11/15/21 (w/pictures and video) that they were faulty. One of the hoops continuously became unclasped and fell out of my daughter's ear.
Below are the reasons I was given as to why I was not elligible for a prepaid return shipping label:
Reason: One of the hoops is slightly bent in.
My Answer: I have tried adjusting the post on the hoop several times and the issue persists. I am not sure if the post is too thin/weak so that whenever I clasp the hoop down it moves the post down as well and therefore it does not fully close. Also, as a customer, there is no reason for me to have to continuously play repairman on a set of earrings that I just purchased and paid money for.
Reason: The earrings go through wear and tear. My Answer: At the time of my first email, I had been in possession of the earrings for ten days and my daughter had worn them for less than five days. There is no excuse for a brand new product to wear and tear this quickly. Also, if these earrings do "wear and tear" this rapidly that speaks volumes about the quality of the product. If I am making a product that is to be sold/marketed towards children specifically, enduring and lasting items would be front of mind.
Reason: The return policy states that a customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on an item. My Answer: I am familiar with your return policy, which I read and am in agreement with if I were returning the jewelry for a reason such as me simply not liking them aesthetically, but I do not feel like I should be held responsible for the cost of returning these earrings since I paid for and received a product that is faulty and does not work.
If customer service is of any importance to you, this is not the company for you.

If you're looking to order from Tiny Blessings read the BBB reviews. I wish I had! There is a distinct trend in the reviews when it comes to this company for lacking customer service and handling customer complaints ethically. At the end of September 2019 I ordered a $70 pair of Fearless Heart, Clear CZ Dangle, Children's Hoop Earrings - 14K White Gold - for my 7 year old. In less than 2 weeks one of the earring hoops broke. Thank god my daughter is 7 and not under the age of 1. I contacted customer service with a picture of the broken earring as well as a receipt on 10/6. Right away they were willing to replace as well as send me an envelope to return the broken earring. Starting at this point everything customer service wise took a sharp turn for the worst! They incorrectly sent me the wrong replacements. It took a week and a half for someone to contact me and acknowledge that they sent me the incorrect pair. I emailed them twice about this mistake. Once I received direction from them (which was to precede with the returning of the broken earrings and to send back the incorrect replacements) I sent both the WRONG replacement earrings and my original broken earring back on 10/29. I sent package THEN, crickets. No one contacted me about receiving this package. I checked in twice and only received the automatic contact email from them. On 11/13,2 1-2 weeks after I sent the package to them I get a confirmation that the package was received. I'm not entirely sure if I was corresponding with different representatives this whole time since I had to once again explain what my issue was and that I was still waiting on my replacements for my broken earring. I inquire about the issue and the package and they respond on 11/19 that my broken earrings are not in the package. Are you kidding me? Really? I respond the next day - "Please check package thoroughly! Earrings are small. I never would have sent them back if I thought this was going to happen. I would have tried to fix myself or gone elsewhere for a different pair. I feel this process is extremely faulty and suspect. If I can not come to a solution of this mess my reviews to BBB and google will reflect that. I'm getting frustrated about having to go back and forth and the amount of time this is taking. I'd rather purchase a different set from a different retailer than go through this mess." It is 11/29 and I still have no response from them. This is TERRIBLE business - DO NOT BUY. At this point, I would appreciate a refund for the original item due to misrepresentation of quality and their OWN customer service policy.
