The tire was what I expected. Nice that there was no tax or shipping. A brand new tire costs 3 times as much, but I still felt as though I over paid. My visual inspection indicated that the tire was in good enough shape. Unless I send another message, the installer will have been satisfied with the condition of the tire.

I ordered two tires for my wife car, they arrived as advertised in a timely manner and look as if they are brand new. I ordered the day before Memorial day and the very next day I received a coupon for $15 off. I called the following business day and they were more than happy to apply the credit. The credit hit my account the very next day and I received a confirmation email as well. This is not my first experience with Best Used Tire. Basically what I paid would have only bought me 1 new tire elsewhere. Instead I received two tires just as good as new. I'll continue to used their services should the need arise and would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting the best price.

I had hit a curb with my two passenger tires so had to replace them. I was happy to find the 2 tires with tread that nearly matched my 2 good tires. With no more mishaps I'll be able to replace all 4 when the time comes. My serviceman at Discount Tire inquired on how I found you. After I explained, I think he will be a future customer. The actual tires received had a little more wear than indicated, so after seeing the tires, I think price was a bit high, but overall it was a good purchase (just not a great purchase as initially thought).

The Good: Tire looks very nice, measured and looked like what was advertised on your site.
The Bad: Plastic strapping wrapped around the bead and tread for the shipping label was very, very tight and deformed the bead and tread. It was way Too tight! Update: looks ok now.

I will get it mounted and try running on it before making it the spare.

Instead of a next-day delivery received my four tires in two different shipments two days apart. The tires are in good condition and the price is right. So I will give this company a second chance. I can also say that the customer service is excellent.

One of my tires leaks! Worst case scenario your testing probably isn't keeping pressure on tires long enough to catch slow leaks I suggest you talk to your workers about this problem this is the second time I have received a slow leak tire from you.

I'm expecting tires that are like new without patches or uneven wear with 9/32 - 10/32 tread!
Well I received the tires and they were not 9/32 to 10/32 wear.
I had them measured and the tech told me they are 8/32 wear. The main problem though is that one tire had a puncture in it, I had to pay $25.00 to have it repaired, this was last night now this morning I just went out to take a ride and the same tire is totally flat!
I need to call a service tech to come and change my tire since I can not do it with my bad back...
I am so upset and aggravated and I still must deal with this problem today...obviously you do not check your tires before you sell them, I'm very dissatisfied!

I was a little hesitant about buying tires online, sight unseen. The tires were delivered in two days, and were exactly as described. The one tire of the pair looked like it was brand new. The tires were in excellent condition. The one tire had a patch plug in it. The site explains that some tires might have been repaired. I worked for Goodyear and at a GM dealership for many years, and a patch plug is the safest and proper way to repair a tire. It was not near the side wall as stated on the website. I am very happy with the purchase. I paid less than half of what two new tires would have cost.

I needed to replace a tire with a sidewall puncture. Found your site when looking for a tire to match. Was surprised and thrilled to find you had an exact match. I look forward to receiving the tires. If there are as described I couldn't be happier. Received the tires 3 days after order placed. They were excellent condition. One had no discernible repairs, the other had a very professionally installed plug. Both had plenty of tread and after mounting and balancing, they handled very well. After putting in the information to get my tire size, it gave me a list of tires. I needed at least 2 tires, so I narrow the search. Eventually I found the tire I wanted. A big plus on why I order from here is shipping is free. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and I'll definitely be considering this site again when it's time to get new tires.

I got used tires that were basically so brand new that the place putting them on covered them in a lifetime warranty! Now that's the way to go!

Their website was easy to navigate. I knew the size, brand and model of tire I was looking for, so all I needed to do was find the best price for the best condition available. I always check DOT production date, tread depth, overall look, shipping cost, and of course price. These guys meet all my criteria and so I proceeded to order the tire. Super simple - just enter your shipping and payment information and before you know it they have shipped it.

I tried to purchase on a pair and two single tires ( three buy-it-now eBay auctions) but whe I went to pay, only 2 of them showed up. I called Best Used Tires and they advised this was a scam-buyer protection, and I should just purchase from their website. This worked out great and I was able to purchase a new pair and a used pair of the same tires directly, free shipping and two day delivery. One of the tires required a plug after installation but overall we are very happy, we paid $348 ( plus $100 for local mounting and balancing) for $700-plus tires. Thanks!

I cannot believe that this site exists and had the exact tire to match my current set down to the tread depth. This site saved me $170 on one tire, and saved me from nearly breaking down and buying the set of more aggressive treads that I wanted 25,000 miles too early.
