Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.

“Terrible quality. Do not recommend.”

Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!

I had our holiday cards designed and ordered through this shop. Customer service was good, pricing (wait for the promotions for the holiday early birds in Oct) was competitive.

I ordered my Holiday Cards from Tiny Prints on December 9th and payed extra for expedited shipping. At checkout, the order was projected to arrive on 12/16. The order did not arrive until 12/20 and the custom envelopes I ordered were not included due to a "production issue." These custom envelopes had the mailing address of all my recipients and my return address. Because they were not included, I had to hand address all 80 of my Holiday cards. Plain white envelopes were provided to me at "no additional cost." This is ridiculous. Of course they should provide me with envelopes since it was their mistake that caused me not to have the customs envelopes. The letter explains that the customs envelopes will be shipped within 3-4 business days at which point they will be of no use to me. I wish they had notified me of this issue before I received the shipment so that I could have made other arrangements for my address labels. I'm on hold with customer service to try to get a refund for the envelopes but am not confident that I'll actually be able to get one. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be using Tiny Prints again.

This has been the worst experience! I started out trying to place an order for holiday cards for a client. I created the card and placed an order for 10 cards to review them before ordering 500 more. When I tried to place the order for the 500 cards the system I found that it was impossible to change the order amount on the cards I had created. I also needed to change the address on the return labels. I called customer service and after an hour on the phone they assured me that my order was ready to go. Two days later I got a message saying that there were no photos on the card. I was unable to access my online account so I spent another hour on the phone with customer service trying to figure out where my photos had gone. They assured me the order was ready to go. I asked for a digital print because I didn't trust that they had it right. The print arrived with no photos! There should have been six images, but the card was blank again. Another call to customer service... you get the idea. It took a total of four rounds with customer service to get the card ready to order. They did give me some discounts, including free rush shipping. Today I found out that the order wasn't rushed, so my client will be getting the cards a week late. Another call to customer service. They took another 10% off the order, but frankly it doesn't even begin to make me feel better because so much of my time has been wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!

I've ordered many times from Tiny Prints and have had a good experience. This year, I changed my account information when I ordered my Christmas cards. I have moved since last time I purchased. The cards ended up being delivered to the old address ( another state) even though I changed all my account info and it showed shipping to Florida, where I currently live. Customer service told me that I had to call them and change my address even if it showed correctly on my order and that it was basically my fault. They agreed to reprint them and send them to my current address, but I wouldn't receive them for another 4 days, the 22nd of December, too late to get them out before Christmas. I told them I'd accept them for the 22nd, but I 'd like a discount for their screw up. They offered a 15% discount. So, for THEIR mistake I would get cards too late to send out before Christmas and a whimpering 15% off. No thanks, they've lost a good customer for life. Their cs experience has become crap, they used to be good, but since Shutterfly purchased, they stink. There are plenty of other great printing services out there... minted anyone?

Spent alot of time pulling photos from my library and uploading, then laying out on my selected card... only to find that 1) the "compare" projects option did not work; 2) I couldn't get back into started projects to finish them; 3) their CHAT service was non-functioning; and 4) the 877 customer service number had a 41 min wait time!

I'd say their service SUCKS... on a massive scale! Customer service wait times that exceed half an hour and a holiday card site that becomes overwhelmed during the holidays is a JOKE. These guys OWE ME for the time I spent building a card that I was never able to finish, order or receive help with.

Adding insult to injury, I couldn't even upload a negative testimonial on their site without an order number, which I didn't have... because I COULDN'T FINISH MY PROJECT!

If i could give 0 stars i would. What a terrible place of business, and what terrible customer service agents. I had promos for free shipping and free gift. The shipping said expired so I called. They told me it leaked online and they stopped honoring it. So i asked for a one time shipping code, and she (Shelby) told me she could not do it due to policy. Which is bs, because someone else i know called and spoke to a very nice cs agent who gave her the one time code. The manager told me that that was not allowed and that person would be getting in trouble. She had the nerve to ask me for his name so i could rat him out, but would NOT help me! How do you even do that. How do you not honor the one time free shipping that one of your other cs agents did? The right thing would have been to give me the lousy free shipping code. Instead, you lost a customer and now will have terrible reviews written all over the place. I shouldve stayed with Shutterfly in the first place! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SHADY! Oh and I told her I had a picture of the free shipping and free gift before she admitted it was leaked online... still should have been honored since this happened on your end! Proof is in the photos!

Tip for consumers:
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! STAY WITH SHUTTERFLY!!!!!

I bought a groupon type certificate for tiny prints so decided to order my Christmas cards there. I purchased a square card and ordered the longer size envelopes because the website said you pay normal postage versus extra postage for a square envelope. When I received the envelopes, the flap was on the side so I oriented my address label and stamps that way. Every single envelope (150) was returned to me because the USPS says I need double postage because of the way the envelope is oriented. I contacted tiny prints and they told me I should have known which way the envelope should have been oriented and they will not reimburse me for the stamps... They will only send me new envelopes (what does that cost them... A couple dollars?). So now, I either have to buy all new stamps (@ $75) to send the envelopes as they are or readdress 150 new envelopes, cut out all the stamps off the old envelopes and tape them on the new ones... And the envelopes are not even arriving until 3 days before Christmas (guess they couldn't afford to ship them any faster) so I doubt I will be able to get them back out quickly enough to be delivered by Christmas. Tiny Prints should tell you you need to orient the envelopes in a certain way or put the flap on the long side where it normally is. I will never do business with this company again. Not only do they over charge for their products (cards were still very expensive even with discount certificate), they give terrible customer service.

Ordered approximately 100 Christmas cards to be delivered on 12/20. Called on day of scheduled delivery, when no delivery was made, to have to wait in queue for 31 minutes to be told my order had not yet shipped and no over night shipping option was available. Instead, I was told I would have my CHRISTMAS CARDS on 12/24/13. Uhhhh... Apparently I am not alone in this mess given their long wait times to talk with customer service and their e-chat service that periodically goes offline/unavailable due to volume. To make things even better, I was told my order had shipped only to check the FedEx Web site later that evening to find my shipment was cancelled by Tiny Prints. Their Face Book page is loaded with this same type of complaint as is Yelp. What really makes my being screwed out of having no cards to send this season I even that much better, is having to go to my mailbox each day to find tons of holiday cards from friends and family. Like when buying a used car with a couple of hundred thousand mikes on it and a ripped front BENCH seat, when considering using Tiny PRints either don't or buyer beware.

My whole experience with Tiny Prints has been terrible. I placed an order and paid for Expedited shipping which said the items would arrive before Christmas. Then I receive an email stating that it will not arrive before that date even though the day I receive that email is the actual cutoff day for placing an order with expedited delivery before Christmas. So I'd like to know how my order which was placed days before the cutoff still won't arrive on time? I was even told that if I upgraded the shipping to the fastest available I still couldn't have my items delivered before Christmas.

I then received another email telling me that the items I ordered are being shipped separately and will arrive on different days.

Then getting in touch with customer service is almost impossible. The online chat is closed at erratic times & only open for part of the day. The times even changed from being closed on Fridays (which the site stated on Friday Dec. 16) to being open 11-5 Mon-Sun (which was on the site the following Monday Dec. 19). I also sent several emails which were never answered. Calling customer service gives you wait times between 80 - 120 minutes which is ridiculous. If you leave you're call back number (which I did 3 times) you get a call back about 3 hours later.

THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY WHICH I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!

I ordered a few extra Christmas cards after I realized I underestimated the number of cards I needed for this year. I was told they would arrive by Dec. 20th. At the time I honestly thought that was excessive since I had reordered early enough but I accepted. When the evening of Dec. 21st came and I had no cards, I called to inquire as to the whereabouts of my reorder. I was told my scheduled delivery date was really 12/21-12/22 and not 12/20 as I had originally been told. In addition I was informed that their system showed my cards as only bring in packaging at that time! I asked when they would be arriving and I was told, Saturday, December 24th. When I said I wanted a full refund, I was told she had to inquire "IF" i could get a refund. After I demanded a full refund, I was granted it. The representative expressed no regard for the fact that now I couldn't send Christmas cards to everyone I needed to... and when were they going to notify me that my order would not be fulfilled as promised? I wish I could have given them a zero because that is what I think of the way they conduct business.

I ordered Invitations to a Formal 25 Year Company Anniversary party, over a month ago and still do not have them. I also paid for Expedited Delivery and was supposed to have the Invitations with custom envelopes the first week of December for the event in Mid January. I am supposed to have my RSVPs in to the Banquet Hall for headcount and so I can final pay my bill by December 30th. But I still don't even have the Invitations to mail out in order to get my RSVP's at this rate after spending nearly $20k on the event, nobody will be able to attend because nobody has gotten an invitation because I still don't have them! I have called and called and have been promised them by the next day three times now and still don't have them. If you are thinking about placing an order with Tiny Prints, don't waste your time and aggravation and move on to a more reputable company. The positive reviews on this site we obviously posted by the people at Tiny Prints in a feeble effort to make themselves look like that can actually get something right from time to time! Don't believe it! This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and has cost me way more than they could ever repay. Thanks for ruining this event for us Tiny Prints! You truly are a horrible company and a great example of everything that is wrong with America.

WORST experience ever! I ordered my cards on 11/28 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/12. On 12/8 I noticed my order still showed in "printing" status, so I emailed customer service for an update, and that I was concerned about not getting my order in time. They reassured me that I would have my order no later than the 12th. On the 10th my order showed shipped, but then I received an email on 12/12 that my order had been delayed. I immediately emailed them up, only to learn that they have never even been printed yet and they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. I canceled my order and that same day, they emailed me again letting me know that if I would like to reinstate my order and pay for their new adjusted price, that they would have it to me by the 15th. Stupid me said go for it, and after my card was charged, I received an email on the 14th that my order was delayed AGAIN. I obviously canceled, again, and will NEVER use this company. Stay clear of Tiny Prints. They will only disappoint.

I ordered cards on Dec. 10th and selected an expedited shipping method, to arrive no later than Fri, Dec. 16th. I received an email on Dec. 16th (the day the cards were to be delivered), indicating that they ran into production issues and my cards would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days, and they would overnight the cards to me... that would put me into Thursday, Dec. 22nd (which wasn't going to work, as the cards would never get stuffed, addressed and mailed in time to arrive to my recipients by xmas).

I called immediately (Fri, 12/16), but the hold time was 240 minutes! 4 hours! So I called the next day (Sat, 12/17), and the agent said that my cards were ready to ship, but they would have to go out on Monday, 12/19, for a Tues, 12/20 arrival. I called on Monday to ensure the cards shipped... but they didn't! They said that they were sorry, but that the cards 'should' ship out on Tuesday, for an overnight delivery to arrive on Wed, 12/21. It is now Tuesday, 12/20, and I have yet to recieve a call, confirming they shippped, for delivery tomorrow. They have ruined Christmas! Not only is this unprofessional, but the information they give out is not true! I still don't know when I am going to receive my Christmas cards. They have ruined my Christmas!

After escalating my concerns, they did agree to reimburse me for the entire cost of my order, and still overnight me the cards... but at this rate, I doubt I am going to ever receive my cards...

I order Christmas cards from Tinyprints. The website and customer service lady both said that my christmas cards would be delivered by December 16th. On December 16th (the day the cards were suppose to arrive) I received an email stating that there was a production delay and that it would be another 3 business days before my cards would be shipped out to me which basically means that my cards that say Merry Christmas on them will be delivered to me on or after Christmas then I will have to mail them out to family and friends after Christmas. I was very disappointed with this email so I called TInyprints waited on hold for one hour and 40 minutes before I got to talk to Taylor who could not have been ruder she offered to take off the shipping cost. I told her of course I would expect you to take off the shipping cost it was a production delay from TINYPRINTS not a shipping delay. I asked Taylor to speak to the supervisor and she said I would have to wait on hold for at least another hour to talk to a supervisor. I explained to Taylor that I was not going to wait on hold for another hour after I had already been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes. Then Taylor decided to put me on hold while I was in the middle of speaking to her and after I had already told her I did not want to be placed on hold. DO NOT ORDER FROM TINYPRINTS I spent 85 dollars on my Christmas cards that will not be delivered till after Christmas. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!
