Very easy to find the product I needed and to compare the various tread depths vs price. Only thing that would have helped better is to know what the new tread depth is so I can better determine how used the used tires are. Free shipping is awesome. I had budgeted $160 to replace the tire and I got a like-new tire on bestusedtires.com for $95.59. Good pictures of each tire, as well. I can tell the tire I just purchased has not been driven on.

I bought two tires. They arrived sooner than I expected. I was out of town, but the tires were tied together in a fashion that allowed my adult daughter to roll them to a safe spot from where FedEx left them without much difficulty. They were clean inside and out, so she rolled them through the house :)

Website is very easy to use and quick. Only concern is condition of tire based on numerous complaints regarding tires being sold with dry-rot and punctures followed by poor customer service. I hope to be one of the satisfied customers and that the dissatisfied customers represent a tiny percentage of buyers and were part of the problem themselves.

This is my second order; both experiences have been very good - the tires arrived before the promised date and were just as described.

One tire had been repaired with a patch. This is very easily viewed inside the tire. If they go through the trouble of inspecting and inflating and taking detailed pictures then why would you not include this in the description? Most patches if done correctly will hold, however this will always be the weak spot on this tire.

Tires have tread as advertised and are not cupped or worn irregular.

Only small issue would be the age of each tire (ordered a pair) is very different. One tire is about 1 year old and 1 is about 4 years old. Overall I'm pleased and don't see this as a big issue. I will order again and recommend this company to friends.

Shipping was quick and tires were delivered on time but Customer Service Rep I spoke with prior to placing my order indicated that they do not sell any tires older than 2008. One of the tires I received has a 2006 manufacture date and the other a 2008 date. My mechanic here in Florida would not install the tires due to their age.

Very nice tires and arrived on time. I have bought tires twice before and have been satisfied each and every time! Saved "hundreds of dollars" on my purchase of these Continental tires. Retail a set of four are over $800. Bought two hardly used (8-9 tread left) and two new for $300. You wont find a better deal. Continental tires are "top quality" in the tire world and are super quiet on the highway. Thanks... be back again.

Good pictures, if they are accurate, this is a good deal. I would have bought more tires but you didn't have my son's tire size (195/55/15). Received them fast, and with the same tread depth as described. I like the idea that the pictures are of the actual tires that I received (no generic tire pics). Best of all, these goliath tires were free shipping. I will shop here next time I need tires.

I was happy overall with your service and description of product. I was however not happy with FedEx. Tracking info changed delivery date on me by one day,but after I had already waited around for them to show up!

For some reason it took 2 or 3 extra days for Fedex to deliver the tire. I have been rather unhappy with Fedex in the past and would personally consider using UPS over them. The tire itself was just as advertised and for a nice price. (I wish I had known to find out how old the tire was after Costco would not install it because it was older than 2 years old but that is more on me I think; another tire place put it on with no hassle albeit it cost twice as much as Costco)

I am only trying these Chinese "Max Grip" tires because they were on your site. I figure you are not selling tires that are dangerous. I have had great luck with your service in the past and it's those positive experiences that helped make the tire choice I made.

Very easy to find tires that fit my Santa Fe. Both tires were exactly as described and save us about $160. One tire had a puncture which was very professionally repaired, inside and out. I waited about a month before commenting to make certain the tires had no problems. Very pleased and will recommend and purchase again in the future.

My vehicle has aftermarket wheels and new tires are fairly expensive. I lost a tire to tread separation on a trip, and our first replacement tire was slightly taller, which caused issues with the car's anti-slip system. Still my go-to place for buying tires. I ordered two tires, and before shipping it out, they did their routine tests and found one of them failed. They contacted me to let me know what was up. So, I ended up getting two similar tires, since the one I wanted was out of stock. They could have easily just shipped it out, which would have caused a headache for me. But thanks to their process and procedure of testing tires, they avoid this.
