Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.
Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!
I ordered my daughter's baby shower invitations on February 2nd. Estimated delivery was February 15th. Got them on the 13th.
Also, I had SEVERAL edits. They usually charge after three or so edits, but they did not charge me and very quickly made the adjustments and emailed me each proof. And I had to call back and order more, which they gladly added.
Not only that, but they emailed me a 20% off my order plus free shipping directly after I placed and paid for my order. I simply called them and told them and they refunded me the difference to my debit card within two days.
The invitations were perfect, they came early and I had very helpful customer service.
My advice to cranky, lazy people is don't wait until the last minute to order your prints. I ordered our invitations two months ahead of time and still got them early.
I had a fantastic experience with Tiny Prints and would recommend them to anyone.
This is the worst company that i have ever had to deal with. Ordered Christmas cards with custom envelopes in November. Received the cards, but not the envelopes. Not only did i not receive the custom envelopes, i received NO envelopes. So now i have cards i cant send! Have sent numerous emails to the company, get no response. Have tried 3 times to call the toll free #. The first time the wait was 45, mins. After 60 mins, I hung up. 2nd time the wait was 130 mins! The 3rd time the wait was 16 mins. After 30 mins, still no one has picked up. Worst service ever! Will never do business with them again!
Over a number of telephone conversations I have been actively creating a Christmas card for 2015 with an exceptionally patient and competent Lead, Tim Personius. He was creative and helpful in designing my card this year, in the same proficient manner in which he also helped me create a Christmas card in 2014. I would highly recommend Tim for the position of Supervisor as his personality, attitude and artistic competency reflect extremely well on your Tiny Prints/Shutterfly reputation. This is my 8th year in choosing Tiny Prints for my yearly holiday card. I have never been disappointed in the past and can highly recommend Tiny Prints again this year along with Tim Personius. This was my first year ordering from tinyprints. I ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 1. with an estimated delivery of Dec 12-15. Never heard anything so I called them on Dec. 14th. After being on hold for almost an hour I was told they will be shipping out that day and they upgraded my shipping to arrive Friday Dec. 16th. Here it is Dec. 17th and they still have not arrived. I ordered calendars and plates from shutterfly on Dec. 11th and they shipped on the 13th and arrived today. Needless to say i will not be using tinyprints again!
I was nervous after purchasing because of all these horrible reviews! But they actually came out so perfect and ON TIME! Super happy with my purchase and can't wait to order more from tiny prints (:
Ordered my holiday cards and chose expedited delivery. The date has come and gone and the status shows as still printing. No one calls back. They take your money by luring you with lies.
This service is terrible. They sent my Christmas cards 2 months early after I had explicitly told them twice not to. I was humiliated. Never use them.
The order never went out. I ordered my cards on 11/30 and still haven't been processed.
A lot of time, money and effort wasted. First year I won't be sending Christmas cards ever
Ordered 50 cards and they sent ZERO envelopes. I called to find out why, and they shipped me overnight 50 envelopes, ALL THE WRONG SIZE. TWO mistakes on one order is excessive! Do NOT use this company.
Let me just say that I filed a complaint with the better business bureau this morning and I would highly recommend that anyone and everyone who has had a negative experience do the same. This company should not be in business and we need to get the word out. First of all, they do not honor their shipping deadlines. I ordered Christmas cards, paid for rush delivery, and after 9 days, they still had not shipped. Trying to contact anyone at Tiny Prints, is nothing short of pulling your hair out. The average wait time to speak to someone is 117 minutes and they operate on PST so for folks in the Northeast Region, you have to call afternoons and evenings to get a hold of anyone. They also do not respond to emails and when you do finally reach someone, they are not helpful, have no idea where your order is in the production, and offer no insight as to why the product is not delivered as outlined on the order. The hours of accessibility are from 11-7 PST, and during peak Christmas season, they do not seem to have extra staff to deal with the increased call volume. Expecting consumers to wait 100+ minutes to talk to someone about an order that has surpassed the deadline of shipment, is absolutely unacceptable. I have yet to receive my cards and I will be asking for a full refund.
Misleading website, cards showed up on my doorstep when I thought they would be shipped and stamped for me and I paid. 75 per envelope. They offered 10% back. What a complete mess of a company.
I've used Tiny Prints since at least 2007 for Christmas and Holiday cards. I've had good results from them, except for a minor delay a few years ago. However, this year, I ordered cards which were expected on Dec 14, and instead of the cards, I received an automated email indicating that "Your order should be shipping out to you in 1-3 business days, and the shipping method will be upgraded (if possible) to get it to you as fast as possible. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the tracking information and details." I've tried to reach them via email, and have not received a response. I called their customer service line, and the wait was 150 minutes. So, at this point, I have no idea when I will receive my cards. Based on the reviews on this website, this does not seem to be an isolated instance.
So, if you have a deadline, you may want to try another card provider. And since Shutterfly is their parent company, you may want to research Shutterfly's production time and delays before ordering from them as well.

This online business is decent, however customer service is horribly unreliable. I was unable to modify a greeting card project, so custom designing was frustrating.
Ordered cards on dec 8th... expedited delivery showed product delivered by dec 15th. Phoned company on December 18th, they said production problem and promised delivery by Tuesday, December 20th. No delivery on December 20th and online said they are still printing, when asked to cancel order, they said I had to take receipt (who knows when) and then return them for a refund. Do not use this site. You will be disappointed.
I didn't get my sons invitations. They said they didn't have my address. What? They said they called me? NOT! Never happened.
I should have known when I couldn't get the 20% off coupon for new customers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM TINYPRINTS!
I have no idea how my baby shower invitations turned out, they could be the most beautiful invitations on earth, but we will never know because they NEVER ARRIVED! Invitations were ordered and we used Tiny Prints mailing service that addresses, stamps and mails out your order for you. Big mistake! Tiny Prints is saying that they have no way of tracking the order once it gets picked up by USPS, which I understand, but after multiple phone calls to customer service, they have completely wasted my time by continuing to reassure me that they will arrive "any day now..." If it was not for the false reasurance I would have done something else. Of course Tiny Prints is blaming the USPS, but c'mon! It's possible that a few invites got lost in the mail... but all 26? Not likely. Now it's too late to order new invitations, we had to call and text the guests to invite them. So embarrassing. Worst of all, it's my daughter's baby shower, her first baby and she's disappointed. Worst feeling in the world to disappoint your daughter during such a special time in her life.
Very disappointed in the service. My order was placed during a guaranteed delivery promotion (which continued to be offered for days after my order) with expedited shipping. My dismay started to grow as throughout this week, the order never left PRINTING status. Finally I called and waited over an hour to speak with someone. I was told the order wouldn't reach me until 3 days after the promised delivery date. After that call I did research and discovered that UPS does overnight delivery on Saturday (which would be just a 1 day delay), so I called back, hoping to request that service be offered to me. The service department said the contract didn't allow for Saturday delivery and then said my order might arrive 4/5 days late! I'm left feeling very frustrated, especially with the premium price tag (even with a discount) that the service brings. A company of their size should have the capabilities to offer better expedited options, and should have better capabilities to monitor delivery against promises. I would not recommend, especially with their link to Shutterfly, which has also brought me quality and service issues.
When we were ordering, it said we would get our order by 12/9. When we completed our order, it said 12/13. Today is 12/15. Their on-line support still says the order is printing with a 12/13 deadline. Sent an email yesterday with no response. Have been on hold with customer service for 45+ mins. They are ruining our Christmas. Does anyone know what's going on? Aha, just spoke to Vicki who explained that a machine had broken down and was causing all the issues. She was nice and worked on a workaround (we are getting the cards without the return address printed envelopes, as the machine which does that is busted). Would have been nice to have this info on the website or get an email. I appreciate Vicki's help. She was nice, courteous, empathetic and (hopefully) helpful... will be satisfied when the cards actually get here vs. a promise on a phone, but for now that's all I got. All I can say is the rest of this company could take some lessons in customer service. This has been pretty dismal!
They will not honor their own discount promotions a few days after you place an order (when that promo was not available). I talked to the manager and they will not budge.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them
I've ordered my Christmas cards using Tiny Prints for several years. This year will be my last. I ordered my Christmas card just after Thanksgiving and had them mailed by Tiny Prints. The order process was somewhat painful. You can't have TP mail your cards unless you don't order a liner for the envelope. Since there is nothing on the website saying this, it took me several tries to figure it out. I then spent a half-hour trying to get the site to mail only to some people on my address list. I never did figure that out so I deleted the addresses. The order was finally submitted and was to be delivered in the following week. It was substantially delayed but finally was sent out. Then, a week later, TP sent someone else's card to everyone on my list. Hoping to save this other hapless customer from not having their card delivered at all, I emailed TP customer service about it. Several days later I received an email back from someone who did not appear to have actually read my email asking if I wanted my order redelivered. I gave up. Then TP sent a second round of my card to everyone on my list. So, I called TP to try to get them to just STOP mailing things to my address list. I have been on hold for 64 minutes so far. Wish me luck and may you learn from my mistakes.
I ordered my baby shower invites from Tiny Prints, after having a positive experience ordering wedding-related stuff through them a year ago.
My billing address is in another state (one I recently moved from), all the way across the country.
They rush shipped my order to my old (i. E., the billing) address. When I tried to have them reship to my new address, they told me they could, but it would take another week, and if I wanted rush shipping, I would have to pay for it again. I informed them I already BOUGHT rush shipping, and that it was price-gouging to charge me twice for their mistake (I also informed Veronica B., the customer service rep, that I had double-checked my billing vs. shipping addresses, but she hardly cared), but they refused to comp me the second rush shipping.
I know this sounds like such a White Person Problem (because it is!), but c'mon - their products are expensive enough as it is without them being jerks about comping loyal customers $25. I get that they have to reprint the invites, but it's their fault for shipping them to the wrong address in the first place!
I hope I can send out my baby shower invites on time.
Great job, Tiny Prints - I will no longer be using your services, and will be telling anyone who is in the market for your products to go elsewhere. Lame.
We placed a Christmas Card order with Tiny Prints. It was suppose to be delivered on the 9th of December, then they said it would arrive Monday the 12th. Called UPS to track it down on the 12th and UPS said that Tiny Prints never gave them the package. Called Tiny Prints back again (97 minute hold time) and they couldn't find where it was ever shipped. They said they would reprocess the order and have it to us not later than the 15th. Called them on the 16th (held for over 2 hours and 30 minutes) and they said the order was never produced. Tiny Prints said they could put the order in again and have it to us by the 21st. That would have worked fine if they were Easter Cards. Needless to say after hours and hours of wasted time we cancelled the order. Just a terrible experience all around.
I ordered your memorial cards for my Father's memorial service and paid for overnight shipping. Days passed and they did not arrive. I contacted your customer service and was told the cards had been sent overnight to arrive in time for the service. They did not arrive until 2 days after the service. Fortunately, my trust in your competence was low, and I ran to a print shop the day before the service and paid a local printer to recreate the cards. I see the charges have not been reversed on my credit card, and your customer service representative states I must return he cards first. Such class! Such professionalism! I have Fed Ex doing a return to sender on the cards and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Our Fed Ex delivery man let me know that you only shipped the items the afternoon before my Father's service, and you shipped them two day. Your incompetence caused more work for me during a time that I should not have had to handle such things. I will never order a thing from you again, or your parent company Shutterfly and will let everyone I know hear of my experience with you. Don't advertise that you can do memorial cards with overnight shipping if you actually can't.
My order was received on time, but they only sent 9 announcements with the 10 envelopes. Also, there was a typo on the card; it had "HIgh" instead of "High".
These knuckleheads estimated my cards to deliver on 12/13 to 12/16, in time for Christmas. It's 12/23 and they are still not hear! As a professional in a relationship business I'm being made to look like a jack-donkey! My wife ordered the exact same cards as me to send to our family and friends, she ordered them two days after me and had received them on the 18th. In calling them many times they keep saying they are on the way, "should be there tomorrow." Each time I call they are full of excuses, try to avoid answering my questions and I still have no idea where they are or when I'm really going to get them. I'm so disappointed that I searched out this website just to find an avenue to warn others, and complain of their terrible service! I would consider myself a very reasonable person willing to compromise and work with companies that have made mistakes but this has just been the biggest freaking headache. I likely will spend christmas eve buying up christmas cards at Walgreens just to have something to still send all the 100's of gift cards I've bought out to my clients. What a fun Christmas eve, those bastards!
