Tires delivered as promised. However, the ad said between 8 and 9 mm on the tire thread; its really like a 7 on the tire thread. But, I am happy and satisfied and would used them again next time!

I ordered two tires and they both looked in great shape. Unfortunately, one tire had a small nail hole and was leaking air. I contacted Best used tires and they got back with me immediately and offered suggestions so that we could come to a mutual agreement. I would purchase from them again.

My tires arrived in a timely manner (about a week). When I went to have them mounted, the mechanic questioned how much I had paid. My thought was, "Oh no, they are flawed or won't balance out." But his comment was that he was impressed with the amount of tread for that price. They ride great. I got a great deal. Thanks!

After getting a screw in one of my tires and knowing that it could not be repaired I found bestusedtires.com, where I was able to get the very same tire I had with a very similar remaining tread. Excellent tire quality, no patches and wear pretty even. I saved hundreds by ordering this used tire from best used tires.

Google search for my size and brand tire was how I found you. Mid range rating for now... I was surprised this was a plugged tire. As my rim required repair I've been unable to mount and assess that the tire indeed holds pressure. Expect the mounting by Oct 3 2016, hopefully we'll still be able to work a solution at that time if there are any issues to be resolved. I expect to upgrade the product rating if the tire checks out. Feel free to check on this order status again after Oct 3.

Upon receiving the tires I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find them to look even better than in the online pics. Tread wear was negligible and tires looked almost new. I easily saved half (if not more) over new and actually bought better quality tires than I would have had I gone elsewhere.

The tires were delivered quickly as advertised, the tread depth (checked with micrometer) matched exactly as described, there was one plug (correctly done by industry standards) in one of the tires, installed and feel like a perfect set of tires. I'm a car enthusiast and a returning customer. Very satisfied with everything. Great and user-friendly website, high quality products, fast shipping, awesome prices (Just paid $190.00 for a pair of tires with 95%thread shipped, when new ones are $460.00 with shipping). I don't think I'll be buying tires elsewhere.

My only problem with the order was a lack of information. I think consumers such as myself would prefer to know if the tires we are receiving have plugs or patches in them already. Not a deal breaker for me I would have just preferred to know before purchasing

With all-wheel drive, only an exactly matching used tire with the same tread depth will work, otherwise you risk damaging the transmission. You can **promote that fact**, and become a strategic choice, not just a cheaper alternative.

Great price but one of the tires had a screw in it. I called customer service who said I could simply send a copy of my mechanic's invoice showing the repair cost to get a reimbursement. Seemed fair and much easier than returning the tire.

Update: Even though I added comments on my order that it was okay to leave the tire on my front porch, that information did not get passed along to FedEx, resulting in an additional one day delay. The FedEx sticker on my front door said the seller required a signature. I signed the sticker and the tire was delivered the next day but the additional day without the tire meant my daughter missed an additional day of work. Hopefully, you folks can address this disconnect. Other than that, still love you guys!

Everything is fine except for the fact that 4 days after I ordered a set of used Continental tires for about $300, a better discount was offered. I inquired about getting in on it for my order, but was told that no retroactive rebates could be applied. In my opinion, for a loyal customer, me, that was a bad move. It was a difference of $15. Nothing spectacular, just the principle. Maybe, not definitely, I'll shop around more next time.

Allow search by multiple parameters. Brand AND size AND model, for example, to narrow down results. Good overall though.Please include DOT code with each listing, and weather or not the specific tire has been repaired.

Overall my experience was great...I'm having the tires put on today, but they appeared to be in good shape on arrival and I don't foresee any problems. I'd shop here again, more than likely in the next two months to get a full set. I'd also recommend this site to others. Exactly what I needed. Lease is up and needed the cheapest but acceptable thread required by BMW.

Tires showed up 2 days later and got them mounted for $10 each.

No tax and no shipping on top of the savings on the price of new tires, so came out way ahead.

Will probably use used tires for normal replacements also.

Was pretty much what I expected; did find a few cuts and a spot where apparently a nail had been pulled out of the tire. Not a puncture, but not clean tread either. Took quite a while to get here. Is now on the road and performing well.

My overall experience was excellent and I feel the used tires were offered at a fair price, however, I would have liked the tire listing to have include information regarding the tire's manufacture date. I will most likely buy from this company again if these tires meet expectations.

One suggestion: It would be nice if each used tire for sale included information about having a patch or not. I understand they make it clear that it "may", but it should be easy enough to tell when the tire is being inspected, and put that into the system. This will let the shopper know that it does or does not. I'd expect the ones without patches to be more expensive, but might be worth it to the shopper.

Bought 4 tires earlier: excellent product, quick delivery, perfect purchase experience. These (new order) are for my daughter; I hope they'll be as good as those I bought for my car. Tried to sell her the set with a bit more tread, but I had already pushed her beyond her intended price cap; so I'll hope for the best, Charles.
