Easy all away around, the tires came in a timely manner, site was easy-to-use and very happy with everything.
The customer service suck. I can never get anyone on the phone. I waited 40 minutes for live chat and never got to chat with anyone that happened twice. The website says fast and easy delivery via FedEx. It's been 2 days and they still haven't shipped my tire.
Received the set of four tires, two were great but one was defected and the other a full of gravel but in good condition... what do I expect, its a used tire. The defected tire is going to cost me a little more though!
I ordered 1 tire. It was used, we are bear the holidays and I just couldn't bring myself to spend $600 on a set of tires. Bestusedtires just happened to pop up on the side of my screen one day and I looked around. They had the tire I needed and I didn't have to buy a pair or a set. It arrived about a week later and I got it on my car yesterday. I can't explain the stress that has been lifted in just 18 hours. Thank you
I received a tire with 8.5 tread when they promised a 10-11 tread depth. On top of that it also had cracks on it. Another problem was that it also wasn't tested, the tire came with 2 holes very close to each other that caused a flat tire and had to fix it by again going to the tire shop, ruined another hour before heading to work. It did save me about 60% had I gotten a new set of tires, but who knows if it was totally worth it. Only time will tell.
Bought 2 used tires from these crooks and never received them. They did a song and dance for 3 weeks (all while driving on a temp tire) before telling me that the tires were delivered and there wasn't anything they could do since they were 'delivered' by FedEx and I couldn't prove that they didn't deliver them. I wasted not only money on this horrible company, but also time. I hope your delivery goes off without a hitch, if it doesn't you will find a cold company not interested in making things right. *Negative 5 stars*
I've sent emails, called, live chatted for last 3 days and never once got a reply about my order. I've had live sat on live chat 4 times for 1 hour and it kicks you off. Sent 3 emails, and sat on hold for hours the last time today 10/20/2022 from 8am when they opened to 9 am with live chat waiting from 8 to 9 then live kicked me off and sat on hold another half hour and finally hung up. Doesn't take long for them to take your money, but don't expect to talk to anyone concerning your order. Still no tracking #.

And the delivery speed was just as great. I purchased 4 new tires for hundreds less than I could find anything comparable for, and I'm very happy that I found them because I love quality for a quality price.
Used tires but looks new when delivered. Price was very affordable for those Michelin tires. The downside was the fact that I had to pay again for installation at the tire place. Overall a really good experience. For the condition of the tires I got its really worth the money. Thanks.
I have been buying tires at this site for many years and it's always been a positive experience! The price is excellent, the tires have been inspected and so are as they should be when they are delivered. Of course, I only buy Michelin.
Ordered a set of 4 205/55R/16. $70 tires for $46.60 each with@ 90% tread left. Great price, great tires! I had a local garage put them on and he was impressed by the quality and price of the tires. All that and free FedEx overnight! You just can't beat it!

There was a problem with one of the tires I bought that was undetectable until the tire was mounted and aired up. The tire leaked at a spot that could not be repaired. I contacted BUT and sent them pictures of the repair and they gave me a choice of a replacement or refund. I was thrilled.
Worst experience to date. I ordered tires august 2nd from my local location. Tires are to take 1-2 days max if you live 15 mi from bestusedtires, which I do. The tires are shipping from California instead of Pennsylvania and noone emailed or called to tell me that. As of today still no tires and they haven't even shipped. I called to cancel and was told I could not. Then I asked if the tires had even shipped as of August 5th and they have not. I have been a customer for years but will no longer be doing business with them for their lack of communication and horrible customer service or lack there of.
I have just purchased my 3rd set of 4 tires from Best Used Tires. I been involved from an early age with my grandfather's tire business in the 1970's and have grown up racing automobiles and having show cars. I have QUIT paying high retail prices for tires since I have been able to buy almost new tires (90%) tread remaining for less than 40% of the new price for high quality OEM tire brands like, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental. The service has been exceptional, receiving my tires quickly and them being just as described. I have recommended them to many friends and associates who also have had great service and perceive that they are receiving a good tire at a very reasonable price. I will continue to purchase tires here when I need them.

You need to remember that you are buying a "used" tire. It will not be "perfect" like a new tire. There may be some dirt, gravel in the treads, etc. But you need to remember that they are "used" tires. It takes very little effort to clean up the tire and pop out the gravel if you want.
I purchased three tires. The first two were acceptable. The third however, had a hole in the sidewall and therefore was inoperable. My mechanic discovered this while mounting my tire. I was able to extend the tire warranty; because I purchased it at the time I had the tire mounted on my wheel. I was not able to send the bad tire back because Discount Tire was claiming the defective tire under the warranty I just purchased. I explained to bestusedtires.com that I could not send them the tire back, however was able to show them the tire was in no way able to hold air and the bubbles jetting from the tire should have been an indication when the tire was allegedly tested before sell. In fact $147 dollars plus $30 for mounting and $40 for extended warranty and I had a tire I could not drive on. And to top it all off they refuse to refund me.
I received the tires quickly and had them mounted two days later. It turned out that one of the tires had a hole in it and I didn't find out until I had returned home with it-so I had to go back to the tire place to have a tire I just bought repaired and then pay for that repair-of a tire I just purchased. If you're going to advertise that you check all the tires before you sell them, then I'm going to hold you to that - but you didn't and it cost me an extra 2 hours and $36.
The tire arrived in the condition that they stated, however all of the tread areas had rocks and gravel stuck in the tire. I spent 1 hour just getting them out of the tire.
One would have thought that when they tested the tire they would have removed before selling and shipping the tire.
I was sent the wrong tire and told it was my error, even though I have the confirmation email of the receipt that shows otherwise. Then I was told that I had to pay to have the tire shipped back to bestusedtires. Will never use them again!
I had a blow out on my tire and had to wait to find a good replacement tire for five months with my tire dealer searching for one that had the wear my other tires had. I finally gave up waiting for them to find it and searched online to find this site and the tire that I needed for my wheel. I will be returning to this site to get my other tires.
As of writing this review, I have been waiting on customer service for a little over half an hour and I still haven't gotten in touch with a customer service representative. It says on the website that orders before 1PM EST would ship on the same day, but my order which I bought at around 11:45 EST still hasn't shipped after 3 days. I would never use a site that can't deliver on their promises.

I had ordered 2 tires new for our E350 Mercedes almost a year ago and now the wife has slammed one against the curb. I found a used tire here and its exactly the model and brand, but worn about 20percent. This one tire is a perfect match to the other tire that is on the other side. Prices are good and the free shipping is great. This is my 3 time ordering and I can't be happier.

That were due for replacement. Took the car out for a test ride and the road noise sounded like it was an off-road truck. What can you do to resolve this problem?

I was very excited to find a new tire alternative like Best Used Tires to purchase tires from. I purchased as set of tires to be shipped "next day" to my home (30 miles from the shipping location). 5 days later, I received 2 tires. I became anxious and contacted Best for information. I was told that FedEx lost the tires. I can handle that. Didn't need the tires that fast anyway. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Still only had 2 tires. Contacted Best again. Was promised they would send 2 identical tires the next day. Fast forward 3 days later. Best emailed me telling me the tires were not available to ship. Best offers me 2 different tires. My car is AWD, need 4 matching tires. Best tells me I need to pay the difference for the next comparable set of tires. Horrible customer service. They had the opportunity to keep me as a customer but chose to infuriate me instead. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Customer service shouldn't have taken so long but the product was awesome. Maybe they could be better in the snow but that's my fault for not spending more money on the best tire. For the money they're awesome.
We do apologize for any inconvenience, we can confirm that the Order was placed on the 15th in the afternoon and should have been shipped on the 16th - regrettably it was shipped on the 17th due to various local delays.
With that said, we responded back to you as soon as we could amidst heavy traffic and likewise provided you with FedEx Tracking Numbers as soon as they were updated within our system.
Naturally we do apologize for the unwanted delays, we're doing what we can to accommodate, improve in all aspects and avoid such uncharacteristic delays.
I chose to purchase tires from TireMart not because they had the best prices - but because they stated they could deliver when I needed the tires. Don't believe the hype. The tires did not come in time, I was unable to put them in a military pack-out for shipment overseas AND getting a refund is proving to be difficult. I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere! Save yourself the aggravation I am going through!
I do thank TireMart for responding and confirming that I did order on the 3rd solely because they stated the tires would have been delivered by COB on the 5th. I of course refused shipment on the 6th because the movers stayed till 1800 on the 5th on the off chance TireMart would have the tires show up on the day they stated they would arrive. I appreciate TireMart confirming that the date of arrival they give is clearly just a guideline that you cannot work off of.

Your order was placed on the 3rd after the advertised cut-off time, we processed it on the 4th and it was picked-up early on the 5th. FedEx attempted to deliver earlier today, on the 6th, but you refused the delivery.
Given that neither us, nor FedEx or really any company works on July 4th, we're genuinely not sure what you expected to happen.
All in all we're simply confused at what your expectations were or why you're upset; perhaps you were late with placing the order, but that has nothing to do with us, especially as we did everything in our power to get this out in time.
I received my 2 tires and installed them last Saturday. The next day, one of my tire was low. Today I went to the garage to have them check on the low tire, and they found a crack on the tire.
