Hello, I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week! I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.
Holiday cards: For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image). I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!
They are either incompetent or liars or both. I was ordering online, for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I decided to call to make 100% sure everything went well. I asked that tinyprints ship for, the lady clearly stated that they could. She stated that they could not ship to PO Boxes, which was odd as she stated that they ship via USPS. Whatever, she said that they would ship me the all the PO Box cards so that I could mail them, fine, there wasn't that many. I was told that the cards would print the next day and mail out the following. Great. I verified TWICE, was reassured, made the payment. Today 8 days later, I am expecting all the recipients to be getting their invitations today, I get a knock on my door, the mail man hands me a package from TinyPrints with ALL my invitations, missing all the PO Box invitations! I was furious! Now I have to take time off work to stuff envelopes, go to the post office, pay extra for expedited, across country (I am in CA, the 50th celebration is in NC). I called TinyPrints.com I was told that it was indeed ALL THEIR fault for "dropping the ball"! I told them that they have severely hurt my parents 50th as the invitations will be late, it was all their fault, it was noted in the system what this lady told me when I made the order! Their resolve for all my stress, taking off work to do what I paid them to do and paying extra to hopefully get the invitations out was a $34 refund on a over $200 dollar purchase. Granted it's not the biggest order they could have gotten. To admit they screwed up, making me do what they advertise that they do, they give me not even a 15% refund? Doesn't seem right to me. Maybe I should be happy with getting 15% back, after all, it's not their parents 50th anniversary at risk here, why should they care about about lying to me (or their employee being incompetent, whichever it was) I'm just a small order that apparently means nothing. Buyer Beware, I know I will NEVER use them again.
I wouldn't even give one star but you have to if you want to leave a review. It truly doesn't get any worse than this... stay far, far away from tiny prints! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I ordered premium cards & unfortunately paid a premium price to receive something that seriously looked like a 5 yr old printed & cut out. Oh & to top that off no envelopes. I kept telling myself to be grateful that I even received my cards when so many others haven't... however halfway through my stack of cards I realized I received someone else's cards in place of mine too. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN THAT YOU MIX TWO COMPLETELY UNRELATED PRINT ORDERS INTO ONE? So after I go & purchase envelopes that were supposed to be free, do I send my cards out with my new mystery family or wait on hold 176 minutes for customer service only to be hung up on when it is finally my turn? I paid more this year than I ever have for cards & by far have been the most disappointed that I have ever been too. To make matters worse I ordered custom stationery (to give as a present) along with my card order. After the mess with our Christmas cards I was pleasantly surprised with how the stationery turned out so you can imagine my disappointment when I went to remove the plastic shrink wrap & it was melted onto the corner of the notecards. Oh, & the personalized water proof labels I ordered to match were folded in the middle of a line of labels ruining 6 of the 30 I ordered. They packaged them in a box that was too small so they folded the labels to fit. I seriously have never seen anything like this before & I've been ordering cards for years. This was the first & last time I ever order from tiny prints. Beware! Check out simply to impress... that's who I've used the past few years & they are amazing! Never again will I use another company!
Worst worst customer service and website ever! Will never order from you again!
Their customer service on-line agent is really a phantom who doesn't really exist.
Awful. Do not order from the. Terrible customer service. Terrible cards!
