Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.
Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!
I ordered 35 personalized photo cards on Dec. 9. I also entered about 25 names and addresses of friends and family for tiny prints to mail my cards for me. The website said the cards would be mailed between Dec 17 and Dec 21. On Christmas while visiting family I found out that no one had received my cards. I had received my extra 10 cards on the 17th, so I was so disappointed that my cards didn't make it to everyone else on my Christmas card list by Christmas! Well, it gets worse... new years eve eve rolls around and we get a call from the inlaws. They receive an envelope with our name and return address, but inside is another family's Christmas card! All 25 people on my list received the same card of this other random family and it isn't stock photos. Semi blurry images if little kids vaca photos and their names! Where did our cards go? To random strangers? So weird! I did receive a full refund. A tiny prints customer service rep said it happens all the time. Nice.
I tried to order custom Christmas cards for two days. I worked on my cards to get them just right and each time I tried to order, i got a reply that they are too busy with other customers to take my order and to try later. I tried for two days and now I'm done. Good luck placing an order.
They seem surprised people want holiday cards on time. Ordered on the 5th. Due date the 9th, told on the 9th they would be 1-3 business days. Emailed on the 3rd business day. Told I'd expect a reply in 48 hours. No such thing. Chat room doesn't work and the phone wait is over 120 minutes. This company has no business accepting anyone's money when it clearly hasn't the resource to deliver. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from a more competent outfit.
Ive never seen worse customer service in my life. The wait times to talk to a human being is 110 min? I received an email from Tiny Prints stating my cards had gone to print on Dec 6th. Today is Dec 19th and they sent an email there is a production delay. I can't call, live chat is disabledIve been using Minted.com for my Christmas cards for last 7 yrs and thought I would try Tiny Prints Never again
I had amazing service from Tiny Prints and couldn't be happier! After I ordered invitations to my son's party we had to change the date. The invites had already shipped. TinyPrints customer service was SO helpful. I got a full refund and got new invites ordered and shipped super fast. I felt like they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. They will definitely get my business again!
Used it first time this year. And the last time! The worst possible experience. Though the website seems easy enough to use, they obviously trying to hide the fact that they cannot meet the timelines they advertise. Paid for expedited shipping 2-3 business days. That was 10 days ago and no cards arrived still. Contacted customer service 3 times and waiting time was over 2 hours every time. They called back when I was not able to get the phone and that's that, to the back of the line you go. I guess we are supposed to wait by the phone for 2-3 hours, and you are out of luck if you missed the call. Never using them again. Looks like I waisted $200; doubtful the card will arrive before Christmas and can't get my money back since no way to reach customer service.
'd give them a zero if I could. I ordered cards and paid $32 for them to arrive in 2-days. On the day they were supposed to arrive, I received an email stating they order had been delayed. I have called every day for the past four days. Every day they state they are being shipped the next day. Every day they don't come, I call back. Every day they promise they are being shipping the next. So much for two-day shipping. At this point, I would be happy with 8-day shipping. They are liars and they don't care that your order is not in your hands as promised. I have read their reviews. No one is happy with this company, their product, their customer service. I cancelled my order and I will go elsewhere. Mark my words, this company will go under.
Ordered by Christmas cards at start of December and delivery of cards and custom addressed envelopes promised by 12/12. Get cards and no envelopes on 12/17 while all the time they are advertising next day delivery of ALL your order. If you use Tiny Prints, you are very foolish... one word, don't.
Wish I had seen this website before placing my rush order with extra fees and surcharges. The product DID NOT arrive as promised for expedited shipping fees. Although tineyprints did finally wave the shipping charge, when there designated carrier (UPS) finally delivered, they were left out in the pouring rain unprotected. Tinyprints solution was for me to file a claim with UPS. Save yourself the aggravation, wish I had.
Finally received my order after the same production delay everyone else had. But not only did I receive my order, I received someone else's too. So I called... long wait time, live chat not online, email no response. Then today I realized that not only did I receive someone else's order, I was shorted on mine! What the heck. So called again... 150+ minute wait, live chat closed today, still no email response. Requested the auto call back option. They did call back after about 3 hours and when I answered the phone, THEY HUNG UP! Tried three more times to call with waits in the 100 and 200 minute.
I had our holiday cards designed and ordered through this shop. Customer service was good, pricing (wait for the promotions for the holiday early birds in Oct) was competitive. The overall customer experience was very good.
I ordered my cards the day after Thanksgivin! Paid for fast shipping I received my cards they have white smudges all over them and the envelopes did not even fit my Christmas cards they sent me completely the wrong size and color that I picked. I called the same day when I receive them to have them re-ship me new cards and it's been a week now today I'm supposed to receive them and did not get anything so I called the company and they didn't even put my order to print so now they are completely laid on my orders and were only two weeks away from Christmas! There are other companies that do way better job I will never go to this company again!
I had a rush order that I needed done, like yesterday! We had to move my sister's baby shower date up due to the fact they will be moving at the last minute, OUT of state... and I needed to get out the invites ASAP in order to get the shower done prior to their move! I compared several sites and was able to get Tiny Prints the absolute quickest! I paid for a little extra for the rush but I couldn't be happier! I got the cutest invitations and the absolute best and quickest service possible! Thanks Tiny Prints... you ROCK! My only suggestion, not complaint but suggestion... is you guys need more options to choose from! Other than that... fantastic job! Thank you so much!
I have been using tiny prints for 7 years. In general, there has been excellent service and the few times that errors were made, i was compensated. This year, i did not order until December 6. I paid for expedited shipping and asked for someone to review it. Within a couple of hours, i received a confirmation that it was approved and had gone to print. It has been 10 days and i still have not received the cards! I speak with someone every day who says they are printing and will be to me the following day. Ironically, this is the one time that i splurged and bought the nicer cards. All i would say is that if the cards aren't listed as "shipped" within 2-3 days, cancel your order and go elsewhere because you will NEVER get them!
I splurged this year and bought a few really expensive holiday cards (almost $3.00 each). I bought the rest of my cards from staples for $. 40 each. The cards from tiny prints were grainy and dull. The cheap cards from staples were so much better. I ended up not using the cards from tiny prints. Customer service offered to reprint them but I had already paid for expedited shipping so I could get them out in time to reach our deployed friends and family. Plus I didn't see what a reprint would accomplish. I would not recommend this company! What a waste of money!
I updated my mailing address and confirmed that it had updated before submitting my order. It still went to the old address where it was delivered to the current tenants. The customer service rep couldn't understand why I was upset and kept telling me that it was being reprinted and refused to help fix the situation with UPS. Never buying from them again, they don't know how to keep the photos secure and sent to the right address!
Used both Tiny Prints and Shutterfly throughout the years. Chose Tiny Prints this year for holiday cards and placed our order Thansgiving weekend, nothing as of Dec 10th. Long call wait times on customer service, estimate is now no earlier than the 14th. Original estimate was December 5th. Last time we use them.
I ordered my cards at the beginning of December, they are still not here. I called customer service, at first they had no record of me at all and said that I never placed an order. Later, they found my account but said that there was a mix up at the printer and my order was overlooked. I tried tinyprints this year, i will go back to Shutterfly next year. With Christmas cards reliability and timing are important and Tinyprints is neither. I plan to ask for my money back. I will probably have to print cheap photocards from the drugstore in order to get something out this year. Live and learn.

DO NOT USE IT. THE CARDS LOOK NICE ONLINE, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SHIPPING FALL OFF OF A CLIFF AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IF I DIDNT ORDER SO EARLY, I WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEND OUT CARDS THIS YEAR.
I ordered labels a month ago, they charged my credit card, then sent an email a week later, saying there was a processing issue. I called, was told the company was moving locations, so the email was sent; however there should be no delay to my order, I would receive it on Sep 7 or 8. Today is the 15th, I have chatted with a rep who says she is a lead supervisor, and that the order has not even begun to be processed. There is no expected shipping date as the order is not processed. And then she proceeds to tell me she cannot refund the amount until a week later. Seems very shady! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I order the invitations for or son's baptism, we had a professional photographer taken the picture and we input the informations and everything look great on the screen. I placed the order, when the Invitations arrived, the picture was half the size of the paper and o a corner. I called and asked for them to be reprinted, and they did; they told me that it would take 4 days to arrive. Well, 4 days passed and the invitations DIDN'T ARRIVE. I just spoke with someone from costumer service and they placed the order again, but they will arrive 3 days before the baptism. That is ridiculous, I have to pay extra to mail the invitations so they can arrive on time.
Order was a week late. Received the envelopes printed ON THE WRONG SIDE. I received more envelopes two days later BLANK! My Christmas cards are now to be New Years cards.

Ordered on 12/5. Still don't have a complete order (12/21). It is as if they don't understand that these are cards for the holiday season and that sending them out in late January will be just fine. And don't even get me started on their wait times, customer service and snarky email responses. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
Terrible company. I switched from shutterfly because of a few dollars. How stupid. Was told I would get my order on 12/9 but instead got an email on 12/9 saying the order was delayed. I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me when it would be done. DONT PROMISE WHAT YOU CANT DELIVER. I will never use this company again. If you are smart, you won't either.

This was after going over the details... I didnt notice and sent out invites... I will look like a doofus to my friends for not noticing... but none of these people will ever use tiny prints or shutterfly for any thing EVER...
I will move past this as mediocrity and poor customer service has become the new norm... but some businesses should just shut down... save us all some greif
Horrible. I ordered my cards over a week ago. They said my cards would get here on 12/1/2014. I paid the extra cost for the super rush shipping. Of course, the cards did not arrive. I called Tiny Prints at 8:00pm. It took 60 minutes to get a person on the phone. They faulted FedEx for the shipping problem. I called FedEx and they told me that Tiny Prints informed them to ship my cards with standard mail. I finally resolved this problem at 11:15pm. I still do not have my cards. My event is 12/20/2014. Tiny Prints is not horrible.
