Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.
Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!
That tout designer review but my cards came back with letters cut off and pictures off center with a white line across the top. They replaced but took forever to get to me and impacted my event. I will never use again. I think they are part of Shutterfly so will not use them either. Great success with SnapFish. I will go back to them.
We had TP mail cards directly to our recipients. Have done this in prior years without incident. This year they mailed out multiple cards to each recipient, and they keep coming - up to 4 cards already for one person, and 2-3 for everyone else that we've heard from. I emailed their customer service after I found out they sent out 2X cards, but they apparently still haven't figured out how to stop it yet.
I placed an order Oct 29 for Christmas cards and custom inserts and envelopes. We received the cards and all is good with those but no inserts and envelopes. They showed the order as completed so I called to ask about the inserts and envelopes. I was told that their printer is broken and they can't tell me if/when it will be fixed. This is frustrating because they made no effort to notify me so I could cancel that portion of the order and make other arrangements. I think they should have notified me before shipping a partial order. If I had known it would go this way, I would have simply cancelled the order and reordered with another company who can provide the complete package. Lame that they would leave us hanging with the holidays coming. I will use another company next year.
They did not honor their promotions... i had used 2 totaling 40% off. I paid and had a delivery date--all with my husband watching. Then, 2 days later when the coupons are no longer good, they said i needed to check out of my cart... a total scam
I have ordered holiday cards and business cards a number of times before from Tiny Prints with great results. Until this year.
I ordered my cards at 7:00 a.m. on 12/7, paid $45 for "Super Fast Shipping" promising that they would be there by end of the day on 12/8. Early on 12/8 I received an e-mail that they would be delayed 1-3 days but they would upgrade my shipping to them to me as fast as possible. Another lie. I got a notice of shipment with a tracking number and they are being TRUCKED from South Carolina to California with a possible delivery on 12/13. I contacted customer service and they are nice, and refunded my $45 shipping, but that's not the point. I just hope that they are perfect when they finally arrive.
Next year I will use "mpix", super high quality photo processing and they deliver as promised with excellent quality.
Never have I paid so much for so little! The name should have been a clue, but it never occurred to me to check the dimensions of a Christmas card. Smaller than a postcard and terrible quality. I wouldn't send these to my worst enemies, much less beloved friends and family. I'll never use them again and am truly sorry that Shutterfly somehow shuttled me over to the Tiny Prints site.
My original order did not come with a tracking number. After calling, past the end delivery date, I was told there was no tracking number to Canada. They reprinted the order. The original order was 8 days late. I missed the International delivery dates, sending the cards within Canada, and within our Province. I phoned about this concern, and they said, "They are received, and were only 8 days late". I will be looking to order from another company next year.
First, the day I was to receive my cards I was notified they'd be 3 days late. When they finally arrived, they were announcements for someone else. They sent the wrong order. Got a refund, but had to find somewhere local for a rush order. Ugh! Terrible!
Shame on Tiny Prints with all of these reviews! I feel SO helpless and upset! NO CHRISTMAS CARDS... UGH! I ordered Christmas Cards right after Thanksgiving... three days before Christmas... no cards! Received an email last week that I'd receive them today... so I thought! Just received an email today saying I needed to review my order and once it was ok'd by me I'd receive them between 1/4-1/5. Really?! Canceled my order thank you! Never again!
Spoke with a manager named Janis who was rude and not helpful at all! I ordered prints and holiday cards in one order and only wanted to cancel the holiday cards which had NOT been printed yet. They said because its all in one order i cannot cancel but I can return the cards (and I pay for shipping) once they come. So insane that they wont cancel when the cards are not even printed yet! Furious and will not use them again!
I just made Valentine's Day cards for both grandparents from my son. I realized I wanted to make minor changes to the color of the fonts after I submitted my order. I decided to contact customer service a few minutes after I made the order. It was too late. Their business is so efficient in printing orders, it was already being processed. They offered me a free card the next time I order. Mind you, the font color is a minor change as it was something I should have edited before I clicked place order. Thank you Tiny Prints I am a loyal customer of yours from now on!
Ordered Christmas cards on December 5. Received a production delay email on December 18. NO cards and it is now December 20. There is zero service or response from Tiny Prints, use any other company for your cards.
I used Tiny Prints for my Halloween party invites and they turned out nicely! The service was fast and efficient and the invites exactly what I had wanted. I even received a call from Lanette, the designer, to verify details. She sent me a hand-written thank you note after I had received the invites. I come from a customer service industry background and know that this type of personalized service takes a lot of hard work, training and caring about the business. I will absolutely order from Tiny Prints again.
Wonderful experience. Ordered grad party invites and postcards, which were perfect.
Everyone loved them. Liked the fact that I could add my own pictures, personalize the invites, and have people rsvp via the website. I was shortchanged one postcard, but they sent me 10 right away to make up for it. Would definitely do business with them again without hesitation.
We've used Tinyprints for years for quality holiday cards. No more. The website is a total
Sh*tshow no that Shutterfly has taken over. It was the most frustrating, unintuitive processes. We will not be coming back next year--or ever.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had.
Company mailed out my invitations instead of sending them to me to mail as I had direction inserts to include.
Then the invitees never got them in a timely manner. When I spoke to a manager she said that when the company mails invitations they take 8 to 10 days to mail which means my invitees will be getting their invitations 4 days before their RSVP is due.
Next time I'll use a local print shop so I can be assured I am getting the outcome I expect.
Just adding my name to the long list of customers that did not receive their cards when they were promised! I also paid $25 for expedited shipping and told they would arrive by Dec. 9. It is now Dec 11 and no cards. I called and they tried to blame it on UPS. UPS was showing they did not even receive the cards from Tiny Prints until 12/9 (the day I was suppose to get them!). I did not get any notification from them that my cards would be delayed. Do NOT use them!
Tiny prints customer service department is awful! This is the second year we ordered cards and the cards did not arrive. Last year they have us a refund for our shipping bc eventually we received them but this year when we did not receive the cards this past Friday, I called and was told all they can do is give us a refund because the soonest they can get them out to us is the 18th. The company tried to blame it on Fed Ex but it clearly says on the order summary page that the cards were still in printing. So frustrated and will never use this company again. 2 years in a row shows me a pattern of incompetence.
I paid extra to have return address printed on the envelopes. When my cards arrived the envelopes were for another family in another state. Tiny prints would not overnight envelopes to me (even blank), just refunded the printing price. I covered the wrong address with ugly labels, but discovered I had also been shorted 20 envelopes! I called back a second time (waited 30 minutes both times). Again-- can't correct the problem, will only offer a refund. I sent out 30 Christmas cards with ugly labels and another 20 in ill-fitting envelopes because I couldn't find square envelopes anywhere! Worst Christmas cards ever! I am extremely dissatisfied -- will never use Tiny Prints again!
Absolutely awful customer service! I wouldn't know what the actual quality of the invites are because I have stool not received them yet! They refused to refund my $ after not shipping my invites out until a week after I ordered them! I will stick with vistaprint for now on!
I paid them to address and mail out invitations for a baby shower. I was nice the first time I called, they apologized and agreed to mail them out again. The second time they mailed them out blank, again. They only refunded me half of my money because "I didn't return the product", which I found ridiculous. Buy beware.
Unfortunately Shutterfly has ruined Tiny Prints which was my go-to holiday card supplier. Customer service is abmissmal. Cards will be late. I paid to have the cards mailed directly to recipients only to find out they'll arrive over a week after I get the cards being delivered to myself. Customer service could not help me change the delivery options so I could just receive all the cards. Chat is not available (during busiest season), phone service times are limited, I waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone in another country who couldn't help me at all.
Absolutely horrible! They screwed up in 2011 on our Christmas cards and we received them too late to mail out before Christmas. They sent us a coupon and, like idiots, we used it for 2013. SAME THING! We submitted our order way before Christmas and they managed to get the cards to us a few days before Christmas. Customer service is terrible (no one knows what is going on with your order when it is screwed up). If you want your Christmas cards to arrive in people's mailboxes on December 30th, TinyPrints is the company who will make that happen.
Sadly after using tiny prints for years the quality has been eroding each year. This year, the quality of the printing was so low the cards will be going in the trash, not the mail. Hoping to get a refund. No Christmas cards for us this year:-(
