Overall service and product received was outstanding. I ordered a set of four tires and had them mounted the same day they arrived. Wow, no more banana peel traction. Tire date of manufacturing for the four tires was close in years (2011, 2012, and two 2013) and no dry rot or cracking what so ever. The light tire wear was consistent with tires coming off a single vehicle and the product description was accurate. I will definitely purchase and recommend again.

One of the tires had a nail embedded vertically in the tread. Didn't expect that for sure!

I was able to dig the nail out and the interior surface was not yet punctured. That's good.

However, left undetected the nail would likely have been pushed deeper into the tread
As the tire wore and it would have eventually punctured the innermost surface
Causing a problem (slow leak, flat, inconvenience, frustration, repair, new tire, nothing good).

I didn't expect that kind of issue with your used tires. I thought they were inspected to
Prevent such things from being shipped to your customers.
If I could see it I expected you could too.

I knew i was buying roughly 7/32 tread wear tires but i didn't remember seeing anywhere that they had rubber plugs or patches in them. Not a significant deal other than i have to buy tubes. I think the tires are priced pretty fair so in the end i'm pretty happy.

I received tire with screw in it. The screw was clearly marked out, by green square, but not removed and fixed before shipping. I have to pay mechanic to remove and patch out the hole.
Another problem I see, is that you are promising coupons but nothing arrived for 5 months.

Love the free shipping, and the two month return window. Makes buying used a little less scary. The previous tires on my truck are from the same place, and I wound up only spending 380 bucks, labor and all to get all 4 bald tires replaced with used tires. That was 2012, I'm just now needing the 2 more-worn tires replaced again.

Very happy with my purchase. I bought a used vehicle where two of the tires were previously replaced and wanted to have a matching set. I also didn't want to pay the money for brand new tires. This worked out great, all my tires are Continental and the same version. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Very well put together website, I just hope my product is in the same order? After receiving my order and having the tires installed on my vehicle, one of the four (4) tires has a sidewall pin hole leak which renders the tire of no use. Huge inconvenience as I have to wait for a new or replacement tire.

There were mix ups with customer service and reps do not seem to be coordinated among each other. They do not pay attention to what other reps tell customers or look back at previous communications for an order. Email response is slow and phone response is atrocious. Once I finally spoke to someone via chat who called me back they were pleasant an accommodating.

Had a little trouble buying the tires tonight. I had forgotten that I already had an account. Have to request a new password. After that password was emailed to me, all went smooth. This is my third purchase at bestusedtires and the two tires I bought from you a year ago worked well.

Update...the tires arrived a couple of days ago and appear to be almost brand new. The mold markings are not even fully worn off the tires. I would guess these tires have less than a 1000 miles on them. I will have them mounted and balanced at my local Discount Tire soon and I feel confident that they will be good. I saved quite a bit by buying used and will be coming back to Bestusedtires for more as needed..

Fast and easy. One problem. I had the tires mounted and drove five miles back to work. When I came out three hours later one of the tires was flat. Turns out there was a clean gash with no embedded object right near the sidewall. Since I drove on the tires I can't prove they came that way, but it will always be in the back of my mind to have my mechanic check them thoroughly should I purchase another set of tires from BUT.

This is the 5th set of tires that I have purchased from bestusedtires.com. I have not mounted these tires yet but they look as advertised and I am certain they will function well. The other 4 sets have been great. My experience with bestusedtires.com continues to keep me coming back.

The tires I received had no prior repairs and newer same year dot production dates. My only minor complaint is that the tires were on the lower end of the remaining tread depth promised.

Although I am satisfied with my purchase...i did not think it would have a repair/patch on it. Yes your site makes mention that it may have repairs...i just wish the photos would have shown that...if i missed it, Oh well.

In the end its all good, and i am sure it will get me over till the next time i need a replacement tire.

Third or fourth time I have bought from BUT. Got new tires this time so absolutely no issues. Free shipping and tires came within 2 days. Had some issues with install on prior purchase of used tires. So have learned to stay away from big name installers. Never any issues with the tires though. Usually take them to a gas station with service for installation of used tires.

The overall experience was good.
My biggest complaint is that the prices are too high and too close to new tires prices. If I didn't just need one used tire to match the tread depth and type of tire on the other side, I never would have paid that price for a used tire in that condition.
Also, the number one driver on your search feature should be tire size, because if it isn't the right size nothing else matters. Secondly, should be the brand/model.

I'm a first time user and it was very quick, convenient, and efficient process. Tire quality was as stated, I got great communication on shipping, etc. I'm quite happy with the outcome and will certainly use them again and recommend as well.
