I got everything I ordered, better than advertised, and at a great price. I ordered coolies, stadium cups and dinner napkins and everything looked perfect. I used them all at the family reunion and people were taking 2 coolies at a time - we ran out they were so popular! Thank you for having some Christian options so that my family could have beautiful Christian art on our stuff! We used orange and white for our colors and everything matched. It was so FUN and EASY. Thank you.
I bought the neoprene coozies (beer coolers) and can't get the moth ball scent out despite hours of running them on low heat in the dryer with a scented towel. Super disappointed because I can't use them and spent over $100 and they are otherwise good looking and their service prior to receiving these have been good.
The original cups I ordered were unavailable. I got a message needing immediate approval to change them. I did since the ones I really wanted and ordered were unavailable. I do not like these as well and cups do seem smaller than a normal 16oz cup.
My experience with Tippy Toad was wonderful! They have a wide variety of options to choose from, great prices and my order arrived quickly! The cups look fantastic! The only thing I wish was different about the website, was the ability to see what each artwork option looked like. If that ability is there, I didn't see it. I knew I wanted "Oh The Places You'll Go", so it wasn't a big deal for me. But for someone who is unsure, being able to see what those designs look like would be helpful. Thank you for helping to make our graduation party a huge success!

The cups are extremely cute and are true to what you order. The company was very generous to call regarding a concern prior to placing the order. I can't wait to show off the cups for the bride at her bridal shower!
They didn't turn out to what I thought they were going to be. But that is what I get for not getting a proof before hand. They still turned out ok and are use able. I would order again. But, I would get a proof before hand!

I bought a travel bag, personalized as a gift and loved it so much I got one for myself! I travel a lot and toiletry/cosmetic bag is perfect for my trips. The bag itself is great, but the added benefit of it being able to hang makes it my favorite.
Very happy with the cups for our wedding. The cups are good quality and the printing on them was great. Only wish they had a wedding line for the cups. We found a print that worked under birthdays and we are very happy with that

Cups were smaller than I pictured. I would recommend you remove the word Adult from the description. Cup is a true 12oz cup but adult to me means at least 16 oz. The 12oz looks more like a kiddie cup. Would have definitely preferred larger cup, but will have to make due with what I got. Will definitely read descriptions more closely next time.

I am so bummed! I ordered two different sets of cups weeks ago for my daughter's graduation party. The party is this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I just received a call that the order was on hold because they weren't sure what color I wanted the print to be on one of the cups ordered. Because it takes 7 days to ship an order, I had to cancel the whole order. Why am I just getting called now? And in my summary of the order, the color is stated right there. Ugh. If you need these on a deadline, order somewhere else. I wish I did.

Rhe navigation of the website was a little difficult as ibe stated befoee with not being able to get 'college style' items and designs for a birthday. But I like what I ordered and I would use tippytoad again.
Wow! I couldn't be more amazed by the service of Tippy Toad. It was thought that I made a grammar error and they wrote me an email before printing in order to rectify the situation. WHAT OTHER COMPANY DOES THAT? None! They were extremely personable and easy to work with. It's clear they want their customers satisfied! After spending considerable time looking for the perfect party goods for my son's rehearsal dinner, I placed an order and paid for 2-day shipping. On the day I was to receive the order, I received a call from Bailey at TippyToad. Supposedly, the order had been shipped to one of their offices by mistake. Bailey asked when I needed the order, and I explained to her I needed it by the next day. I told her I was leaving town to attend my son's wedding, and the order was needed for the rehearsal dinner. Bailey had a very passive demeanor, regarding the situation. She said they would try to get the order to me, or they would issue a full refund. I stressed that they could overnight the order to me, and again indifference. At the time I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no one else was in the office. I asked to have someone contact me, and again the response was no one was in the office. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company!

You will be credited the full shipping amount you paid during your purchase.
What Bailey meant by "we would try to get the order to you by tomorrow or we will issue a full refund" is once the package leaves the door, we have no control of any unforeseen events like weather or traffic accident. We cannot make a guarantee on something we have no control over, hence, we are shipping your order to you today via next day air for delivery tomorrow. If, for some reason, your order does not arrive to you tomorrow, you will be issued a full refund.
Bailey was the only person in our customer service office at the time of your conversation. Due to the Corona virus Pandemic, most of our office staff are home. Bailey is an awesome customer service specialist and takes all issues with the utmost of concern and priority. Custom service is our number one priority.

The manufacturer discontinued the purple color frosted cups because "they did not sell well". We disagree but it is our of our control. Regarding cup size, the 16 oz. Frosted cups will hold exactly 16 fluid ounces when filled to the brim (without ice). This is the industry standard. Please do reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you.
