The tires were everything and more than advertised. Shipping was prompt and I could track the tires during the entire transit. I don't see how the company makes any money by the time they pay for freight. I really thought there was going to be some hidden charge or something.

Would have appreciated a quicker handling time for my order. Placed it on Saturday and didn't ship until EOB Tuesday. There should be an audit in place to ensure orders are processed as advertised and a call our email should be sent to customer explaining and/or proactively make them whole.

I needed an obsolete tire with a little wear, for my AWD car. BestUsedTires rescued me from having to buy a whole new set. Tire arrived in record time, was clean and in good repair. Would do it again.

I cant justify the price of some of these new tires out there today, so I always look for the good deals. And if that consists of purchasing a used tire that is almost new, and can save several dollars, then that's what I normally intend on doing. I have found my great deals here at Best Used Tires. I saved about half of what it could've been if I would have purchased a set of new ones. This place is highly recommended if you are looking to save a lot of money on a good used tire rather than paying full retail on something that will be considered used the second you mount them on the car and then drive them onto the road.

Very happy to find an exact replacement for my damaged tire. Even treadwear is similar a little shocked that I misread the website and received 1 package of 2 tires. Thought I was ordering 1 tire. Double bargain

Most importantly, the actual buying process is quick and intuitive. Only real area for improvement on the front-end is more form than function. I think a more modern layout would differentiate your site from competitors and increase conversions. I can mock up something if you'd like to see a visual.

Wife took out the sidewall of tire, new tire priced at $150 locally. Was able to get two replacement tires from "best used tires" for $86. Tires arrived as advertised (9/32nds tread) and overall excellent condition. Unable to locate any plugs or patches. Shipping only took two days.

Very nice and easy to navigate website, great selection of tires and reasonable prices. Fast and free shipping. The only info I couldn't find in website that they don't display the year when tire was made. Would be even better if you add more details about your products. Definitely will use bestusedtires.com again to buy tires and recommend to my friends. Thank you, guys!

These tires were phased out by the manufacturer beginning in 2014. I was very fortunate to find a NEW one on this site, presumably obtained from a tire dealer/installer inventory cleanout. Just what I needed to restore a complete set of four. Excellent price and delivered two days ahead of the estimate.

I received 2 tires for less than the price of one brand new Dunlop SP-1. The tread depth of both tires were as advertised however, 1 tire had cuts down the center line, but above tread depth...really weird and almost appeared as if the tire was run over a cutting strip. I'm not sure if that tire is usable, and may return. **will update after reaching out to bestowedtires about the issue**

My 2012 Malibu picked up a nail on the right front tire too close to the sidewall to patch. I only have 15,000 miles on the tires and just need one that is close in wear. Thats when I found Best Used tires online and they had a match for me. I just placed my order and will see just how good this tire works!

Great navigation and search capability on web site. Easy to use. Tire received was very clean, in great condition, and exact match to the one being replaced for AWD vehicle including remaining tread. Took a day longer than expected to arrive, but very pleased with purchase.

Bought 4 used 235/55/18's 8-9/32 and I'm very pleased. Had them put on today and so far so good. Three tires were professionally patched from the inside. The fourth I didn't notice any defects. Tread was as advertised and I paid roughly $80 a tire versus $230 new from Michelin. Overall very pleased with the tires so far.
