Also, The last set of tires I purchased were the wrong "speed rating" and have been causeing loud noise so I am buying these to replace them...per my mechanics recommendation...Although they are past the 90- day mark may I return them to you for a partial refund...I just don't know what I would do with them now that I am replacing them...(I didn't notice the loudness since they were on my wife's car and I never drive it...but I did today and they are LOUD. "H" instead of "T". They are still in great shape, no issues, just not the spec for my Acura.

I thought the price was just a bit high, but those tires are a little hard to find, so ok.
The shipping took one day longer than I was hoping for, which was a bit of an inconvenience, as the vehicle was inoperable. Not really that unexpected though, as it was ground service, but not coming from that far away, I just hoped to get it one day sooner.

It was GREAT!. The prices are unbelievable and I got the tires the next day! In between that I got a call from a customer service rep who told me one of the tires didn't pass inspection and that they would refund me double the difference of another tire they had that was almost the same exact thread depth. I am so impressed and definitely look forward to doing more business with them.

The tires got delivered in 36 hours. Very impressed with that. They are the best used tires I ever bought. The tire shop that has been in business for ever were amazed with these tires. I had originally received a defective tire and put a negative comment with one star but Agata from BestUsedTires contacted me back within a matter of hours attempting to make things better and refunding me my money back. Fast shipping. Tires are just as advertised. If you catch them at the right time you can find a dirt cheap bargain. Beware: If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you have to pay with PayPal, or else their fraud dept will cancel the order.

Well I got my tires but Fed Ex delivered them to the wrong address. Luckily the people knew me and were honest enough to call me to see if they were mine. Address on label was correct, not your fault but FedEx drivers need to learn to read better. :)

Very happy with service, however product was delayed one day due to FedEx delivering it to the wrong address. A neighbor was kind enough to search me out to confirm I was expecting a delivery and allowing me to pick it up. Best Used Tires should be aware of this.

Fast and easy, however I had to send back the tires I received because one had a hole in it. However customer service promptly addressed the problem and quickly resolved my issue by accepting return shipment of the tires and allowing me to purchase another set of tires that met my needs. I am thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with the service that I received, especially in these times when customer service at many organizations appears to have taken a back seat to profit.

Ordered two sets of (2) Firestone Firehawk AS, used. They arrived fast via FedEx, both tires date codes were less than a year old. Tread on both sets were near new 90% or better on one set. Very easy to find the right size for my vehicle, and checkout was a breeze!

I received the tires very quickly. The quality was acceptable, although I know they won't last long, they will pass inspection and, for my purposes, that's all I want at this time. The search system is fantastic compared to other used tire web sites.The tires I have ordered have always been in good shape with no defects and have been just as good as brand new tires. Also, their measurements of remaining tire tread depth have been very accurate. I would recommend these tires to anyone on a budget.

A few years ago I spent $800 on tires that weren't as good as the tires I just received from your company for $300. The tread measurements and variety of angles photographed were very helpful in making my decision!

We bought 4 Michelin Defender 90,000 mile tires (225/65R17) with 8-10/32 tread for $242 and paid $70 to our local tire shop for mounting/balancing/disposal, for a total of $312, which was well below Walmart's price of $165 each for brand new ones! Shipping was extremely fast. Unfortunately, we do seem to have a very slow leak (maybe a leaky valve?) in one of the tires that we need to fix, but for the price, I would definitely shop here again!

Well this is not my 1st purchase with you guys! I bought this last set of tires for my daughters 2010 Camaro which I will give to her in Sept 2018. They look great but I did notice each tire did have an inside patch with what appeared to be a plug as well. I am sure they will be fine but this is the first time I got tires of which all were patched. My thoughts were these were punctured by something or someone so they could file an insurance claim for new tires. I will let you know how they work out.
