Overall, the tires are in good shape, one tire however did not match tread wear and would have liked them closer to the same as they went on the vehicle on the left and right side. Otherwise, great deal for the price.

Easy process to choose & order. Good choices & value for prices. Excellent communication via emails on order confirmation, ship date, shipping progress & delivery. Free shipping is a plus & delivery in 3-4 days. Tires were actually better than I expected!

I ordered a set and had assumed I would at least be getting 2 matching pairs. One of the tires has white lettering and the other 3 are all black. They're asymmetrical so I can't turn it the other way to match.

Good service in General. Have not had a chance to fully inspect purchase yet. Reason for 4 instead of 5 was that these could only be delivered to address of credit card instead of home. That just makes for more work. I shop on amazon a lot and am always able to have purchases delivered to home. Other than that everything looks good. Thanks

A tire i wanted to buy was no longer available a few minutes after clicking on it. That was kind of lame. Other than that, worked good. Got a nice used tire with no patches. Better than described actually. Will be buying again, even though the freight took a week to get to california.

I am lucky to find 4 tires of the same brand for my two vehicle. So happy with the two that arrived last week that I submitted a another order yesterday for two more!

Quick and easy... I had issues with one of the tires I received. It seems like the tire is still leaking through slow patched work that you guys did. I will need to bring the car back to the shop to see if they can fix this issue. Will be calling you guys when you open in the morning.

One of the tires had a slow leak and caused my granddaughter to be stranded before her father and I came out and changed her tire. I have a tire service looking at the tire to see if they can fix it. It's small but leaks air at about 5 lbs every 5-10 minutes. I was happy before this.

Website is good and easy to use.

Two things to improve:
1. Photos of all tires in the set would be nice.
2. More information on the tires would be helpful. For example, if the are SL or XL tires and the date code.

Received the tires quickly after purchase. The photo provided was defiantly of the best tire in the set, really would have liked to seen the other tires in the photos so the full condition could be shown. One tire has a plug/interior patch that is a little close to the sidewall for my liking. Haven't had them mounted yet but I assume they were tested to hold air so I don't expect any issues.

Overall, slightly disappointed with the condition after seeing the photos of the one tire but I do think this set will work and was a fair price.

I haven't mounted the tires yet...I have an app this Wed for mounting the said tires...will let you know by then how satisfied or otherwise with your tires. I have to commend you though for the fast service your company serve me and that is a very positive sign...cheers

Tires arrived quickly. Tread measurements on tires were accurate. One thing I notice was one of the tires had been professionally patch and it was not mention in the description. Still very happy with purchase, saved me hundreds

The tire I bought was "near explosion" after 95 days. A danger to drive on, an accident waiting to happen literally! It had to be replaced entirely. I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of product I received.

One tire had a hole in it and needed to be patched. Fortunately it was able to be repaired.

Quick, easy, and cost effective. Both of my tires arrived within days of ordering. They both had patches in them (1 per tire) but I knew that was a possibility when ordering and am still glad I did. For the amount I saved per tire I'm very pleased.

First tire I bought was had a bubble in it and had to get a refund. I'm hoping my second one will be a good one.satisfaction stars would be higher but I still don't know how the tire is until it has been mounted and filled with air.

Second time, the process was clear and fast, the first attempt, the transaction could not be completed and needed to re-enter credit card information, not comfortable with that. The tires arrived on time and in better condition then expected, just needed 1 tire, I will use both now
