These people are hoping they can make you so afraid they'll fall for one of their scams; "Biden has enacted a bill that would allow the government to take all your money away from you without any warning".

Gosh...I guess the only safe place to put your money is to send it to them. You'll never have to worry about it again because it will be long gone before you figure out what crooks these are.
