Easy all away around, the tires came in a timely manner, site was easy-to-use and very happy with everything.
The customer service suck. I can never get anyone on the phone. I waited 40 minutes for live chat and never got to chat with anyone that happened twice. The website says fast and easy delivery via FedEx. It's been 2 days and they still haven't shipped my tire.
My experience with BestUsedTires.com, has always been great! This was the first time that I ever had any kind of problem, but the entire staff that I spoke with there, were very responsive, courteous, and helpful. A man named Modest, personally took it upon himself, to insure that my shipment arrived as soon as possible. They really made me feel like my business mattered to them. You show a 90 day money back guarantee badge but your documentation says 60 day. The information should be consistent. Other than that, excellent buying experience. Tire was in great shape and had the tread depth that I was expecting.
Have used this outfit several times. Had a blowout and instead of buying two new tires so tread depth will match just buy one here. Saves hundreds of dollars and it's extremely fast with best used tires. Worth every penny!
This is my first time ordering from TireMart. I placed an order for 2 tires because I believed what I read, "ships the same day if ordered before 2 PM EST, and the following day if ordered after 2 PM EST. I placed the order on the 10th after 2 PM and here we are on the 12th@ 2 PM, and still "AWAITING SHIPMENT" what's up with that?! Really? PLEASE TIREMART, DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN'T KEEP! I need additional tires for another car but based on my experience, this is the first and last time that I place an order with TireMart!

Only issue was the amount of pebbles in between the threads on all 4 tires.
Although that would not stop me from purchasing again or recommending I believe presentation would have been worth the 30 minutes of labor to remove before sending out.
Although have bought many times in the past with a good experience, this time was different.
Tires did not have the tread advertised 8-9 (almost new) and one tire was worn uneven on the outer edge. They only gave me a $25 discount or i could have returned them. What a hassle.
This tire was more expensive than ones we have ordered in the past. Not really keen about that. It was delayed delivery because of the holiday. Not your fault. Will continue to buy from you, and refer others to you. Over all, very pleased.

My ordered shipped the next day bc it missed same day cut off time but I still got them pretty quickly. They look brand new. Haven't put them on ur so I don't know if there's any issues but I doubt there will be
Dealer wanted to charge over $1700 for the same set of tires I found on the site for just over $400. A little less tread than new, but no holes, punctures or plugs. My order ea processed fast and arrived in a few days. It has been a great experience dealing with this company, and I will be coming back to look for more tires in the future.

I was able to find exactly what I needed at less than half the price when compared to stores in my area. Product was ordered on a Friday and arrived the next on Saturday. Very fast delivery for free shipping. I will definitely shop best used tires again.
I first contacted a local used tire place. They could not even tell me the brand of tire and basically said take what they happened to have in stock that day or try elsewhere.
In contrast, Bestusedtires.com's website provides search criteria on par with buying new tires. The tread length data was invaluable for me, since it allowed me to match that length to my remaining tires (therefore avoiding having to buy two tires). While they didn't have the exact tire I was replacing, I was able to use the brand information provided to find a substitute of similar quality that has the same mileage guarantee.
Tire arrived on date that FedEx said it would be delivered. Appears to be in great shape. It's only been installed on my car for 2 days, so I don't have any experience on which to base further comments.
