Best used tires and by far a good company. I had a issue with one of the tires having a pin hole in its side so it has set me back because I had planed on travel over the weekend for a important meeting but now I have to rent because I prefer a matching good set of tires for safety reasons. At the end of the day I still stand by the company as the best I've ever used.

Purchasing on website was easy. Delivery was NEXT day. Fast. I did not have to sign for tires. Good. They were left at my door. Tires looked good. They mounted and balanced OK. They seem to hold air so far. No leaks. No unusual noise from tires. Overal,l an excellent experience.

Tire is being fitted right now. Disappointed that there was no indication that this tire had been previously patched on the face. If I had known that I would have waited for an intact tire. Other than the patch the tire was as described perhaps slightly better in terms of wear. I would shop again if I could be assured that any previous repairs to the tire would be disclosed.

Quick and easy ordering process. The tires arrived in the stated time and they look and drive great and have lots of thread left. Why buy new? I will recommend Best Used Tires to anyone who asks. Great experience!

The tire tread was as expected but there is a wear pattern that I could not see in the photos. I would have likely passed on this purchase if I had known. Otherwise, my experience was great as expected.

I liked being able to see the tires before I actually purchased them. I had a problem paying for them though. It wound'nt let me use my debit card, and then I tried my husband's Bank of America Visa card and it stated that because of Fraud Services. He hasn't reported his card lost or used fraudently.

Arrived earlier than expected. Didn't realize the tire was 2y.old. And a slight imperfection near the lip of the tire. Not sure if it is compromising. But seems far away enough for lip to be acceptable

Your shipping department or order checker caught an error on my part and noticed I had ordered a pair of tires of different dimensions. They contacted me shortly after I placed the order and quickly corrected the order. Your operation is "spot-on".

Best Used Tires ran into a defect with original product I ordered and they looked out for me by offering another set of tires. I like how they looked out for me as a consumer by doing a second quality test. Order was delivered early and without issues. I will definitely be using them again.

Very happy to learn of this site, as I am in bad need of tires and strapped for cash. Melody, of customer service was helpful and polite. Now that I have actually received my tires, and given them a visual, I can say that I am happy with my purchase. Now...just gotta get'em put on.

I ordered a set of 4 used tires and two of them arrived with less tread depth than what was advertised. Customer service was quick and responsive in issuing a refund for the difference in value which was the most expedient solution.

The tires were as described and displayed in the photos on the website. This is my second set of tires I have bought from them and they are a great value for the money paid. Shipping is fast and provided with tracking.

I have purchased 2 tires from bestusedtires. The first one was exactly as advertised; a slightly used tire in great shape. The most recent one had two patch/plugs about a foot from each other in the center of the tread. You could not see either in the pics. I think that bestused tire needs to disclose if a tire has been repaired more than once. I understand the user agreement and I would be willing to buy a used tire that has one repair done professionally (and not done to the sidewall). Two repairs, close together I do not think is good business and should be disclosed. I was excited about finding bestusedtires after my first purchase but I am much less excited about it now.

Customer service was great. The deliveryman put the tires in front of my door so I could barely get out and when I called to request the number of the delivery company used, the Bestusedtires.com rep was apologetic, event though it had nothing to do with them! Easy straightforward, found great set of tires for less than half the price the dealership was going to charge, dealer wanted $1100, I got them under $500:-).

The tires were initially supposed to arrive on a Thursday, but did not. When I checked the tracking number, the date was changed till Friday (not a big deal for being one day late). 5 days later, the tires did not arrive and no one bothered to contact me. I called customer service, but they did not know what happened to the tires. By that time, I had already missed my appointment twice with the shop to replace my tires. They suggested that I choose another set and they would ship it to me, but the rep insisted that I must pay the difference between the price of the original tires that I did not receive and the ones I was ordering.

Bestusedtires never took responsibility for their own problem. 2 weeks and 2 payments later, I still don't have any tires. Horrible customer service.

Just concerned about the return costs if we are not satisfied. We shopped another site, the tire was patched in the sidewall, free return shipping and no restocking fee.

Very dissatisfied with the tire. When it arrived it had two pieces of iron stuck in the tread. My husband pulled them out, but there was still chunks out of the tire where the iron was.

Tires were sold as a set however based on the manufacture dates stamped on the tires, they are not a set(made in 2011 and 2014). 1 tire has a professional looking patch while the other tire has a good sized nail still in it! It may hold air, but it was not visually inspected before shipping. Shipping went smoothly.

Pre-purchase impression: Site is very easy to navigate. Somewhat skeptical because of past negative reviews on various sites including BBB. Appears to have improved over the past few years.

Post-delivery impression: After receiving my tire I must say, I'm very pleased with the quality of the tire and quickness of the delivery. Will definitely do business with bestusedtires again.

Was searching local used parts stores and couldn't find my tire size. Somehow stumbled upon the site. Finding and ordering the tire was easy. Got it delivered on reason time frame (couple of days). Tire looks good as promised. Just got installed today. Hope it goes well.

Its is a fair and reasonable website with good product(s) and brands.I have explained that at least for prior customers like myself offering at least 5 % for being a senior or even a repeat customer like myself would be awesome. I ordered a cooper tire on Friday. That night I received an email with shipping information. They going to ship it tomorrow--Saturday. Come Monday the tracking hasn't changed. The tire hasn't been picked up yet. I gave it another day. Tuesday- still no change. Quickly I shoot an email to their customer service. They replied within few hours saying the FedEx shipping status will change within 24hrs. That night fedex tracking started posting updates from picking up to in transit from one location to another and another. I received my tire Thursday night. Thank you best used tires! Awesome customer service.

Needed a good used tire for my leased vehicle that is being turned in the end of March. I found Bestusedtires.com in doing research. I chatted with one of the reps who was very helpful in addressing my questions. I ordered the tire and was notified by mail as the the delivery via FedEx. The tire was delivered within 5 days of my order. When I received the tire, I was quite impressed that the tire looked more like new then used.

Good tires, good price, good people! Over the last 8 years or so, I have purchased dozens of tires (seriously!) from bestusedtires and I will purchase more from them in the future. Because they were bad tires and I had to replace them? No. Because if you are like me, you buy new(er) cars every so often and because you have to drive every day. Cars wear out and tires don't last forever so why spend all the extra money on a new tire when you can get *almost* new tires at a fraction of the cost?

Love the next day shipping FedEx feature, when you have a tire issue and need a replacement, this is awesome! ****In hindsight, it appeared the shipment would be next day on the website but did not come until 3 days later. I will have to review the site to see if I viewed that incorrectly, but it did appear that it would be arriving quicker than it did. This does not impact my satisfaction though, great price and great tire!
