Trying to get the tire brands together so that I could find two tires that came from the same company was a little bit of a hassle, but after figuring it out it was pretty easy to find what I wanted.

You guys so far have been the cheapest and best priced site for used tires. I paid 11$ than what others in town where asking, and ended up getting almost 2x more tread or aka almost a brand new tire.

Also, even after shipping address mix up it was easy to get in contact with them and I was very satisfied with how fast I received help and even more impressed at how quick the tires where at my door.

I would use this site over any other, because they have the most affordable tires and honestly the nicest people I've spoke to in awhile for Customer Service.

The last few orders that I have received have had one or two major prior repairs to at least one tire. I know the fine print alerts the buyer to this possibility, but I was hoping this would be an exception and not the norm. Unless the information that the tire has been repaired is disclosed upfront, I may not purchase additional tires from this company.

All of the tires received had a patch plug, which is the professional way to repair a tire.

1 Tire will probably need to be returned as there is a repair really close to the non-repairable sidewall area. Based on my experience so far, I expect to continue to be a happy camper.

I received two tires supposedly 9 to 10 tread wear grading. Well they both were that, but one of them had a bubble on the sidewall. It has been found in preshipment inspection because it was outlined with chalk. When the tire was aired up the bubble expanded and made the tire unusable. I immediately called the customer service number and told them of the situation. The gentleman was kind enough to offer many options, but I took the refund for the one tire. My complaint here is that this tire should never have been shipped with an obvious issue with it.

Easy to find my tire size and great pictures! The price for the tires couldn't be beat and the amount of tread was exactly as advertised. I ordered the tires on a Thursday and received them in the early afternoon on Saturday! Talk about fast shipping! I even called customer service to verify my order and Becky was top notch, she answered all my questions, confirmed my order and even sent me another e-mail with the Fed-Ex tracking numbers! Everything was great... the only thing to mention is that no where in the description did it say that the tires had patches in them. I would have like to have been better informed.

I will buy some more tires from you tho and I will recommend you to a family member or friend.

Easy to use and navigate. Easy check out.
Got tires installed same day of delivery. Next morning one tire was flat. Wife missed work that day. After work, I out air into tire and poured soap water around it to see where leak was coming from. Tire had a pinhole leak on the sidewall. Was not happy about receiving and pay to install a tire that had a hole in it. Contacted customer service and they offered a same type of tire to send out. Im happy they offered that but am disappointed in paying for install of one tire and now having to pay for another tire install when i should have only had to do it once if they checked their own stuff before they get sent out.

Bought 2 used tires to replace OEM for 2010 Land Rover. Very quick 3-day delivery, 30% of price for new tires bought 75% of useful life. That's a 2x1 deal. No issues so far one day after installation.

Received on tire, looked decenr until i saw the patch. Pretty disappointed... was looking for a good used tire.

Overall it was great. I had gone to Discount tire and paid $650 for two tires. They did not have the other two that I needed in stock, so I went out on my own to look for them online. That is when I came across this site. Literally half the price for used tires that have 95% tread on them. The only negative thing was with shipping. It was not even an error for BestUsedTires, I recieved a confirmation that they sent the tires out the next morning, but for some reason FedEx gave me the most difficult time delivering them. Besides that I am very happy with my purchase.

The tires were in great shape and arrived quickly. Only one tire had a repair but it was patched inside the tire and looked just fine. I've been running the tires for a few weeks now and they are working great. Never pay to put new tires on a lease that will be going back in a few months.

Little worried about buying used tires but we will see when they arrive. I could have picked them up but I felt I should have received a discount for pick up at store. Tires look to be of great quality just concerned about each one having a patch, why would a set fo 4 tires all have a patch?

Shopping experience was great, finding the tire i wanted was difficult with the layout you have on the website. I could not pick size and model together, it was based on one criteria only. Ended up using google to search your inventory. Also noticed another hole that was next to the patched hole, it didnt go all the way through, but definitely left a bump on the inside and may rupture over time.

My first impression of the tire was that it was practically new. Upon inspection I found that it had been plugged (properly). I immediately remembered that the disclaimer that stated this possibility but it was
Somewhat of a disappointment to see it. Unless I missed it I suggest repaired tire(s) should be flagged in the ordering process. For my particular use this tire is ok, but if I had been buying four tires for my garage queen I would have told the FedEx guy to put them back on the truck.

One of the tires had a small tear on the sidewall. Unable to patch it. Found the tear while inspecting/installing the tire on the wheel/rim. Overall good shopping experience and quick delivery. Only complaint I have is pricey installation fee.

I've purchased several tires from you in the past and it's always easy to find and buy and quick delivery. I've only had an issue with one tire and it was resolved in minutes after notifying you. Great customer service.

It was very good. The tire is new and in great condition. It is no longer made, and because I have a car with AWD I either had to source this tire or spend a lot of money on all four (because my city spends my tax dollars on things other than roads, like maintaining a golf course or the 6 figure incomes of city heads that do nothing except golf at said course). You saved me a lot of hassle and a big chunk out of the ole wallet, thank you!

I took a little gamble not knowing if there were any previous repairs on the tires. When I called it was not know if they had been repaired or not. Upon receipt, the tires look great, I can't find any discrepancies. I will be mounting them up later today.

Found exactly what I needed on this site. Price was good, tires were in condition described and arrived on my doorstep a few days after I ordered them. Had them installed two days ago and they have a smooth ride.

Easy as one two three. Bought tires from these guys before. Not had any problems with them. One of the two tires had a little more wear than the other on out side edge. This will not be a problem since the car only get driven on sunny days.

1 of 4 was received first (early) which was nice...but then 2,3 and 4 of 4 showed. Tires were great shape, a friend looked at them and was very surprised at the condition and cost and said he knows where he's going for his next tire purchase. Thanks again!
